    Everytime I saw this at a toy store I always cried to my parents for one, but never got it, I got the smaller islander sets, but the more I see this now, I don't want it, I could buy it, but naahh, I am hoping Lego does an updated version of the islanders with this new pirates line, one can hope right!! XD

    I bought all my pirate sets when they had the vip double event, but haven't opened them yet in fear that my wife would kill me, since she is seeing new lego sets she is not aware of me buying them. I had to wait for her to leave the house, so i could have walked in the sets in the Lego bag. I am stocked, although they are small in size, and I don't have any imagation, I want to build them and actually play with them, but now I want to build my Lego Kindoms sets to see if it would fit in with the pirates theme. lol

    This was my first big Lego Xmas set for 94 or 95 can't remember. I loved it, so much that I stayed behind and built it all day while my family went out for a party. I want to play with this again, just because I am a Lego guy that just follows instructions, so when I saw the alternate builds I could never get them right... Since I have grown I want to dare my self and rebuild the alternate models and see if I could do it.

    The one vibe I got from the simpsons house is the play ability of everything inside the house. I assume building the inside will be super tedious considering the fact that we will have to stock up the shelves of pretty much everything!!!

    So I need a fundraiser to help me get these sets, any donations are welcome! just kidding. I am seriously thinking of selling some toys I have doubles of to make ends for the marvel sets, the whole AoU and Helicarrier will cost me, but I want to take advantage of the double VIP promotion I hope.

    So it seems you really can't find this set anywhere, it's sold out EVERYWHERE even on the Lego shop. Good thing I am saving buying the Avengers sets for later.

    I have this feeling I will have to splurge money to get bizarro sdcc version. I was hoping the blu ray exclusive was him and not batzarro but maybe we can see a chetaah and giganta in the future, I was actually toying with the idea that Lego can get away with a Giganta as those huge figure watches as big fig version

    Damn, now it's sold out on the US lego page, with the release stock date of the 12th of March... I totally forgot this was coming out for VIP early though.

    Glad to know I am not the only one who hates big figs, but I love the classic villain designs for obvious reasons, the legion of doom build up, even the lex luthor mini fig that came with Lego batman 2 is dead on, now we just need a bizarro in a playset. I have been seeing that the sdcc Lego figure prices have been dropping astronomically so I might pick up shazaam and bizarro that way, but who knows.

    I just stick to looking at pictures of the sets and upcoming sets previews. But you forget that this is a Lego forum, you should expect responses from nearly every age, I agree, in this forum everyone speculates about sets, then get desperate of having them before release dates, take a few pictures once they have the sets in hand, start talking about the next wave of sets and what figures they think should be in them, it is a vicious cycle. It's all entertaining, but I do hate how the only updates on the main page are just contests and off the wall insane Lego projects. But I don't expect anything from anyone so, I just browse through. The licensed topic should be structured like the Start Wars one, and just have an index of reviews, current sets and guide.

    Anyone tried a green hood for the green arrow fig yet? Just had a friend order some from brick link and can't wait for it to come in.

    We just got the same flash from last years set.

    Ferrari went from Bburago to Hot Wheels, were they are just overprized Maisto Quality like era model cars. Kyosho got a hold of that partial license deal and started doing some of them, and the F40 is a beautiful masterpiece, but I only own the Ferrari F355 Berlinetta, and I am just awaiting one day to see the F50 re done again. Hot Wheels just keeps releasing new cars, while Kyosho is doing cars years 2000 and below.

    Fabric is cool, but it makes them look like scarfs around their face... it's annoying.

    San Antonio, Texas. The Toys R Us website briefly had it in stock, but they sold out quick, went to the store and had a handful left. Anyone taken a picture of John Stewart yet with the current minifigs? The banana guy came with a brown head piece that I will use to have my dick grayson mini figure. More than anything lol. the face of green lantern, I think I can make an extra classic 1966 robin fig lol, somewhat. Highly doubt we will see a toy man, but lol, all we need is cheetah, giganta and solomon grundy to have the legion of doom.... one man maybe. Am I the only one that hates the fabric capes? It's great they are soft and all, but makes the face pop out more and looks like they wear scarfs now.
