Not sure if its a tie in or they just looked at it for inspiration but Deadshot's range finder eye is printed on the right eye rather than the traditional left in the comics/animation. Much like Will Smith's movie deadshot which does the same thing. Looks like a great figure though!

Thats a pity, at least its pretty close in the expression and stubble to the civil war movie.Its not as bad an offender as say Lex Luthor in the BVS sets which looks about as far from eisenberg as you can get.

Theres no proof that they are reusing Starlord's face for Bucky. All we've seen is an image thats too small to pick out fine details on the characters. Until we get high-res photos we know nothing of the face print for sure.

Believe it or not the spot on Kylo's face is accurate, Adam Driver (actor of Ren) does have a spot on his face in that exact place. I think he looks pretty accurate to the movie to be honest facially. Nice to have a helmetless version as he doesn't wear it all the time.

This jacket was the dominant jacket in 11's reign actually so it would make sense i guess cause he wore it from a Christmas Carol-The Snowmen, which was one and a half series and two christmas specials. Either way it looks unique and like 11, and who's to say he wouldn't wear that shirt with that jacket anyway.

Liking the look of the figures for sure, not sure why bats has the old Mask rather than the new 52 styled one he wears in the movie, that the other Batman figure in this wave has in the batmobile set, prototype image perhaps? I mean it happened with the Harry Potter sets before where Lego's image showed a dark green robed Voldemort (which in my opinion looked cooler and was far more accurate)

That's cool that we seem to be getting a regeneration set in essence but its a pity Capaldi's regular look is not included, that pretty much forces fans to buy the dimensions level pack to get the regular doctor, whether they have/want dimensions or not. I mean that's Ok for people with consoles but for a lot of people £30 for one 12th Doctor figure, the main, most iconic variant of the character is a lot of money if they don't have a console let alone the starter pack, like myself. Then again I suppose if there are more sets we might get another variant of 12 in another set. Then again that is cool cause 12 wore smith's costume (sans bowtie) for part of "Deep Breath" also, until he collapsed on the bank of the thames.

I have a feeling, call it a hunch that the set will be officially revealed this week, mostly because every day leading up to Saturday the Beeb are releasing content on their doctor who site, today it was promo images, tomorrow it might be the prequel "Doctor's Meditation", Thursday it might be something else and so on and so forth. Building up to the return of the good doctor and what would be a better time to make an announcement. There's lots of anticipation towards this series and towards the Lego, with dimensions new trailer announcement for their voice cast which showed off some Who stuff, and this is the week of the newest series launch. Either way I reckon whether it be NYCC or a singular announcement we'll have something during this month or the next. Whatever this set is they'll probably want to have it out before Christmas alongside the doctor who dimensions pack as Doctor Who is a Christmas tradition(at least over here)and sales on Doctor Who merch always spike around Christmas.

AH, I see, well could be worse, they got the basic shape and working off old concept art they can't get everything right. No biggie, nowhere near as disastrous as some of the muck ups they've made in other license themes (Iron Man 3 I'm looking at you). IMO the size of the thing doesn't really justify £80 but maybe in person it's larger than it looks and at least it has a nice array of figures.

Funny thing is they are using the same transporter vehicle in the rogue one filming, must be something the first order acquired from the empire maybe design wise or maybe just stock of them. Judging by what they are using on set there Lego's version seems quite accurate.

McGann is a great doctor full of energy, wit and charm, its the movie he starred in lots of people despise. His swansong night of the doctor (a 15 minute minisode prequel to day of the doctor) is miles better and even with only 15 minutes he proves again why he was given the role in 1996 in the first place. On topic, I think an 8th doctor figure would be cool somewhere down the line but John Hurt's War Doctor is one I desperately want! That guy is a badass, the book engines of war proves as much.

I like all 13 actors and their portrayals of the good doctor, 12 is my current favourite cause he's witty and slick and dark but also has a lot of emotional and moral conflict which makes for an interesting new side for the character, something a bit more unpredictable than usual, he's still the doctor but you never quite know what he's going to do or how he's going to react. Plus he's super cool and a bit of a badass. Matt Smith's portrayal of the doctor was electrifying, one minute childish, crazy and random and the next minute deadly serious and threatening, he's young and brash but he's so ancient and wise. His speeches give me goosebumps, especially akhaten and he had one of the best final stands of any doctor. Ten is very popular its true however 11 is also extremely popular and appealing across the board, his childlike randomness and humour appeals to children and his darker tones appeal to teens/adults.

