    A really nice modification! Fits much more in a city-ish layout. The SC formula 1 car look great, but are a bit too big for a minifigure.

    If we would only knew which collaborations between TLG and car manufacturers were discontinued, even before a first step in the design process was taken. What I wonder as well, why never a BMW set was produced in the SC line, while they made a BMW motor in Technic.

    Well, here you go. Those look indeed fantastic, and apparently the sets are as good as the ones from TLG. Cool about the DC Racing car! This brings me back to my last point: If the Aliexpress cars are 1-on-1 competitive with TLG SC line, I can imagine people will end up buying those instead of the much pricier sets from LEGO. (Hate to say this ).

    Iā€™ve mixed feelings about this wave. Yes, I couldnā€™t be happier to learn TLG didnā€™t killed the SC line. I still like the 6 wide cars more, but Iā€™ve come in peace with this . The thing is, the cars look great, but some knock-offs sold on Aliexpress look good as well. TLG has (still) a big advantage; licenses. And besides this, Iā€™m pretty sure the quality of bricks of TLG is superior than fake ones. But all of this considered, does this justify the big price difference between TLG SC line sets compared with those knock offs? Donā€™t get me wrong, I have a big heart for LEGO. But I see that the competition is getting closer. The only difference between TLG and knock offs is the license and quality of the bricks. And Iā€™m pretty confident those fake brands will improve themselves with closing the gap. So why would a parent buy a LEGO product for his kids, instead of buying two or more fake SC-sets for the same price?

    Yeah, I've seen those as well. I think they look great, but they leave also a little bad taste in my mouth cause they're from knock off brands. I wish TLG would bring so much variety with the SC sets like the these manufacturers do!

    Cool idea! I've seen your garage before, and I think it's a great display! The spray painting is fun. You've used a real spray paint, I think (looking closely at the pictures). Am I right?

    Great news! The downside is the fact that they'll be 8 wide. Well, I'm gonna modify them to 6 wide. I'm thrilled by the fact that this theme isn't dead yet. Any source? Where can we find the info?

    I doubt there will be another wave (though I hope so). What would be a possible reason why the theme might be cancelled? The switch to 8 wide maybe?
