  1. Linky You can also comment on this in the new Tabletown Blog or in the brand new version of the Tabletown Forums - all now hosted on the same site. Dr. S.
  2. Well, whaddya know, it had forum software built in so yes, I will be moving the Tabletown/Grunts forum to the new site where I should have greater control. Dr. S.
  3. What a BRILLIANT contest idea! I'm so there... I think. Dr. S.
  4. No, don't mind me, it's just a comment that seems to keep cropping up and I'm a bit under the weather right now. If it's not as funny I shall just have to try harder. Got shaky hands right now though. 8-| Dr. S.
  5. That's so disheartening... Dr. S.
  6. Inspired by recent events of course. This is the first one to appear exclusively at the new site location for Tabletown. Linky Dr. S.
  7. I posted some Daleks a few months back, I think. I meant to, but I forgot! Dr. S.
  8. A theme of AFOLs? Other than that, I'd vote for a brick or a set. Dr. S.
  9. You can hear my interview here: http://radio.laml.org/lamlradio-25-the-creator-of-grunts/ At the time of writing, it sort of cuts off at the end before my final tip, but other than that, it wasn't as cringeworthy as I thought listening to it - my voice sounds weird though, that might just be Skype. Dr. S.
  10. Re' the forums - I'm assessing my options. At the moment I'm using a freebie one, but I only have 15 members including me so it's not really important. I would LOVE to have a hosted forum but: a) I've no idea how to actually set one up! b) $
  11. No, it's all one piece. Dr. S.
  12. Love it! The Dalek looks a little thin in the waist but I take my hat off to anyone who tries to build one at that scale - it's not easy. Davros looks brilliant - I'm just wondering how he might look with a grey Vader head though? Are you on Flickr? There's a LEGO Dalek group you could post the pix to. Dr. S.
  13. You know, it's kind of bad when I have to go abroad to get hosting because it's SO MUCH cheaper. Grrr... I've bought some new domain names and Tabletown can now be reached via: www.tabletownonline.com www.tabletownonline.co.uk The existing address of www.tabletown.co.uk will still work but it will soon redirect towards the former of those listed above (which is where it actually is now). The current location of the site will eventually be closed, so in the unlikely event anyone has the site bookmarked, please amend your linkies. I'll be setting up some automatic redirection thingies soon. Incidentally, I TRIED to buy tabletown.com but they wanted
  14. I was on Skype for about 20 minutes, so probably about 15? Depends how much they use. Dr. S.
  15. I've just been interviewed for the LAMLradio LEGO Podcast about my comic strip - Grunts! Link to follow when it's online! Dr. S.
  16. My thoughts precisely. They look like the wheels from the post office van set. Dr. S.
  17. Love at first sight! It's superb! I love the little dock area in the middle for small boats - and it's HEAVING with skeletons - brilliant! Dr. S.
  18. Yes it would! Erm, sorry if this is a dumb question - but what is Brickmaster exactly? Dr. S.
  19. Looks like 2 2x1 grill tiles slotted into the underside of the arch to me. Dr. S.
  20. Here's me: Here's the LEGO me: And here's me in disguise as a normal person: Dr. S.
  21. Talking of Tremors, if anyone felt a small tremor in the south of England a few minutes ago that was my jaw hitting the floor when I saw these pictures. Outstanding! :'-) Dr. S.
  22. It's weird because their e-mails suggest they are using Parcel Force but they usually arrive by DHL. Dr. S.
  23. Very nice! Can I make one small suggestion? Try adding some inverse slopes to the bottom at the front to make it look sleeker and to improve its armour. *y* Dr. S.
  24. That's great! It's so cute! I want one! :'-) Dr. S.
