Hello everybody! đ According to brick clicker there will be three Space sets in 2024: 40712 Space GWP releasing in January 10391 Lego Moments: Space (black space ship (maybe Blacktron based) with two minifigs) with 966 pieces) for 100 $ releasing in April 40687 Space GWP releasing in May I hope that these sets are all references to past, unlicensed Space sets. If so, this would be really nice and 10391 could likely be something similar to 6954 Renegade which was released (back in 1987) in April, too. What do you think?

Lego City 2023 Leaks, Rumours, Speculation And Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I've got mixed feelings about this year's City Center: Exterior: On the one hand it looks very detailed and nicely designed, on the other hand there are too much different architectual styles for my taste. So I would more have liked two completely seperated big houses, each one with a different (only one) architectual style. Interior: There are rooms which have some very nice and decent interior (pizza hut, barber's shop, hotel room). But there are also ones, which definately lack interior details and wall decorations and therefore look unfinished and empty (comic store, hotel reception, vet, smartphone store, no wall behind the blogger in his room). Minifigures and accessory: Imo there are enough minifigures and nice and fitting accessory for them. Vehicles: On the one hand I welcome it that this set isn't overloaded with vehicles like past city centers had been. But one more vehicle like a taxi or a rickshaw would have been nice for the high price. All in all, my favourite city center til now still is 60097 City Square. Since it's my favourite 2023 City set (like was the grocery my favourite 2022 City set), this is really a pity. -
Winter Village Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to Gearslover01's topic in LEGO Town
Thank you very much for the information, @Christmas Jack! On the one hand there could never be enough family homes for the residents of Winter Village. On the other hand the last family home is only two years ago. So for this year I'd have prefered a town hall, chocolate factory, ski lift or new store. Well, still I'm looking forward to the winter hut. -

It's great to see that Brick Clicker confirms the release of the Medieval Village! Together with the MVV we then will be able to build a small medieval town - awesome. -
It's great to hear that this Majisto GWP is actually coming! I, too, am hoping that the knight(s) included will be Dragonmaster based. I know that Lego needed to bring back four old moulds for the helmet (the helmet itsef plus the three decorations on top) - but it did look that awesome that I hope so.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Klaus-Dieter replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thank you very much for the information, @JohnTPT17! I'm always looking forward to a regular, unlicensed CMF! -
Thank you very much for the list, Powered by Bricks and LCP! I sadly have to agree, too. The sets I'm for sure interested in are only the road roller and the burger truck. The ambulance and the rescue car - if both had decent interior and place for a paramedic to sit in - would be interesting for me, too. Maybe even the fire offroad truck with lifeboat. If the racing sets were indeed 4K based, this would mean that they'd be the same fantasy style and bad designed like this summer ones and so would be of no interest for me. It's really a pity that there are - apart from the burger truck - no civilian Great Vehicles. We're missing a civilian boat since years and a transportation truck and an overland coach with bus station would be nice, too... I completely agree with you and I hope that there'll be many more in the future.

Hello everybody! Here's a list of the Friends sets (translated by me from German into English) being released in January 2024: 42634 Horse and Pony Trailer - 20 Euro 42633 Hotdog Truck - 20 Euro 42632 Farm Animal Clinic - 30 Euro 42621 Heartlake City Hospital - 100 Euro 42620 Olly's and Paisley's Family Home - 100 Euro 42619 Popstar Tour Bus - 85 Euro 42617 Medical Station For Farm Animals - 55 Euro 42616 Talent Show in Heartlake City - 65 Euro 42614 Vintage Fashion Boutique - 40 Euro 42612 Adventures At The Cats Playground - 10 Euro 42610 Karaoke Party - 20 Euro 42609 Electric Car With Loading Station - 15 Euro 42608 Mini Boutique - 10 Euro 42607 Autum's Calf Stable - 10 Euro 42606 Rolling CafÊ - 10 Euro 42605 Mars Base With Rocket - 90 Euro 42604 Heartlake City Department Store - 120 Euro 42603 Stargazing Camping Mobile - 30 Euro If Lego keeps holding the houses in the Friends theme less pink and violet - like they did with many this year - I'm looking forward to the family home and the boutique, but mainly the department store.

Thank you for the information, @SketchBrick! Seal, baby seal and mainly the orca sound very promising! But I guess that these aren't the only new animals that we'll see in City in summer.

