  1. Yes I believe so. :)
  2. No it's the same torso. Some images for 75978 just show the front of Lucius' torso as being more red than others, but it is the same figure.
  3. I've done this too; I got two and used them for Fenrir and Bellatrix (giving them both short black legs as well so it goes from smoke to torso) and display them with The Burrow. :)
  4. That would be Fangtastic.
  5. Me too. I had to read the side to check it was the HP one. If I hadn't of known there was a HP mosaic due to be released I wouldn't have given these a second glance thinking they weren't HP. I was expecting four vibrant colourful mosaics with full house colours, but I guess they're going for the more demure look for adults. Shame as it is the vivid red and contrast in the SW mosaics that makes them look good to me. Not that I was going to buy it regardless, but it certainly wasn't what I was expecting.
  6. I saw that too and looked at the other sets to see if they really are splitting sprues now, but I think it's just an error. The wands in the Gryffindor set have also got a lovely two toned marble effect going on. I do wonder who checks these things before they are uploaded.
  7. I wouldn't be surprised if it ties in with the release of the other book sets with the threshold to get the GWP being the cost of all four books put together. As for the books, they look gorgeous and I have to say the packaging itself is beautiful. The titles also get me: Hogwarts Moments.
  8. Yes Lego are still using the labels; both the box and instruction manual for 75275 A-wing for instance have Ultimate Collector Series written in the top right hand corner whilst the Mos Eisley Cantina has Master Builder Series written in that same place. Granted visually it's a subtle difference between the two when both have black box arts, but those terms are still being used by Lego. Haha thank you, you're too kind.
  9. I'd get the Queen's Anne Revenge. DA will probably be around for a good couple of years and the Disney Castle is still in production. If you intend on getting all three start with the set that is retired. :)
  10. Haha thank you. Yep, patience is a key word in SW so we should probably try and heed it. Like you I'm expecting a Naboo Fighter, Clone Turbo Tank or such like next presuming Lego doesn't completely surprise us and go full OT. And after a few years of ST sets I'm totally up for that.
  11. Haha don't get the Razor Crest, you'll get sucked into the rest of SW and then you'll be in trouble. I should know - I was doing okay with just HP until the Mos Eisley Cantina came along. I can't help but think that Lego will do a Quidditch pack with one set of Quidditch robes from each house either this year or next and then getting Ravenclaw robes will be a lot easier.
  12. Blimey I hope the preorder price comes down before release. That being said, all those yellow uniforms and capes is going to look pretty cool.
  13. I’ve gone from not really caring about this wave to it giving me hope that things are really going in a positive direction for Lego SW. I’ve said it before, but 2012-14 seemed like a ‘golden age’ for LSW before the Disney era where decent builds were mixed with great minifigure lineups and both OT and PT got fair coverage. These were the years of Jabba’s palace, sailbarge, gungan sub, Palpatine’s Arrest, Republic Gunship etc. Sadly I only came out of my Dark Age in 2015 so I missed all of these. Fast forward five years later and I was fully expecting this new X-Wing to only come with Luke and R2 which shows just how expensive the SW line has got where you expect very little for your money. I am very pleased therefore to hear the rumours of both Leia and Dodanna coming in the X-Wing. If it is true, it seems like Lego’s ‘soft reset’ of the SW line might be a very good thing. My thinking is admittedly going to be skewed by the fact that I favour minifigures over builds when it comes to the SW line, but to me builds can always get more accurate and Lego could continue to increase their prices and produce more intricate models but this is only going to alienate most of their market; neither kids, parents or even a lot of AFOLs could keep up with the prices if they continue to increase. So scaling back models to a point where they are still perfectly acceptable for both play and display to drop the price is a good compromise. But if Lego is also going to reintroduce decent minifigure counts for the prices then that is even better. That to me would bring then back to the days of decent builds and minifigures for not extortionate prices and all they would have to do then is give the PT fair coverage in the second half of 2021 and they would be back to their sweet spot in my opinion. I’m very eager to find out what minifigures the Shuttle will be coming with because it feels like it could go either way right now, but I really want Lego to include a great lineup to confirm they really are going back to the ‘good old days’. The only trouble is, I will now probably be buying the X-Wing when before it was an easy pass, but that just proves Lego’s new move is working.
  14. A new celebration Leia would be great, but I bet they'll include the Leia with her new skirt piece. The Tantive is retiring this year so it would get them more use out of that minifigure. They probably know enough AFOLS would buy the X-Wing just for Dodanna.
  15. Is this from your source or because it was found in a discovery centre? I remember the microscale DA was first known because it was being sold in, I believe, an Asian Lego store, but then it was a GWP for the rest of us. Might be the same this time around. Either way I think it's a good little set, but I'm not desperate for it so it would be a pass from me if it was being sold rather than a GWP.
  16. Did this on the UK site during Prime day and got Hagrid's Hut for £24. Couldn't resist. What I will say is you do have to wait the 24 hours for some things to start working and the discount being applied. However, whilst most Lego will work after 24 hours, Grievous' Starfighter is stubbornly refusing to work with this promo on the UK website, so that just adds insult to injury when it comes to that set.
  17. Betrayal At Cloud City appeared on the UK S@H yesterday for all of 5 seconds and I managed to snag it. Full price, but with the mini robots, a City people pack and double VIPs it was worth it considering it is OOS everywhere else and meant to be retired.
  18. @Guyon2002 ^ Good one
  19. I love how this time around the phrase 'A little bird told me' has never been more appropriate. ? I just hope this time around everything works out nicely with no drama and it doesn't leave @Guyon2002 feeling like Hagrid: 'I shouldn't have said that. I should not have said that.'
  20. I'm thinking 40500 might be a Quidditch pack including those Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff torsos.
  21. Dear Mr. Lacdaran Absolutely. Here at REALLY BAD FINANCIAL ADVISE Ltd we always encourage any financial moves that will allow the acquisition of more Lego. Sincerely, Mr Wrong Financial Advisor
