  1. Quidditch actually makes sense as a moments set, the book could be vaguely sky-coloured as a background with the illusion of a Hogwarts skyline built into it... okay, that might be thinking too big! But hopefully there's some cool details / stickers that can work as a good flying backdrop. Also I bet the two students are Harry and Draco
  2. Inb4 after the Hogwarts system of the last three years and the anniversary system this year there’s a third and even more distinctive Hogwarts Castle style next year
  3. Hang on what age are we expecting the Quidditch figures to be? They’ll probably all be fifth year+ with normal legs which unfortunately means we’re getting another accessory pack Harry with the most generic hairpiece he’s ever had . however, that does mean Harry and Draco would be different minifigures than those based on a first/second year set as they would be depicted as different ages. with all that being said I think a Quidditch lesson set is mostly likely because then there can be both Neville and Draco minifigures in this anniversary mini-theme
  4. So it seems to me the Fluffy Set could also have a patch of Devil’s Snare and then the keys, chess and Mirror of Erised could be in a longer mid-price Hogwarts set that can fit alongside the Fluffy one, maybe with some battlements on the outside like the Whomping Willow set? I could definitely see the Fluffy set having a trapdoor and patch of devils snare in the taller tower section although the tower is only eight studs wide so Fluffy wouldn’t fit in there If there was a Final Challenge set how do you guys think it would fit into the current anniversary Hogwarts parts?
  5. Honestly I don’t think a golden quirrell is that crazy because even in gold his turban will still make him distinctive. That’s what I think people are missing, in focusing on the characters rather than what makes them distinctive as minifigures. The original minifigures of the trio all had very distinctive hair pieces and even the new reboot Harry and hermione got new hair moulds which make them recognisable. Whereas draco and Neville started out with the most generic hair piece ever created for a minifigure so would not be as recognisable as golden minifigures unless they had very pronounced printing. that’s what I think was the biggest consideration for the golden minifigures: unique minifigure pieces that make them stand out even without printing (except for Voldemort whose distinctiveness is his lack of hair piece )
  6. I actually really like QQS having got the set and even if you don’t like the size of it you wouldn’t have to replace all the bricks: I’ve seen edits on Instagram where the right side with Daily Prophet is grey which helps it become less of a big pink block.
  7. Personally I think the idea of Drax being in the Benatar is wishful thinking, each set seems to come with a single Chitauri to tie all the Endgame sets together, just like the Outriders in the Infinity War sets. This way I guess they're making all the Endgame sets part of the same conflict, and if Drax was included there would be no conflict in the Benatar set at all which is something which is rare in Superhero sets. That being said it does seem odd how with the Endgame theme to the wave the Iron Man, Captain America and Spiderman sets really seem to stick out! But Thor being included in two sets does make up for that (especially with the viking beard!)
  8. Sorry! The way information about this wave has been drip-fed out and how similar some piece counts / price points are made me a bit confused
  9. Ah thanks for clarifying! just to make sure: does the Infinity Gauntlet have 590 pieces of does the Final Battle set?
  10. Hang on a few people on Instagram are saying the £70 Avengers set is the Infinity Gauntlet, does that mean that set is not the ‘Final Battle’ set?
  11. With how little there is from the Endgame battle to build except for vehicles is if possible we get another Giant-Man build like the airport battle? I can’t really think of much else apart from muddy ruins, especially with the lower piece count. Maybe Giant-Man alongside; - Another Chitauri chariot - Antman’s van - One of those Halo-looking tank things - Another scaled-down Leviathan I really don’t think there’s enough pieces for the Sanctuary II.
  12. It does seem strange to me that 2/3 of the marvel trinity are getting sets based on their first film but there’s nothing for Thor. Although I would kill for a mid-sized Dark World set I could definitely see a small set from the first Thor with Thor and Loki for sure and then potentially Odin / Heimdall/ the Frost Giant king in a third minifigure slot. The leakers have made it sound like there will only be one bigfig in this set so I wouldn’t hold out hope for professor hulk unfortunately
  13. I've already got a variety of the new Hogwarts jumpers and the ones from 2010 with the giant Gryffindor shields so that wouldn't make a difference to me. The only reason I'd like it is that I think the printing showing the different houses can be quite subtle so a big Hufflepuff shield on Justin Finch-Fletchley would be a plus in my book. Also I'm still really hoping that Crabbe and Goyle have Draco's back robes from Diagon Alley!
