  1. Congrats on the new baby! The build is lovely. I like the ruined buildings, they look like they would've been some nice dwellings. I like the base and the landscaping. The fence line is nice with the vegetation around it. I like the stonework at the bottom of the buildings and the tile stone walkway. The vegetation sprouting up on the buildings is a nice touch and gives you a feel of how long ago this happened. Nice job.
  2. I agree with you on the quality and the standout of the wings from Brickwarriors. I have some of the tattered wings and their demon wings from BrickWarriors and the tattered wings definitely stand out with more detail. I did like the Nexo Knights gargoyle wings, those were great. There is a definite difference in quality when in hand as compared to the official Lego. They have some really nice weapons and helms for fantasy and historical type themes. The weapons seem to be better quality than minifig head, wings, etc. I really like their elven armor, swords, helms. Brickwarriors has more stuff that fits what I build which is fantasy and castle. Brickforge does have some nice stuff but just not the variety of parts that BrickWarriors has. They also have more modern warfare items. As for the custom prints I haven't really ordered any. I did get a custom Godzilla a flea market that is pretty good quality.
  3. I got some pumpkins on the 14th. I just got my first order today. Alot of Ninjago stuff and some weapons. I wish the Chitauri were on there from the Avengers, the new ones look so much better than the old ones. I also wish teenage groot was on there so I could have an army of them.
  4. Nice little scene. I like the base and the snow on the ground. The trees look good. Neat little outpost too. I like the story so far. Good job.
  5. I did just that and got my first order today I must say the Fire Snakes/Pyro Vipers are awesome. The Torso's are very nicely detailed. The Ice Samurai are very detailed too. Although the head I wanted the most is sold out. I'm sure the ice zombie head will show up as some white walkers from game of thrones somewhere. I will be buying some of the sets too when they come out. I am really impressed with the figs for this wave even the ninja look great.
  6. Fun little scene. I like your story and figs too.
  7. Nice little scene. I like the trees and the irregular base. Good looking cart. Figs look great, nice action scene. Just curious what are the white pieces on the ground, snow or rocks?
  8. I like the build. The palisade is nice. I like the trench, with the guys picking at the terrain. The use of the grey pieces to represent stones is nice detail. Neat looking figs too.
  9. Took my kids to watch Godzilla king of the Monsters. Kids really enjoyed it. I really like the way Godzilla looks in the recent movies, looks like a King of the Monsters should look like. I grew up watching the old school Godzilla movies, as corny as they were they were still fun to watch and this was too with all new monsters in it
  10. Your builds are great. Really nice idea with this one. I like the use of the tires on the arms. The skirt looks fantastic. The hair looks excellent. The whole build is really good. You always have a great eye for building large figures.
  11. Nice little scene soccerkid. I like the way you sloped the land. The fencing for the cows looks great. The little water feature in the corner is a nice touch with the lilly pads, swan, and frog. The whole build looks very natural.
  12. Awesome build. Really like all the architecture in here. The wall has some nice texturing. The towers with the domes look great, especially the parts at the base of the domes where all the cheese slopes and tooth or claw pieces are. The accents of brown on the towers and throughout the build really add a nice change of color. The gear pieces on the building inside are a nice touch too. The market area is neat, I like all your different canopies. The trees are very creative. I like the use of sand green in spots too. Your figs all look good. I also like the picture you have of the angle down the market, looks great.
  13. Very nice review. I like your in depth analysis and comments about the books and movies comparing the set to both. The set is a great little set for $20. I'm definitely picking up several of these. Nice set to army build and the Patronus is just great.
  14. Very nice figs. I like the way you transitioned the base to fit each character. I really like the Rhinemaiden and Wotan. Nice job and welcome to Eurobricks!
  15. Nice texturing on the building. The red roof really pops. I like the pathway and the little bits of vegetation on the corners. Figs are neat looking and interesting story to go along with the build.
  16. Great windmill. The round mill looks great. The touch of grey you added to round parts of the mill is really nice. The landscaping is wonderful. I like how you have rocks jutting out from different spots. The grass looks neat with the lavender on it. The little tree with the new leaf pieces looks awesome. Nice story and figs too.
  17. I used to make them whatever I wanted to be. I usually used the forestmen and crusaders/lion knights for good. Wolfpack was used as a straight up robber faction for me. I used the dragon knights and black monarchs as bad guys until I started using 1x1 black rounds as evil knights. I also used other 1x1 round colors for different ghouls or demons until they actually started making minifig heads of just black or different colors like red or white. Not until they made fantasy era with the great evil skull heads did i use much else. Now there are a ton of great minifig heads to choose from to make whatever factions you want.
  18. If they did a Willow set I would freak. It's never going to happen though. That was a really fun movie. Mad Martigan and General Kael would be epic. But back on topic. I don't mind they are doing Minions it is a toy for children after all. It might give us some interesting parts like the Troll line. It also might open up other franchises that would be good for us AFOL's like others have said like Shrek and How to train a Dragon.
  19. Another excellent series. The wraith, Anubis, and tombstone are my favorites. A lot of details and the head prints are fantastic. The knight, marionette guy, muse, and herald are also really good. Shower time guy is pretty funny. Great job keep up the good work.
  20. Nice castle. I like the battlements. There is enough color variation to break things up. The wooden parts are nicely done and add a different vibe to the castle. The landscaping and rockwork look pretty good. I like the trees. The figs are neat and good story to go along with the build.
  21. Excellent job here. The camera angles and photography are great. The narrow street and the buildings look great, I love the texturing of the buildings. The cobblestone streets look nice. The portal with the demons is really cool looking in the background. All your figs look fantastic. The story is developing nicely.
  22. Love the stonework on the mill. The windmill itself is really nice, like the use of the capes. The dark red roofs look great. I like the landscaping with the different flowers and grasses all around the base. The tree is very nice too.
  23. Really lovely build. I like the texturing in the wall by using plates and bricks. The scaffolds are well done. The arches are a nice touch. The battlement look great with the gold accents and the dragon hilts used for dumping fluid on enemies below is a great idea. The rockwork below is great, along with the layering of the dark green plates. The tree is fantastic, especially the roots draping over the side. Excellent looking figs to support the build.
  24. Great army of orc's richchie. I like the base you have done for them. I wish I had that many orcs I only have about 50 total. Really nice display.
  25. Very nice work. I like the archways, the pillars have nice detailing. The colored windows are a nice touch. The lamps on the stairway are a neat idea. I really like your figs and nice story too.
