Oh wow, I waltzed in to Lego store expecting to see new sets, even as far as the clerks telling me Friday but at least I got a couple of Disney mini figures! I view this website on mobile and it sends me to the last location viewed on this topic which was a couple of days ago and overlooked the dates on the topics, sorry. You guys should Taptalk!

When are the new sets coming out? I thought it was today?

What if the designer just made this set first then planned on releasing the smaller sets?

I went to a bookstore and saw something curious, an announcement for a new Harry Potter book called the Cursed child, give it a couple of years after the movie is made and you will see re releases or new figures from Hp line

I can honestly say the this year's Death Star will be Rogue related, they will probably include the OT features and add extra rooms related to Rogue One. It would be a wasted opportunity if they didn't. The only downside of this are the minifigures where we all know wouldn't be the same or close to the figs seen in the 2008. I hope I am wrong and we just get a classic one, I just want OT figs.

I forgot the treasure troves that are hobby shops that sell Lego, while retailers and actual Lego store sets sell popular sets and keep in touch with new sets, sometimes hobby stores are the last place people would look for Lego sets, I found the entire pirate line at retail price and rebought them again!

The more spoilers I read about CW, the more sense the fifth set makes. Mostly to do with an assault on mountain lair...

So it's safe to say that the upcoming Death Star will be based on the rogue squadron movie with stuff from The OT added in I guess...

I have been thinking that a lot lately. The color of the Kylo Ren command shuttle bothers me, the movie and other merchandise has it all black out, but the TLG released it in Grey. Same thing with the BvS batmobile, although in Lego is black, on the movie is like a dark grey, even with other merchandise it's grey. I am also pissed that the upcoming Grand Moff Tarkin's uniform is Tan. Are they becoming color blind? There's a lot of *@*#)!# stuff that's making me question their tactics and methods.

Lol only experience I had that left me like wth just happened, because I bought a Simpsons house but they swore up and down they sent it, I never received it, they kept sending them but finally I guess many orders in their system logged in that once they fixed it, I got three Simpsons houses for free, I confronted Lego about it since they are huge company but customer service rep just told me to keep them and apologized for the error in their shipping department. They blamed Fed Ex though

My worst Lego experience involved getting two Simpsons houses for free from shop online but that's a different story

I can't complain, once the super heroes licence is out, we'll be crying lack of anything. I am just patiently waiting for a justice league hq

I didn't know how hot they were either, the falcon was an impulse buy really, I know TRU prices keep creeping up on Star Wars figs, checked out Lego store and still found it at retail price, funny thing is the cashier was kind of saying awww you got the last one, and I was like no I didn't, they were three others, little did I know that the falcons were freshly stocked, and when I got mine, the other three were sold in a matter of minutes, but the cashier wanted a falcon set for herself and was pissed. Thank goodness for double VIP points though. I feel they are holding out on the OT storm troopers BP until Star Wars sales slow down, it's their Ace in a hole and it pisses me off. I am a sucker for Stormtrooper but they do release them in expensive sets. Which in all reality me the rebel sets do not bother me at all when it comes to filling in OT figs. The differences are minimal but still same character, just a little different variation of it.

I noticed that some of their guns are not glossy but like fake coat of matte black that makes them dirty/used. I have noticed that more figures have tons of misprints, I bought two of the same sets, took out their minifigs and noticed different prints than the others, I love Lego but damn their outsourcing factories are starting to catch up with them, makes me feel like I buy used sets that someone expertly managed to tape back up like a pro.

What's the DC outline for this year after the summer sets? Any more polybags? I think I know Lego, but I swear, those polybags come out of nowhere. I went to TRU the other day and managed to get like six BvS mini batmobiles.

I never opened mine since I got it mid Feb for VIP, but decided to return it and get it again just for double vip points! XD Now I feel that I do not want to open it because of the Mr. Freeze figure that comes out next month... I have TWO but just the figures and not the freeze gun, so I am stuck now waiting for the actual polybag that comes out april 1st....

Oh my goodness, now you guys are making me want to pull out my bags for this. I practically have all of them except for the sdcc and the new blu ray releases.

This is how my DS is set up right now. I ever since I got it two years ago I have been buying Lego Sets with updated minifigs relevant to the OT timeline. I combined the Final Duel to the DS, and have been buying microfighters relevant to the OT DS since they fit in the landing bay marvelously. I added the Death Star mini canons that comes with the battle pack set. Pretty much everything you mentioned, except the black droids. The ONLY figure missing so far is Grand Moff Tarkin. I was hoping the new Grand Moff would have a grey uniform but no success, I use Rebel minifigs like storm troopers and Yularen, but still. I simply do not how they can outdo themselves on the old one. I noticed that Lego recently simplifies sets by giving more figs but less build. Unless we are talking about the ghostbusters HQ, but I am dying to know what it could entail, and do not really care about the price, I would happily spend 500 bucks easily if this contains like 20 minifigs. There is a lot to out do from the old one. a lot.

Got the Force Awakens Millennium Falcon. I have the 2011 but never built it and figured it why not to see what's the fuzz is all about it. Boy my VIP are close to 150.00 dollars now. I bought the Ghostbusters HQ, 1966 Batcave among other things, like my sevent rebels stormtroopers set and a couple of speed champion cars for my babies. Is it bad that I am gluing the cars so they don't mess it up?

What would be some ideas to update Grand Moff Tarkin. He is tricky to me, his head could pass off as the old one that ben kenobi has, but have used newer head pieces, the trick to me is the uniform and his ribbons, with new imperial officers nothing comes close. The new upcoming mini fig that comes out in tan made me kind of mad.

I actually care, printing makes a huge difference. Lego notoriously updates their minifigures of the same set close to the end, but in my eyes little variations make it almost a new figure... Mark VII is cheaper yes, back in 2012 the only way to get him was buying the now expensive quinjet set. But this version has the metallic gold mask and updated print.

Meh, went to TRU to browse the lego sets I already have. Saw that they have a promo, but any Lego over 30$usd receive batmobile. So got the green lantern set and a speed set, went up to the register and sucked up to the cashier, long story short, I ditched the 30 dollars worth of Lego and bought four BvS Batmobile polybags! They played their cards real good!!!
