Thanks for the inspiration. I'm picking up a green baseplate to work on my own town park now. I like your use of green plates for hedges - gives it that manicured hedge look without being too "blocky". Thanks for sharing!

Check out Brian Lyles's book and website at brickcitydepot.com. He's got some alternate builds for modulars, and the book has a ton of useful info for building MOC modulars. It's what got me started!

The vacation getaways set is by far the most detailed 3-in-1 set, in my opinion. Just finished building the RV, and I'm still shocked at how much detail they packed in at a reasonable price. I haven't built the other two models yet, but looking ahead at the instructions, they look pretty impressive, too. (I also really liked that the instructions are bound into one book!)

I'm blown away by this!! It's perfectly executed. I'd love to have the instructions to convert mine! Also, you mentioned PAB for extra tan bricks. Excuse my ignorance, but what is PAB? I'm so excited about this!! It's going to be my new project to do something similar (or the same if you have pdf or lxf files). :) Thanks for posting!
