Very nice, What a simple, clean facade yet it so typical and recognisable with those details. Simply perfect. And you also managed too put in a nice interior as well.
-
Brilliant! And so recognisable!

Well it is a big, massive building, but if you didn't tell it was a station I would have some trouble guessing it. But all things considered it does closely resembles the original (Google is alway useful).

What a beauty. Great work on the details, I especially like the small steps and the side coverings
-
Wow! It is beautiful. The colour combination is perfect, especially the roof.

Stunning little engine. You absolutely captured all the details of the original. And really nice how you solved the sloping parts.
-
That looks nice. The part of the battery box looks a bit bland but that is inevitable unless you want to use stickers. But the lower part is brilliant. I really like how you detailed the wheels.
-
Great station, it looks really nice. It seems that you put a lot of details in there as well. Too bad it is diffcult too see. Hopefully you can show some close-ups for us to admire.

Man, there are too many things too check with you around. Amazing how you come up with all those fine details and ideas. Your lawnmower e.g. looks fantastic. BTW when is the train arriving in New Mannum?

Those are really nice houses. Small, simple yet every house is differents and has some dnice details. I especially like how you did the basement windows of the brick house. I wonder how all these would look like together in a town arrangement.

Ow, that's great. I remember playing pong when I was young. It was amazing that you could play a game on TV. You really did a good job creating that feeling of playing pong together.

Nice work! I really like how you did the ground floor. The entrance and the cellar window look great. Nice interior as well. I don't mind the bright yellow colour it works well here although it makes the rest of the building a bit boring.

Again a piece of art. The valve gear is awesome! It is really nice to see it work.

Really nice. You captured the look and feel of the Haunted House really well. Very clever way of working with those windows. And amazing how you put a lot of details in there like the small window in the front door.

Ok, I think it is clear that we won't see any separate rolling stock in 2013 (or the years thereafter) for good reasons. However I wonder if we would get a new city train sets (logically a passenger train set, a cargo train set and a station) at the end of 2013 or that we have to wait for 2014. The current regular sets are from 2010. It would be good for my wallet if we had to wait for 2014 though (we already have the horizon express), and I am actually happy that some sets stay on that long.

That's an impressive build! It really looks like a decent sized station. You have some nice detail likes the entrances and the benches. But the way you worked out the curved platform is perfect.

Absolutely stunning. It was already an amazing setup, but this is just beyond incredible. Everything is just right and fit perfectly together in the whole scene. And i really like the details like the small tree growing through an old waggon.

Wow, and what a surpise. I didn't expect a DTC train for another year. It is a pleasant surprise (albeit not for my wallet) that we get another icon as a LEGO train. And it looks great!

Very, very impressive. Again! You never dissapoint us with your great creations. And this one is no exception. I really like the way you brick built the colored lines. And of course the rest of all the details you put in there. -
TRAIN TECH Help, General Questions & Talk to the Staff

I found no problems using two motors as Peterab also mentioned. I run both motors from the same receiver. The only thing I added was the PF switch 8869. It then takes some fidling around to fit it all, but you can do that by removing some brick from the inside without compromising anything of the outside looks.- 578 replies

Man with a hat replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thanks for another magnificent review! And it is nice to see another great variety of minifigures. I still have to decide which one I like best. -
What an impressive building! It looks magnificent. Everything looks great but I especially like the narrow high windows above the entrances. They really make the building look authentic.

That's a nice design. I like the modern look of this bridge.