I think its the simple reason of keeping the first set of a possible line up to date with the series, you get the current doctor and companion and two current villains and one previous villain and then as the new doctor is a recent change you get the previous doctor to give you more options on what to do with the set. I'm actually hoping the inside is customisable so you can change it from the blue accented series 7 tardis to the orange accented 12 tardis. I wonder if it'll have any accessories for the two doctor's tenures, like 12's chalkboard or armchair or an opening below the console where you can put in Clara's Christmas turkey as it's based off TOTD apparently. I really hope this is a proper set like the planned CB one but with better bricks/quality rather than the opening tardis Ideas submission as that was a cool idea but was far too small for £60 and just wouldn't do it justice. TBH I'm hoping lego have their game on as what they did with another iconic location: Bag End was fantastic for £60, perfectly recreated and detailed. Hulksmash: you saw the prelim, correct? What did the set itself look like as a representation of the interior?

I can't believe they are charging £70 for an X-wing and £80 for the transport both of which barely look large enough to fill the £59.99 slot, I mean 3 minfigures in a £70 set? That's bonkers! I am liking the sets themselves though, all of them look quite fun and the figures are incredible! Shame it appears Lego is aiming this wave at billionaires...

From the video by the looks of it the new millennium falcon has the same open up functionality of the 2011 model but far more detail and more printed/stickered parts for the inside and the inside itself seems a to have a bit more in it, the dejarik table piece looks awesome, larger like a table and printed at that! I can't tell if they've fixed the boarding ramp being too close to the ground on this one.

Just a thought but might it not be a late night reveal, considering that when the BBc usually reveal something to do with the series they do so about 10pm-12pm GMT (UK time) To the USA I guess that's afternoon but to the UK which is where the BBC is primarily based that's late night, just a thought. At the very least thank your lucky stars that its not a Sherlock set reveal because we'd probably be waiting another 3 years... (only Sherlock fans will get that joke)

Wallace And Grommit. There's a lot of set potential: Wallace's gadget packed house, Wallace's Motorbike And Sidecar, the car from curse of the were rabbit, the rocket from a grand day out, the dog food factory showdown from a close shave, the fairground ride chase from curse of the were rabbit. Due to Wallace's inventive nature all the sets could be packed with functions. Plus the cast of characters from Wallace and his faithful pooch, to feathers McGraw, Preston the cyber-dog, Shaun the sheep, the robot from the moon, The Were Rabbit, Lady Tottington, Victor Quartermaine e.t.c

It comes out in October over here on dvd and Blu Ray, according to US reviews its a really fun movie and is miles better than Bizarro league, I watched a couple of clips and it looks pretty cool, however questions about this release should probably be in the 2015 discussion fyi.

I definitely think given how serious civil war is Cap's printed head (unless he has a helmet) should be printed with a stern, grimace, angry or stoic expression as a smile definitely wouldn't suit this film, it doesn't really suit AOU but its neutral of an expression enough to overlook that. I actually hope one of the sets has mask less steve variant like with the helicarrier as that figure is hard to get hold of.

YAY! Can't wait! Makes sense really with Sept being the month series 9 starts.

So the looks for the teams in civil war have been revealed in promo art, so these are what we can most likely expect these characters to look like inthe sets next year. I especially love Hawkeye's new threads which perfectly toe the line between modern mcu movie style and comic book style, Winter Soldier's suit I think will translate well to Lego form, he appears to be cleanly shaven and his hair is pretty much the same as the winter soldier look, his costume has a different Jacket to the promo bag look which is mostly black with some gun holsters and his usual silver arm. There is anothercharacter mentioned above with her own military spy look so I'd imagine we'd see her. Black Panther just looks awesome and I really hope he gets a minfigure next year cause that look is so cool, Ant Man seems to be wearing a new version of his suit with a bit more dark red and a slightly differentshaped helmet. Either way I can't wait to see what the minfigure assortment for next year would be, I hope at least we get the villains of the movie and at least the new members of both teams and obviously Iron Man and Cap as its sort of their movie. One thing I notice about these costumes is with the exception of Panther and Falcon most of these figures won't require new molds which lego will be happy about. No sign of Spidey so I guess they are keeping their cards close to the chest for his reveal but I would guess with him being Lego's and Disney's golden boy merch wise he'll probably show up in a set in MCU version.

Ah, that clears it up, nice to see Ren has an option for if you want hooded with mask as well as standalone mask.

Don't know if anyone has already mentioned this but there's a pic of the Kylo Ren and General Hux minifigures going round the internet, apparently from a tease of a review? Ren is hooded and his head is the mask but printed. Apologies to the mods if this is something that can't be discussed, feel free to delete my post if that is the case, the whole what we can and can't discuss thing is confusing me now we have the catalogue pics.
