I beleive theyve started doing that on purpose with the non corner slope bricks in order for stickers to adhear easier? *skull* Ew stickers.

I love them both quite honestly, not for the set themselves, but.. The bus: I LOVE odd colored elements - Orange! I need this set! Rocket: Rounded elements. I love them aswell. Great for sculpting a beautiful building or a sleek spaceship, also quitea handful of useful parts. Quite nice sets if you ask me.

@ The space talk earlier - Large wheels and large windscreens, like in 6989, I dont mind atall - infact I love them, they are large but highly useable, and the wheels I always use in my mocs *wub* Its more like the new city plane sets - so few uses for the plane parts, or even that huge-gantic dumptruck, theres onle one use for that large bucket ive seen. A dumper bucket. Given theres always acceptions, those are just two off the top of my mind. Large doesnt always mean bad, but lately it seems thats how it is.

The silverish grill bricks from the santaFe train line do have quite some use *wub* And the missiles are sticking out alittle, but now that I see it, black on black is hardly noticeable :-( Ah well.

Quite frankly im not one to go after large peices which are specialized for that one purpose int he set only, and are almost impossible to use elsewhere. I much prefer the old brickbuilt sets, where it was only common peices formed into something fantastic. This is also still how I build my models, I use the good ole bricking, while the large useless peices just gather more and more dust *wacko*

It has a small wheel distance so it can turn in a circle if you really want it to. Heavy armour coating and a tiny bit of snotwork there. My favourite part - the cockpit! Fully able to hold 2 people in a 6 wide space, pleanty of controlls, a random leaver, and a horribly old blue walky talky slope. You betcha. Proof it holds two people :-| My favourite part is still the cockpit covering. I dont know why. But I love it. And the skylight! Yay! Same ole, same ole. Oh, a hatch in the back... and looky, the missile pods can aim! I didnt call it an apc for nothing! Yay, space. Soo.. How many bodies can this carry? >:-) Eight. Not-so-comfortably. Hands up? You can change the turrets if you want. Figured with all the mechs being built for the contest, maybe I needed something to destroy afew?.. >:-) Ok. So this isnt my best creation. So its not the most interesting. But I must say it was hellafun to build, I really felt the old space style flowing as I built *wub* It was very fun, so figured I'd share it anyway. Sorry for large pics. I know theyre large, but im also very lazy, and theyre already on brickshelf. So.. Comments and critisizm welcome in any shape or form *wub* Oh. And my monorail collection. Filled to the brim, yet waiting for the room to build a base!... *criiiies*

I have dreams like that, except mine are of finding MISB old space sets... Anyways, only new sets im particularily interested in are the hailfire droids and battle packs. As for Annies head, I dont mind it really.

Haha, ew. Quite frankly I cant see anyone buying any at that price :-X I got a nice little bundle of them off kmarts buy 1 get 1 half off sale. (Given the set was = or lesser value) So basically I bought 3 and got 1 free = 4 :-| But, still, ew at this price.

I dont think ill be picking up any city, for yet another year :-X Its not that theyre bad sets, its just, they dont seem very useful, a city of just police and such isnt very interesting with no citizens to save? No actual city? I also already have one of the enormous planes, given the green is cool, but still useless to me. Sorry city sets, look nice and all, but I'll give it a pass and save for something else >:-) EDIT: However, looking back, the forklift, IF it's a set, seems pretty cool..

I regret not picking up more unitron sets while I could, I only have two of each, and couldve used another monorail and zenon station *sing* This was only 3 or 4 years ago aswell, at 20% off even, I noticed afew of each. Its not a great story, just more of a regret of not getting and saving them misb to sell for great profits.. *skull*
