  1. That's a company of proud New Oleanders, and natives. I like the visor on the shako.
  2. And a toast to the King! Glad you like it, BD.
  3. @Mesabi Thank you for reminding us, I can't access google forms due to local restriction so I'll ask Kotz if he has time to fill the forms.
  4. Thank you Faladrin, long time no see! Thank you LM. Thank you Capt Wolf, are you sure there are 5 monkeys? Or 6, I can't tell.
  5. Usually it's Captain Genaro who got all covered for us, I guess we have to wait a while, until he's back.
  6. Looks very promising LM, I like her colour scheme, and the lower part of the hull looks very good, with a nice curve, as to the upper part, I wonder if you've already considered to use some hinges to the sections look more smoother? Or you may also use more plates, I mean instead of bricks, you may continue to build the upper part with plates, and by overlapping them, you'll got some sort of thumblehome, without using hinges.
  7. Welcome to Bobs, interesting character, I'll follow closely where your story goes. Vive la révolution!
  8. What a revolting impressive sight, so many redcoats! Hope they could earn their epaulettes soon.
  9. That's really a nice ship, shame that I wasn't able to comment on it earlier. The mixture of prefab and custom rigging looks quite good, the stern is exquisitely decorated with golden ornaments, I also like the fully tilled deck and the thumblehome, I can see there's a lot of attention dedicated to this moc. May I know how you managed to fix the winged horse mask please? I've tried to use it as figurehead without much success.
  10. Great work guys, I'm glad to see some very nice builds here.
  11. Thanks Thaum. Unfortunately I haven't got time to build a interior yet, I wanted to get her ready for this MRCA but as you see, I failed. I'll take some pics when the interior is done. And a heavy one, literally, she's very heavy. Fear not, we are at peace with the citizen of the noble nation of Searats. And looking forward to your ship too. Thank you Kwatchi, glad you like it.
  12. It‘’s been a while since the last large warship left the Eltina Shipyards, one may wonder what was going on there, is the joke on the Eltinian laziness isn't only a joke? For those with a clear mind, they knew something big was under construction behind the walls, the reverberation of heavy machinery lasted all day long for several months, but last night, the busy shipyards became quiet all of a sudden. OOC: I started building this ship with Duc de Bourgogne and Algesiras for inspiration, and several other french ships of the line that I've found on the link given by Captain Genaro, which includes a tons of plans and infos on the ships of Age of sail. Rather than a historically accurate replica, she can be considered as a hybrid between the aforementioned ships, and she has certain errors too, the most significant one is the mizzen mast, which should be placed more towards the stern, I realized it at a fairly late phase of construction, amending it would require too much time, since the masts are fixed on the "keel" and there are a lot of plates and hinges between the decks, so I had to leave it as it is. The first 74-gun warship built by Eltina shiyards has lifted anchor: Front view of Le Fougueux Stern - Where should we set our course, Commodore? - Terra Versa, if you see no inconvenient. We'll meet with the rest of the fleet there. Some statistics of the ship: Overall length: 110 cm Height: 80cm Hull width: 26 studs I intend to license her as a class 9 ship. Thanks for viewing. Edit: I just realized that le Fougueux isn't the first class 9 ship of Oleon, we have also the superb le Monarque built by KB last year.
  13. "This is the famous cave?" Asked Emile. "Are there excrements at the foot of the hill? White clothes stain easily you know."complained a soldier. "Ermm, that's just mud, I thought nothing can stop the Bluecoats." replied ironically one of the fishermen. "Gents, you've heard the lady, down the ladder." ordered Emile.
  14. Those Corrish, how dare they make us share a same temple with heathens, you did well chasing them out.
  15. Fraunces, Thaum and LM71, thanks guys, glad you like it. And bravo for having spotted the laser gun, Thaum, you have a good eye for detail, as always.
  16. The tavern looks great with its blue wall, great writing too, can't wait to see where this goes.
  17. Nice fort, the towers are well built, and it's an excellent idea to include a semaphore, nice mortars too.
  18. The bay around the harbour of Lavalette was large, and to protect against raids and forays into the settlement, land fortifications too were necessary. With the aid from Corlander Engineers wearing civilian clothes, the local garrison has erected another fort on the coast. The head of Corlander Expedition is discussing with an Oleander officer, undoubtedly about the reputation of local vineyards. While the new recruits are learning the use of firearms. A bird view: Thanks for viewing.
  19. Very clever! Show no mercy! Good job with the vegetation.
  20. Looking good, I like the roof.
  21. That's fine ship with elegant lines, judging from the golden ornaments on the stern, the ship owner must be rich, interesting.
  22. Clever use of TNT, our blue minifigs must be shocked by this new and rather unconventional tactic, I assume there won't be so many volunteers.
  23. Nice builds, I like the interiors filled with goods and weapons, the main battery is really impressive.
  24. It's surprising to see WTC engaging in some farming tasks, rather than routine dynamiting and sabotage.
  25. Very nice build, I like the cliff and the beach and the sea too, the vegetation aren't overly dense to mask the scene, well done.
