We have the man of steel Superman, bvs Superman, and the regular Superman, I always get confused with the Batman releases since I’m curious if they go off the comics or cartoons which are hard to keep track off

My biggest take away from LEGO at this point is them kicking to the curb LEGO ideas, this is the second set which they practically pulled an official excuse in regards to make it ok to release this set even though another set similar to this WITH THE FORD EXPLORER was approved to 10,000 and denied. but seriously I only buy LEGO at Walmart, unless they are exclusives stick to amazon to get those d2c 20% discounts, walmart uses toys as a loss ladder meaning they really do not lose any money from the sales and discounts they offer at all, for example the snowspeeder set from Star Wars is 32.99 versus the 39.99retail price. I almost bought the toy story four carnival set for 40.00 there thinking it was expensive, then I checked it out on LEGO.com and saw it retails for 49.99 lets not get into clearance, I have bought 150usd sets for 69.99-79.99 price range tops, including the first order star destroyer, the big LEGO Batman batmobile and the Han Solo Millenium falcon but that one went down to 110. i only go to my local LEGO store when I really really want to get LEGO vip points on sets that Walmart and target carry, ohh my dudes and dudettes, I forgot to mention I live next to a LEGOland and since they are franchised owned the discounts there are even more outrageous. point being you have to learn to shop around to afford bigger sets, heck I can go to local mom and pop shops and find 4 year old sets still brand new AT retail price!

I am actually more p’off That LEGO ideas are kind of useless since the interview clearly mention that two sets that got the support got stepped over TLG

So true, dc has gotten the bigger niftier and grittier sets more than any marvel sets, plus LEGO played it safe because this wave is literally the 2012 Batman line redux, but way better, I love all the sets coming out, dc has gotten Arkham asylums, Batcaves, enormous bat vehicles, and tons of movie sets, marvel ever since 2013 has gotten one or two sets and 30 something Spider-Man sets that tries to tie in the cartoons or shows, but seriously I am too excited for the upcoming wave, it will be marvelous

What kills this set is the key parts of the movie being ingrained at the gate, the toilet scene, along with the jello dining is way off and falls flat with this set they clearly could have used the pieces for at least making a makeshift Jeep, heck the included the rails, which makes me feel that they could throw it in later on.

The 400 dollar castle right? How did you do it?, did you mimic, the same build? I tried going that route but noticed they have different ways of building the tower Thank you so much! Anyone tried adding the three stacks to the main tower as seen in previous harry potter sets? I tried doing the mod by literally Doing the same thing the huge set tried to but the setup is wrong with the smaller set and im kind of stuck, thank you

But one can hope, the way LEGO has changed over the last 30 years since pirates have been with us, could only make us think of what would have been, I loved the last LEGO pirates wave and sometimes wish we had another wave, but you have to wonder what would had LEGO done this year, even if we got a reissue of the BSB or el dorado, or another take of the king Kahula island, who knows, pirates and castles are two lines with no sets in sight, two of my favorite lines of all time

I noticed this too, there’s no June sets on the US website labeled coming soon, but like you mentioned ALL the August sets are up, something is definitely up

So I feel like I am the only one doing this, but I noticed the only difference between the new stormtroopers in 2019 and the previous stormtroopers from 2015 is literally the helmet so I have been buying just the helmets since the body prints are the same thing, but since the helmets are two pieces molded into one, makes them a bit taller than Vader now I think which is weird

LEGO stores unless LEGOland stores are mandated and controlled by LEGO, 9/10 store employees have no clue when new sets get shipped, they just know shipment dates but have no idea what sets, they know the rumors too but only the store manager knows. Legoland are franchises therefore they have to order the sets, but every other store are controlled by LEGO, before there was a time when the sets would get released before their street dates, but now they penalize stores who do and we have to wait. Thats why smyths took them off their website but since the Batman sets are being released August 1st, they are up for preorder on the shop LEGO US website but the Harry Potter sets are not, if that’s saying something

I like this version better, the build is better

I’m glad I sold my 2012 bat cave and LEGO will be releasing a better and upgraded version that combines the batwing/bat mobile and the bat cave!

LEGO members at my store told me June 1st for the majority of the sets, while the other two for August. That’s the general consensus

I just wish LEGO sets came back with those elevated bases for ramps, docks and castles, you figure LEGO would do a 30th anniversary BSB for this year, but they really had a good idea with the 2015 pirates themed, I figured at least with a second run we would have gotten more fortress and pirates hangouts based sets, but their good idea was connecting smaller sets into bigger ones, I wasn’t much fan of the rollercoaster or the 3 in one, but I kind of want more

I called my local lego store and they told me the sets will be released tomorrow, but then an amazing plot twist is that they called me back to tell me they did released them today, went there and got my hall of armor set, took advantage of them double vip promos

Target is slow to rollout and stock their shelves after street dates, you can befriend a worker who can help you get it from the back if you know the sku, but that takes a lot of persuarion. They get the merchandise, but their workers have a set date to stock their shelves.

when is the infinity war dlc sets coming out?

THey are there, just saw them right now, US release date and confirmed by local lego store is this Friday.

It's kind of hard to see what they can pull on it really, I want the two versions of clu, but who knows.

when does the tie fighter mini polybag come out?

honestly VIP points suck, but I have been seeing the MF more in lego stores, I guess the lucky ones were the ones who bought this set when it first came out because they included the dolly and the bag for it.

Honestly I thought the 34 dollars for this set was not bad at all, certainly cheap from the high end sets i've been buying. I love Tron and i'm one of those rare ones who liked Legacy so this set hits a nail in the head, my lego store had like 15 of the sets and I must have gotten the first one but overall I LOVE IT, I love it even more that on the Lego Ideas Blog entry they stated they plan to release Clu also which was mind blogging to me as to my we got rinzler instead, but the minifigs are detailed, the lightcycles are fun to build my only gripe is the handles should be black rather than grey, it's a clever build, although you get used to the design but overall not bad at all!

For some reason in my city, I cannot find the Sanctum set ANYWHERE, Lego is pushing out all the other sets but that one I am ready to buy it and get the time stone, but seriously I saw it in stock once it was released but that was it. I do not know if these are just popular or lego is falling behind on production.

they would want to get rid of everything, every single thing at insane prices. gaming, toys, everything, the tragic thing is that practically everything lego will go down the drain. They usually do pretty good discounts but who knows how much they will get rid of.
