This is ... magnificent! The built alone is great and super detailed but the lighting really bring this to another level !! Love the helmet collection, the sleeping nooks, the terrarium, everything really. The floor- and stair-lights are superb. Do you use any specific kind of lighting system?

The new Ninjago wave (only the big set I think) has finally nicely molded skulls. Not sure if you can use them as Minifig heads tho. They would go very well in any spooky theme. Also, for a Universal IP, they could go the old LEGO Studios route, and have the "Monsters" on Film sets and stages and such, with cameras, actors, lighting, the whole shebang. Personally I'd love to see TLG revive the castle theme, ideally with a spooky sub-theme, That's why I love the Hidden Side castle and will definitely get it. cheers

Oh boy, this has sooo much character, especially the shelter scene. You can basically feel the comradeship. Beautifully done!

That is indeed a very nice mix'n'matched bunch. But the droid-dog takes the cake, LOVE IT !!

I think it might be the ship showcased at Galaxy's Edge ...it kinda looks like a hybrid of the TFA shuttle and his TLJ Tie: -
beautiful, very well captured, nice work!

[MOC] Minifig Scale WLO-5 Speeder Tank & Starhawk Speeder Bike
Moff Muffins replied to IcarusBuilds's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That's a pretty good improvement to the LEGO version of the tank - and the speeder bike is nice too! The tank is one of the few clone wars vehicles that I like! -

I have just seen the reviews of the 20th Ann. Snowspeeder again, and it irks me to no end that Luke and Dax wear X-Wing flightsuits and NOT the slightly different Hoth flightsuits. WHYYY? -

So... 20th anniversary ...that would be of Episode 1 then ... well, I'm sure there will be many other nice sets for an old OT fan :-) -
Oh boy ... how dare you! .. I just ordered the black and gray arms ... sigh

Oh boy these minifigs really take the cake! Han in the Tie-Fighter set has the perfect helmet for General Veers. The Pyke looks awesome, as well as the alien in the Moloch Speeder. Luke in training gear and a muddy R2 are perfect. All the others are great as well. That might turn out to be the most expensive year in a long time for me. -

Oh my, so much goodness. I love the blue speeder. Nice asymmetrical design and it would look great parked next to Luke's speeder and a custom V-35. Further you get Han in a cheap set and one of those dogs. Not sure about the bigger speeder, but the alien is great, and it looks like TLG finally made a new, sleeker "frock" peace (which in future hopefully will be used on many Jedi robes and such). At least it seems to be full of interesting parts and pieces for modding. The Imp Battlepack is great also. The new OT trooper variant is dope, and I think the naval tropper's helmet is also slightly different (and he has a new print as well). The speeder is simple, but i like design, slightly reminiscent of Rey's speeder. Need at least two of those! -
Yes, I did:
-
The double seater is cute! I wonder how the sidecar would look attached to a regular speederbike ...even cuter I guess.

Perfect. I was immediately thinking of Endor a few years after the battle. The Ewoks can't be happy about all this non-biodegradable junk in their forest. Nice color choices and composition!

[MOC] Resistance transport from The Last Jedi
Moff Muffins replied to hachiroku's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That is really good! The scale and the generous space inside are perfect for playability! -
The standard open aviator cap is not perfect (missing the ears or course), but looks nice enough for Nien Numb I think: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=30171&name=Minifig, Headgear Cap, Aviator&category=[Minifig, Headgear]#T=S&O={"iconly":0}

[MOC][LDD] Sandcrawler for not rich people
Moff Muffins replied to A. Skywalker's topic in LEGO Star Wars
If the new one is really for "not rich people" remains to be seen with TLGs current pricing trend. :-) And if that should be the case, I will gladly attempt to built this excellent MOC (and I wouldn't say no to a LDD file either). -
Very nice and sleek design. I like the colors and the position of the cockpit and how the cargo is attached and everything, really! Too bad your ship met such an untimely demise in the movie (which is funny as hell and well done).

I think it's a perfect fit. A shame that this torso is so rare and expensive on BrickLink. It does look different to the imperial-style cap in-game, and I like my rebels to look different from my imperials. I'm already miffed that the Bespin-Guards have the same style.
