  1. The blurb I posted above is also from the official site, right in the FAQ section: https://www.lego.com/en-ch/lego-con?icmp=LP-SHQL-Standard-LP_Lego_con_QL_Standard_FAQ-TH-NO-BR6UQ3BDS6#blt1905365d16c1860d
  2. This was posted by @AD_Bricks over in the Star Wars thread though:
  3. Leakers have hinted at a giant Bowser being a part of it, but after last year‘s Peach‘s Castle debacle, I‘ll be more cautious this year
  4. Apparently, there‘ll be a reveal at LEGO Con next month I hope it‘s the D2C set
  5. TLG will reveal something Minecraft-related at LEGO Con! Must be the two remaining sets
  6. Good idea! The P2 mould doesn‘t capture the elongated shape of his helmet perfectly, but it‘s close enough Hope we‘ll get that minifig next year
  7. The Starry Night leaked, and it‘s a thing of beauty
  8. HP is mentioned among the themes with new set reveals at LEGO Con. I doubt they‘re referring to the June sets, so could this be the Hogwarts Express? Seems a bit early
  9. The only time I can remember where a list appeared incredibly early was in 2015, when the 1HY 2016 set list surfaced in like June, or was it May even? Nobody bought it because it was so laughably early Cue the surprised Pikachu face when some of the sets were then revealed at SDCC I doubt this ever happens again though. If I recall correctly, the source of that particular leak was burned forever as a consequence. Plus, the leak manager at TLG is doing a good job
  10. Not too bummed this isn’t confirmed. We’ve already had a 212th battlepack, so I’m hoping for something new
  11. I meant having a clear plan, so merchandising partners can confidently invest into their DC products The constant back and forth with their approach (solo films vs the DCEU), shifting release dates, and platforms (streaming vs theatrical, see Batgirl) probably doesn’t inspire much confidence I agree that Shazam seems like a good fit! I hope TLG see it the same way. No idea how well the merch for the first film sold
  12. It’ll be available at Smyths Toys They’re the only retailer to carry all of the HP sets
  13. We only got the detailed descriptions of the 2HY sets a couple of weeks ago and people already claim they know about 2023 sets? Sorry, not buying it
  14. I’d still buy a comic-based Avengers Tower, but a MCU-inspired one would be vastly superior in my eyes, even with somewhat limited minifig potential
  15. I only said “alive”, I didn’t specify in which state the theme is It can bounce back though! …if WB can finally get their **** together
  16. Good to know the DC theme is still alive! But there’s no way this set won’t get delayed until around March Sure, previous sets based on delayed films were mostly released on schedule (Eternals being a prominent exception), but this time the delay was announced pretty early. Plenty of time to adjust set production schedules. So unless Black Adam or Shazam 2 get sets or some surprise comic-based sets are in the pipeline, this is probably it for DC this year
  17. There are indeed two hairpieces included, but only one head. One side has a smirk, the other the pig snout The duck bill faceprint is included somewhere else
  18. Unless we all fell for well-made fakes… again I do believe they‘re real though. And they don‘t necessarily have to be from the same set, despite leaking together
  19. Yeah, Tonks only has one head in the Grimmauld Place set after all, as confirmed by Holly’s review So Tonks is either included in an accessory pack, the D2C set, or the advent calendar
  20. I suspect that one‘s included as a second head in the Grimmauld Place set Can‘t be that much longer before we see the first reviews!
  21. I was kinda hoping they‘d go in a different direction with the story than humans vs Na‘vi again… Oh well
  22. Really? The only major ones so far (minus Kenobi) that origin from the Filoni shows are Ahsoka, Bo-katan, and Bane, all of which had very good and logical reasons to be there Bo-katan is Mandalorian royalty and a former owner of the Darksaber, so having her is essential in a show about Mandalorians. Ahsoka is the only (former) Jedi around at that time besides Ezra, so including her makes sense to guide Grogu. And Cad Bane is one of Fett‘s arch nemesis, so thematically it fit perfectly to have Boba kill a representation of his past with a weapon he forged himself
  23. Why not? I would like to see the Justifier pop up in other projects as well. Same goes for Bane himself! I mean, they still need to explain why he wasn‘t active during the OT (in-universe of course, we know why out-of-universe)
  24. Fair enough The one that looks like a flying saucer (1:06 in the trailer)
