Well said. Im not the largest star wars or castle fan either, but just because I dislike the theme as itself I respect the sets, even if theyre not what I'd prefer. With how lego has been doing, the sets should be great, whether it be just for parts or an excellent playable design.

What was the last movie you watched?
Brickmaster replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Superbad was ok I guess, not my style of flick but meh. Today I saw room 1408, and Balls of Fury. Both were somewhat dissapointing. -
Oh hush you guys. Its not thaaat bad :-$ But it's not good.. Looks like another I'll be picking up when it hits clearance :-D Frankly it reminds me of a megablocks set.

Haha, It was very nice, One of the best 10 minute things ive watched on youtube, and overall one of the best stop motion films ive seen. Some parts made me smile. Excellent job to the creator. I kinda like how the guy just kept his wheelchair and old legs and had the new legs attatch to the bottom. Haha! No comment on how the red bird killed the brown bird either... Heh..

That ship is simply an awesome partspack! I need that!! *wub* *y*

I love the orange boat, I hope the hull is really deep, one of my old favourite things to do was to design diver boats like the old theme :-$ I might have to get that set for sentimental purposes :-D

You Know You Love Lego Too Much When...
Brickmaster replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Thats actually really cute Athos *wub* I hope the gal I find will be as accepting as that. -
Frankly, Im alittle dissapointed with the tumbler, but its abit of an odd shot at it, so I cant judge too much, the ice cream van though, I love it as far as I see! *wub* Atleast they're preliminary.

:-D Always an entertaining and interesting read, I really appreciate all the time and effort you guyses put into these, always great to go over *wub* Although abit on the twist, as the interviewer gets interviewed :-D Good fun. Thanks guys. *y*

Maybe you could take a look and see why the other posts got closed? *wacko* Take it as a learning experience and realize every self discovery doesnt need to be yelled out to every person? The sad truth is most people either already casually realized this or just plain don't care, not to be mean, but frankly its the truth. There you have it. 8-|

*wub* Thanks guys, always been abit disconcerting being so close to new years, as alot of people are distracted by the new year rather than saying happy birthday ( :-$ ) But thank's ya I might have pictures of my own cake, althrough that one is fantastic :-D

Some of the best things are the simplest things :-$ One can immediately recognize its mustafar, aswell as I like the little lava flowing off one of the rocks. If you think its bad, you should redeem yourself and build a new version now that you're back into it? Id love to see it ;-)

I always find it alittle amusing of the people who post wanting their own title :-$ You gotta earn it! :-D I still feel mine is fitting. I love pie, I love purple, and I'm repentent! Perfection. Even if it's years old *wub* (I remember yearning for my own title back in the day) :-$

If you want any inspiration help, Mr. Builder, than what I would suggest doing is concentraiting on the main purpose of your moc; in this case, it would be an open bay troop carrier like this? So what I did, is I would picture what I would want it to look like, and build the main function of the whole model before going onto the rest, make the troop bay how you like it before you decorate the rest of the ship. This is what Ive done for ALL my ship models. In my titan xp dropship Here I started with the bay door design, and added the rest of the ship to it. In my heavy APC I designed the front bay door, then added on the huge cargo bay and decorated the rest of it afterwards. Here In my Titan IFV Here I build the transforming wheel base, then moulded the top portion on after ;-) Build the main function first; if I wanted to build a huge death laser I probably wouldnt build the controls first; but the gun itself, or say a cargo hauler, I wouldnt build the cargo before the ship? :-D Sorry for kindof posting a totally unrelated topic in your post Mr. Mand :-$ If its a problem I can remove it.

Here is a picture of what I mean for making the rectangle abit more curved in nature, a small change really :-P This is also the dropship that I made which remindes me of this.
-
The resemblance to 4794 is simply uncanny... ;-) Nice job however :-P Though as always I like to give critisizm; as I appreciate when people do to me. Other than it reminds me of one of my dropships I put on brickshelf with the open troop carrier and the overhead windsheilds ( :-$ ) I have to say there are afew colors mismatched.. ok, not that big of a deal. Other than that there are alot of 90 degree 'stops'. What I like to do is incorperate inverted peices, especially in this moc, by the ends of the troop bay. Rather than the opening being a cut out rectangle, it will look much smoother with the sloped peices making it a more rounded effect. I could say more but, I dont wants to overwhelm with critisizm :-$ Nice job

I simply appreciate the atmosphere and the people here, and the non-dictatorshipping mods. ( :-$ ) I have made alot of freinds (I..think?..) and truely enjoy being around and contributing to this great community, with all its fellow members :-D I don't know some of you all too well, which is too bad, I hope to get to know a certain few of you better as time goes on :-$ Not to mention that we're always the first to get new set pictures and reviews. I truely love and appreciate it here, its much more than a forum to me, its a home! I can remember way back when eurobricks was first starting, I am one of the first 200 members, and now it's boomed to 10x that. I remember every couple of weeks an admin posting a new landmark for new members or posts X-D Good ole days. I remember back when I had more posts than Bloody Jay (What happened to him? 8-| ) I was here in the very beginning, and now im here to enjoy the great forum that has evolved over such time *sweet*

The coast guard set looks great, though I can easily pass on it. Orange blue and white all look nicely togeather, no complaints. Nice use of the bubble tires and new fenders on the truck aswell. A new larger floaty raft aswell. No complaints, looks like a nice set, but I can pass, thanks for the pics :-$
