The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part
GentlemanJoker replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Movie was fantastic! There are quite a few characters people would love to have, especially some great cameos. Overall, it was as good if not better than the original for me. -
Yeah, the excuse they gave was that the show didn't fit within their guidelines because of the horror/violence aspect. It seems kind of cheap to me that they're cranking out sets like Overwatch that seem to violate their "no first person shooters" policy but they won't accept masterfully crafted sets like this that contain a mildly horror subject matter.

That's very nice! It looks a lot better with added depth like that. -
Yesssssss. I would utterly love that Booster Gold and Doctor Fate! Olsen's turtle needs to be a new piece! I feel like LEGO could use their new egg piece in pearl gold to make an awesome Skeets.

I'd kill for those golden age figs. Also a 1x1 round tile of the watchmen button would be amazing!

Probably, they seem to like making that really on-the-nose humor in these LEGO movies. -

That number is jut the percent of people who rated the movie positively. The actual rating for The Lego Ninjago Movie is 5.8 on Rotten Tomatoes, making it slightly better but still pretty bad. -

Wow! I really love the look of the whole thing! Are you going to make modular sections that can be connected like the rooms in the game?

I don't think the likes of Phil Lord and Chris Miller would let that happen. The problem with the Transformers movie is that they make lots of money regardless of their quality so they continue to make them. Warner Bros will probably stop funding the LEGO Movies so much if Ninjago, Lego Movie Sequel, the Billion Bricks Race, and any other future movies just perform worse and worse. Basically, there will be less motivation to make new movies if they're not doing well so they'll either improve the movies or stop making them in general.

Does the Volcano Base look like a $40 to $50 set, or more expensive?- 2,384 replies

From my experience, general people tend to have differing opinions from the general consensus reached by the critics on Rotten Tomatoes, so take that as you will.