  14. I think Pomfrey is a more glaring omission in the Clocktower considering that actually came with the Hospital Wing although you do raise a valid point - where are the petrified victims meant to go unless there's another Hospital Wing included in this new set? That being said I feel like there definitely won't be any other minifigures in the Chamber of Secrets set as there's already going to be ten including Goldemort, which is the most for any set apart from Diagon Alley
  15. A good thing about the Knight for is how generic it is, so you could use pieces from the LOTR theme or knight cmf figures to make more knight statues really easily (just on plain grey body parts with a black head).
  16. I actually had that Slytherin Common Room set! It had an amazing printed wall tile with the snake crest that I used recently in a Borgin and Burkes moc
  17. I think the reason they went with a polyjuice potion girl's bathroom set this year is so it can tie to the Chamber of Secrets, with the modular way the rooms can be stacked meaning the bathroom should be able to fit directly above the chamber. As that bathroom set is my least-anticipated for the June wave whether I get it or not solely depends on how good the Chamber-sinks entrance looks and how well the play feature works.
  18. That's a good idea, I forgot Gabrielle had that unique expression!
  19. Speaking of minifigures I had no idea Justin Finch-Fletchley was in Hufflepuff! For some reason I always thought he was in Ravenclaw. In the film both he and Colin Creevey are wearing their robes all the time instead of just their jumpers so hopefully the Great Hall set comes with more robe prints! Also I'm crossing my fingers they have alternate petrified faces, along with Ginny from when she's in the Chamber - I would really like to see Ginny with a different expression rather than the overused little-girl-face.
  20. So I’ve been keeping an eye on the Clocktower and Privet Drive sets and have been wondering if they’re likely to go out of stock soon? The Clocktower especially is coming up to have spent 2 years on shelves so I am concerned that even if Lego still stocks it other outlets like Amazon might not bother meaning now might be the optimum chance to get it on sale?
  21. Just looked up an old picture of the black falcon castle and it’s interesting how it looks like it has printed bricks to represent the panelling effect with diagonal beams. As creator is unlikely to use stickered or printed pieces I wonder if they have the capability to achieve that diagonal effect with brick-built construction?
  22. My local Tesco had the bags hung up on some hanger thing between shelves for months, marking them down a bit occasionally until they half-price (local shops often do this if stuff has been there for ages) so eventually I couldn't resist when they were half-price and bought the last 7. Still don't know what to do with them because I've already got the full set including doubles of Hermione and Neville Still haven't seen any of series 21 tho and and only got 1 figure from series 20 when I actually went to a toy shop looking
  23. Yup they are! If you look carefully the girls bathroom, long bit of the forbidden corridor and two floors of the tower in the Chamber of Secrets are all 16 studs long so will be able to stack on top of each other to make one really tall tower! Knowing this I am feeling more kindly inclined to the how the two smaller sets are plainer than what we’re used to with Hogwarts extensions. This is because the two can make up the middle floors of the tower, which are usually less detailed anyway so as to not take attention away from the foundation and roofs
  24. Golden wands sounds pretty obvious now that you mention it! Also I wonder with the anniversary theme if the golden minifigures use the same printing and hair pieces as the old figures. So they’d be in gold but printed with the old robes and faces and old hair pieces for the trio! Voldemort could even have his old printing from 2005! I think this would make sense as that way Lego are picking the timeless version of the trio instead of having to choose what age the golden minifigures should be.
  25. Yeah everyone who’s been asking for pictures just type in #legoleaks of #legoleaks2021 (less spam) into the search bar on Instagram and make sure you’re looking under the ‘recent’ header
