  1. Poor Guy. The way LXF drives it he needs one
  2. Great video. I like it even more after watching it. And now for the question I know will be on many members lips. Have you tried this with the Claas wheels/tyres
  3. We've had suggestions of BWE racing but how about racing Wheelchairs
  4. Brilliant, just brilliant. I love everything about it. Very well done. That reminds me, I've yet to build mine. I'll have to dig out the LDD file. Once I can remember where it's saved. Edit: Found it. Back to the drawing board I think.
  5. That's a terrific first MOC. Very impressive.
  6. You're making good progress, it's looking great. I especially like the lifeboats. I very much look forward to seeing this when its finished.
  7. Obviously something got lost in the English/Australian translation
  8. Thousands? OMG. I went into near meltdown just trying to order around 900 from Bricklink today
  9. A very warm welcome to Eurobricks feuri. That's a great first MOC you've built. I'll be following this with great interest.
  10. Things are coming along nicely. Keep up the good work.
  11. Hi CantonaWrecks. Welcome to Eurobricks. I've been to Manchester. Let's call it Mars!
  12. I've been eagerly awaiting this but now I've seen this picture I don't think it looks anywhere near as good as Bricktrix_Carls original. To be honest, I'm quite disappointed.
  13. Welcome to Eurobricks Fundinavian.
  14. Welcome to Eurobricks legophisto. Nice to have you with us.
  15. Looks like you've gotten yourself something a little different from your usual to build. I'll be following this with great interest.
  16. Are you kidding? Everything you make is awesome!
  17. I very much look forward to seeing this in action.
  18. Thank you young fella. Looking at your latest TC10 post it seems I'm not the only one making good progress. As for the 8880 being the greatest set ever, well I don't know about that. Personally I've never really been a big fan of it but it's growing on me. The more I build, the more I'm getting to like it. Who knows, by the time it's finished I might, just might, share your opinion of it.
  19. Build Day 4 - Days build time 5hrs 20mins / Total build time 19hrs 50mins Another day, another build update. Today's been another good day. I feel I'm still making pretty good progress although I'd have got a bit more done had I paid closer attention to the instructions. I made several mistakes simply because I missed certain things or fitted a part out of place. Note: For those of you who've not built the 8880 or other sets from this era I suggest you download the instructions and have a look through them. To say they're different to todays over simplified, almost encyclopaedic sized instruction books is something of an understatement. Myopic disfunctionality aside, the other real problem today was fitting the shocks. I had problems trying to fit them and have the axle they were to be fitted on to held in the correct position, a problem made worse by the steering arms already having been fitted. Cutting a long & very boring story short, I huffed and puffed but ran out of time so will fit them next time. I've had a go at taking better photos but with the build being this big, on my laptray and me using my mobile it makes this a little difficult to achieve. The photos are closer than previous ones but they aren't as I would like. Maybe I'll ask Gilly to do them in future. She wanted to take them but Mr Independent.... Today's build pics Edit: Spelling corrections
  20. I like this a great deal, especially the clever use of parts. Good luck in the competition.
  21. I'm liking this a lot, it's coming on nicely. It's really interesting following not only the build process but the speed at which you build even if it is on LDD. Keep up the good work and the very best of luck in the competition.
  22. Always happy to help. It's a really good saving. I don't think stocks will last long though.
