I guess that would depend peice per peice, it can either inhibit creativity by not having any other functions or being an almost unusable peice, or you can get more ingenuity to find a use for the socalled unusable. Personally I find them to be more inhibiting, some of them are just abit too odd to be usable in many of the original style legos - this is why I always comment on your original joints, none of those round clicky galidor joints

Ah, thank you Mr. Hinck! (Am looking to upload some pictures of my latest moc's soon)
-
That is a great gallery - I like it all except the warthog, ironically.
-
Do they have to end in jpg, or just highly reccomended?

I voted for Suupa; *wub* M-Tron
-
Yes *y* What I meant - (There is better out there!)
-
Personally I think thats the key to ANY building *sweet*

I would have to agree with chuck - heavy decaling to get details, which isnt very nice. Some designs are ok - the new ghost is pretty good, however. Overrated I must say aswell - but nonetheless, kudos for SOME good designs. I quite like this warthog though - http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=1940028

Very nice *wub* Great in both modes! Good playability I can see, and nocheap-o joints, brilliant, all classicparts and colors :-) No complaints - other than maybe the somewhat open cockpit, and from what I see, limited visibility? :-P Great job

Official Speed Racer Licensed Product in 2008
Brickmaster replied to ColdBricks's topic in LEGO Licensed
There are quite afew good possibilities here - I hope lego doesnt skrew it up *sad* Im still more of a mech/space man myself though >:-) -
MINI-Mechs? Why on earth would you want that! *sing* Go for big >:-) http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=654324

I quite like the shape of the mech - especially how I can see the legs working, great job! My only complaint would be that the arms; though they do look muscled; are maybe abit too large for the mech for it to be a quick strike, but it would seem rather hard to size down, but looks just about right either way! *y* Great job, would like to see some full size mechs in the future even - I like how you create joints without the use of the cheap-o galidor or bionicle joints
-
Welcome to the humble community *wub* I quite love any style mecha aswell, anything within the space genra - All good! Looking forward to seeing you over the boards and maybe what creations youc an conjure up *y*

Nice job, I am much to lazy to do stop motion, I can barely get myself to take regular pics of my creations at times. *y*

These have probably already been posted, but im not reading through 30 pages to find out! The first page pics are abit old; so heres a file of some newer ones if you havent seen: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=281236 I love the army builders most *wub*
-
Awesome as always bfs *wub* Though there is only one thing I can change - I would take away the huge orange V shaped things attatched to his legs / knees, just seems to distract me from the rest and seem to stick out too much, but I can see why they are needed. Anyhow, im sure youre already know, but all your mocs are just amazing

Honestly, I have really been loving what TLC has been doing! Personally, I thought back a few years, they were really going down - towns composed of minimal large parts, huge specialized peices and combining of peices, juniorization, was just not looking up to my expectations. Albeit it was still lego - how bad can it be! But lately theyve just seemed to astound me (other than the not so new grey colors, icky!) Theyre really getting back to their roots of imagination, creativity, and large peice per dollar ratios! Even look at the battle packs - just for army building *wub* Space themes *wub* Mechs even! And for the city dwellers, they havent been all that bad either, along with castle (though we could do with some new pirates, eh?) All in all I think theyve been doing great, and am quite happy thus far :-$

After the long break from lego - Im just starting builting up my very large monorail layout/space base I love monorails! *wub*

Selling my HUGE collection of boxed Space
Brickmaster replied to DJ Force's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Oh no! - The one set im after (mega core magnitizer) Is already sold, blasphemy! *sing* -
Wow, that really does seem a scam to me, nowadays - Luckily I got all my plates back when they were cheap I have enough old gray roadplates to build a city or two (got packs of 2 of each kind back when 7 dollars a pop) , 8 large grey baseplates (8 dollars from a store here), and aswell as enough BlackTron-2 Space baseplates to build a large landing area around my monorails around (best deals of all, 2 for 5 bucks) 13 dollars for 2 plates (One of which you may not even need) just seems completely absurd to me - I wouldnt pay that!

Yes, my dark ages are just ending - I hope, I have really gotten back into lego *wub* To be exact, I just started getting out of lego when the star wars episode 3 stuff came out - sometime in 2005. Now im beginning again, almost in 2008, so a good 2 some year gap. Time to start up all the ole lego sites again :-$ And as proof I really was here a long time ago - Im one of the first 200 Join-ee's!

Hello, all, has been quite some time since I have came to these boards (almost 2 years to be exact) But once again, my lego passion has reignited, and decided to come back. Some of the older members may remember me, as I remember them! But I have matured since then, so I dont know. Heh. I was here back when this site was just beginning *wub* Just saying hello to you all, and looking forward to meeting the new, and the old, community.
