Brickmaster replied to Navy Trooper Fenson's topic in LEGO Licensed
Wow, the new sets definatley are ace - Why must all these new sets be so darn great, I want so many of them, I'll be so broke! Im mostly after the first two, for the awesome troopers and treads, and overall good peices. Definately an exciting find. -
Thanks to the galidor click hinge hookup it has many possibilities, It could become a spider mech and have some leg attatchments aswell, but I didnt get to doing that.

The catch? I got it all on sale. How much on sale? 25% off on ALL. Thanks to afew big store deals and afew local stores having all out sales. Im so choosy. So I got it all for 300 bucks. Not bad eh? Expect some picture reviews once christmas has started.

That forklift is so cute! *wub* Sadly, unless I get this set for a good deal, Ill have to pass on it, as I have to save for my ever long list of wanted sets, plus the new summer line which will be coming out. Its quite tempting just for the lil forky lift though :'-(

Why do people complain about juniorization?
Brickmaster replied to Zuloon's topic in General LEGO Discussion
You answered your own question. You see, we shouldn't have to buy brick buckets to create new things, but rather use the same elements from a set. Myself, I dont see why juniorization is needed, fast building is if anything a dissapointment - I love building new sets, its exciting and rather relaxing. I could say Im almost addicted to building the sets, cracking open the new crinkly bags, dumping out the peices.. Yum.. -
The transforming part is basically the wheel base can go into all sorts of positions - Whether it needs offset wheel base, high or low center of gravity, or even a stationary form. More on these later. Here it is on Mocpages Please rate or comment there aswell *wub* Heres an overall picture. Its almost completely studless, and rather sleek if I do say. It's totally armoured, even with the huge big behind mudgards. Armed with chain guns in the front and four long range mortar cannons in the back, which can leave a heavy punch in.. well whatever you put in the way. There are also 4 silver rockets attatched to the mudguards. Note the 2 passengers and a low wheel base in this picture. The back. It does rather look like a monster truck. The cockpit. It holds 2 personel - 1 for driving, 1 for weaponry, communication, and managing the radar. Side view, but youve probably realized that by now. Note in this picture the wheel base has changed - there is now a high center of gravity and more clearance. Heres where the engine and the morphing wheel base is, in all its glory. The high clearance base shown here. The high up back end shown here. What purpose does this mode serve? Im not sure myself. Here is the stationary turret form. It is least vulnerable in this form, with the armoured mud guards covering the vitals. The wheel base pictar. In need, the vehicle can detatch its base and become a short range aircraft getaway vehicle for times of need. The getaway would be this picture. No gallery is complete without kitty being there, with me having to shoo him out of the pictures as he constantly bugs me.

Checking bricklink now; the cheapest ones are not in the USA, however if you pay online that shouldnt be a problem other than shipping costs. The cheapest MISB in the USA is 55$, cheapest out of US is $43 Here is the search

Titan Industries New Spyplane/Drop Pod Moc
Brickmaster replied to Brickmaster's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
4508 Titan xp creator set - I would do anything for another one :'-( -
Albeit its pretty good, but ill also help with some constructive critisizm, as in the overall look is very blocky and square, with a windsheild attatched, try to smooth it out some? Along with the gaping hold in the cockpit - if its a space ship, this may be some trouble! The turret seems slapped on - so im guessing it was :-D Better than no turret though. As with the blockyness - the best way to smooth is out is to look at your main cockpit, and extend from there rather than going from the base of the ship to the cockpit, else you will have the protrusions you see here. If you want to smooth it out I would suggest adding some wings or something extending out forward, or use some snot to angle some peices. Goodluck with more building! *y* It seems rather like a box with some starship components slapped on, with abit of flow in the ship that can be sorted out though.

The person above me missed out on the beautiful 4508 Titan Xp creator set, and I feel bad for them :'-(

It's amazing quite frankly. So many useful slopes, colors, peices, chrome parts, its a beautiful set and simply great great deal for the money. I got one full price and one half price even. *wub* Not only that but the main model is also beautiful. -

Frankly I dont like this system as much as if I want to see any new mocs, I would have to check every single forum or subforum, rather than just the one stop shop :'-( Which also means less people looking at your mocs. Ah well, if others like it this way, looks like majority vote wins, I can't complain, especially with the work put in. -
Titan Industries New Spyplane/Drop Pod Moc
Brickmaster replied to Brickmaster's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Why yes I did :-D Its why I called my army Titan Industries. All my Ships are built almost completely from 2 titan xp parts :-$ If I had to chose only one set to have for the rest of my life, it would be this set! -
Titan Industries New Spyplane/Drop Pod Moc
Brickmaster replied to Brickmaster's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Thanks for the comment! It is very helpful - Upon doing this moc I did realized it has absolutely no snot in it this time other than the wings - which is rather bland, and horribly brick consuming - by the time I got done with the top I had no bricks left in my downstairs supply to make the bottom :-X It was just a quick 3 hours moc, in my next ship I am previously thinking up I will try to incorperate some of these aspects :-D I am also horrible at greebs - I will have to work on that. On another note, thanks for that last comment :-$ And thanks you all for your others, wasnt expecting much from this 2 hours moc 8-| I wasn't even going to post it originally. I'm still somewhat new for now in mocing, so now I jus thave to incorperate said techniques all into each ship I build - it seems every one I do lacks this or that, which is ok sometimes I guess. Thanks for le comments guyses -
My newest moc; and newest idea. Albeit so many of my mocs have had the orage and grey color scheme Ive created a small nation called the Titan Industries. For expanding said nation, theyve created a more tactical weapon for their arsonal; a spyplane to gather information. Simple overview. Fat butt of the plane; engine and storage hold. Underbelly! Bay Doors closed..! *Gasp* Open. Drop Pod storage. Main hold of the plane; technically anything could be put here. Huge bomg loads, squads of troops, small vehicles, spy equipment, or two fully equipped tactical drop pods. Your choice. Drop Pods + Kitty. Kitty! *wub* *Swoosh!* Gallery isnt public so I wont bother to post. Comments and critisizm appreciated, now back to destroying it to build something better. I admit it wasnt a very good moc but hell it was fun to build :-D

Omigosh 8- -
I've watched it once while flipping through channels (I usually only watch Discovery and History channel!) It was quite a nice concept from what I saw - It really seems like It would've fit lego well, but now that these two sets didnt sell well, it basically sealed the fate of any good possibility.

Thank you much! *wub* I will definately have to check it out, I love those shoulderpads
