It is an amazing set again and a nice addition to the previous sets. And I really like the post car. I can't wait to get it.

Again perfect! Another great building and again such a nice appropriate vehicle. I am awed.

Adding those extra cars finally makes it a train. I always thougth it was a bit odd with those extremely short passenger cars. But I loved the train. It ran perfectly around my old town. (or maybe it was because I couldn't afford the 7740)

This is a nice house. I like the way you used the technick bricks for your house. It gives it a special style. It reminds me of something though, but I am not sure what.

That looks great. Especially nice to see all those classic town parts. That reminds me that I wanted to rebuild my own town again as well...

That's some creative work. It looks awesome. We have seen waves before. But that matras is absolutely brilliant!

Wow, this is a great station! I think I like the front the most, but the overhang over the platform is also nicely done. There are some really nice details you got here. The lamp posts and bench are perfect!

REVIEW: 8805 LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5
Man with a hat replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Great review! I can't wait to get a hold of them all. And nice to see there are at least 3 of each in a box again. -
That's a lovely station. Nice ticket booth. And I really like your water dispenser. I am only wondering if the platform would't be a bit low.

Wow, this is good. You put a lot of nice details in it. I really like this setup with the stairs. And you have hidden some nice things under there!

Simply stunning. Those are two great buildings. Excellent work on the facades, nice details. And also the interiors of the shops are nice. Does the complete building have an interior?
-
That's a really nice and sleak design. Simple looking, not too many details, perfect. And I must admit that I was also immediately drawn to the tram. Wow

Impressive build. I like the stairs next to the building. It's a nice touch. But I must say I absolutely like the way you did the roof.
-
Amazing house! It is simply perfect. The proportions are spot on and you got some nice details in the tower and roof. But what I like most is the door. That is simply stunning.
-
Wow, that's some progress you are making. I like the Target. Those windows are really cool. Also a nice idea for those speed bumps. I only wonder if they are not too high.
-
Great apartment block! Very nice configuration with a little offset between the apartments. Makes it very realistic.

Brilliant. I love that scene. Both the movie and yours. Your cars are absolutely amazing. Really cool. It also reminded immediately me of the Luis de Funes movies. Especially that scene with the crazy nun in the 2CV. Ah, memories... Maybe you could do a scene from a Luis de Funes movie. I would love to see that.

I just finished mine. It was a pleasure building. Ok, maybe not as complicated as the other modular buildings but still there are a lot of nice techniques used. It is a great set and it looks really nice next to my other modular buildings. I am happy Yes my parrots also only have a green tail. It doesn't bother me so much though. What I found more annoying was the different shades of brown. Now I know a slight colour difference can happen between different types of bricks. But in this case even the same type of bricks have different shades. I could clearly distinghuish at least two shades. One a bit lighter and dull. The other a bit darker and more shiny. And yes also the flowers on the top floor on the the front of the house are not in the manual but do appear in the pictures. I am still in doubt to put the flowers there or not...

Like it? Love it! Amazing how you are able to represent the builing in microscale.

A nice house indeed. And I see you went all out on the interior. The interior is the best part I think. You got everything there you'll find in a real house. I like the way you did the toilet.

Thank you all for your nice comments. You may be right that some grey tiles would look better. I feel that it would spoil the clean white look of the whole building however. But I must say that you are right about the windows above the front door. Not only are they almost always there in real life, but it will probably look better here as well. I also noticed the connection is not that strong. But I must say that I only used some extra plates to reinforce the roof. Since I don't take off the roof that often it is not really a problem.

I finally gotten around to finishing my first modular. I started the design more than a year ago in LDD. I stuck with white because that was the colour I thought had the best part most easily available. Along the line I there were some small changes but now I can show it to you: It is an old style building which I hope will fit in nicely with the new Pet Shop (I still have to get that one) and my other modulars GG, FB and GE. There is a small garden on the backside. Shielded from the neighbours by some walls. I managed to do some interior but nowhere near to the level as I see others do. (I hope to improve on that in my next MOC) And finally an overview of all the parts I you are interested I also got the LXF-file: smal white house And some more pictures can be found on: Brickshelff I hope the pictures are clear enough. My camera and skills are not that good yet. And of course feel free to comment. I will appreciate any feedback

You really don't waist time expanding your city. I can hardly keep up with all the updates. But the stores are looking good. I really like the way you did the stores entrances and the signs above them. Very realistic. Looking forward to see the rest of the shops. (Is there going to a toy shop?)

I am stunned. This is simply unbelievable. Everywhere I look on your pictures there are some fantastic techniques used. There are too many details too mention them all and the design is simply perfect. Now I am jealous. In cannot hope too be this good.

This is a really nice car. I like the style. And I also think the proportions are just perfect. Not something you see vey often in LEGO cars. Great job.