Lego City 2023 Leaks, Rumours, Speculation And Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
So there'll be new moulds for an orca, seal and baby seal - these are three new animal moulds that we still know now. The Wildlife Rescue theme in 2021 had 12 animals in total of which there were four old moulds in new colors and the other eight animals were new (elephant, elephant baby, monkey (two colors), lion (two colors) and lion baby (two colors)). So there were five new moulds in total. Consequently I'm guessing that the three new animal moulds / animals won't be the only ones showing up in this year's summer City lineup. I can well imagine that Lego uses the printed bigger fish from that new exclusive Disney set and the recolored small fish (now in magenta) in the underwater sets. Plus I bet that the ice bear will make a comeback and so there could very well be a (new) ice bear baby mould. And last, I'm hoping for the town center set that Lego will give us a (new) swane mould and the duck mould printed as real ducks - male one and female one - that would be awesome. What do you think? -
Thank you very much for the information! Since in 2022 and 2023 we have gotten GWPs from Classic Castle and Classic Space, a Classic Pirates GWP ist overdue and imo very realistic to be released this year. And If the big Icons Pirates set in July was a ship, I could very well imagine a re-designed version of Sabre Island to come as a GWP with it. Only if the set was a harbor / fortress, I would see the chances for an updated Sabre Island very low, but could much more imagine a re-designed version of some of the smaller Pirates treasure islands or rafts.

Thank you very much for the information! A new Pirates set sounds great! A re-release of POBB would be really disappointing. Instead I hope for either a new Imperial Flagship or a new Imperial Trading Post. Looking at the price, a ship seems to me more realistic than a harbor / fortress. But I'd buy both.

2023 Friends Rumours, Leaks, Information And Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to El Garfio's topic in LEGO Town
Thank you all very much for the information! Imo Autumn's House suits very well as a farm building and the Downtown Flower and Design Stores fit very well in every city anyway! I really like it that TLG uses in these two sets mainly "normal and realistic" colors and only pink and violet where it could be in reality, too. So these buildings fit much better in a city layout than past Friends buildings did. I'm curious about the Community Kitchen and the Community Center in summer since I must admit that I can't really imagine what these sets actually are or how they'll look like.- 634 replies

Lego Icons 10332 Medieval Town Square Discussion Thread
Klaus-Dieter replied to BrickJagger's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thank you very much for the information! I really like this set and bet that it will go into production! It could be already this summer / fall (so the castle is still "alive" and people so more likely will buy the village as add-on) or maybe firstly next year (so people can save money after the very expensive castle). We'll see. Definately the picture seen is only a prelim. The buildings on the left and the watch tower with inn (?) seem to look nearly perfected, whereas the big building on the right still needs some perfection. But I'm sure that this will be done til its release. I could well imagine following buildings (from left to right): blacksmith shop, bakery, watch tower, inn and merchant's store. Lego City 2023 Leaks, Rumours, Speculation And Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
Thank you all very much for the information! Here are my thoughts on the winter wave: Poor sets: all Stuntz sets (immensly much money for nearly nothing) police academy (would have been an awesome idea, but the outcome is really bad: looks like a child's bad MOC, completely unrealistic, only rudimentary and absolutely overpriced) 4x4 off-roader adventures (tent is done absolutely without any love and would have needed real cloth or "plastic cloth" walls and the off-roader is much, much too huge) gaming tournament truck (the towing vehicle is only a bad joke and the trailer lacks big wheels) custom car garage (the colors are too freaky and mainly the building is missing) Average sets: mobile police dog unit (missing grill between driver's cabin and dog's cabin, no seats inside the driver's cabin and the trailer's tailboard is too small) emergency vehicle hq (that police is together with firefighters and ambulance in one building, is completely unrealistic and the building is missing roller gates for the vehicles and more interior) fire boat (missing turntable for the water shooter and the rooms downstairs are weird) police bike car chase (car is missing car doors) 4x4 fire truck rescue (car is missing car doors and a tailboard) Oustanding sets: fire command truck electric sports car penguin slushy van construction digger recycling truck park tractor atv and otter habitat (I will judge the off-road ambulance firstly when we have clear pictures of alle sides and the interior.) What do you think? -
Here are two more wishes: Pizza Delivery Car Fire Fighter's Big Snowmobile I hope so much for one in 2024 - a harbor is so long overdue!

Thanks for the links to the pics, @LCP! The Mobile Fire Command Center seems to look very good - apart from that it's again absolutely not what the set name stands for and the price is much too expensive. It's the first time that we'll get a winch in front of a fire truck. For its size the Fire Boat seems to look quite decent. Here it's nice that it comes with something completely new, too: a fireman with jetpack (yes, I searched for it because I didn't believe, but Dubai has some). -
Winter Village Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to Gearslover01's topic in LEGO Town
Thank you very much for the information, @Brick Clicker ! So this supposably means two more weeks to wait for the reveal. I really dislike it that Lego doesn't tease anything, doesn't give any information yet - in former times this company was much nicer! âšī¸ Together with the partly enormous prices, the bad quality of some bricks and that apart from Fantasy and City themed sets there do exist (apart from a very limited number of standalone sets) only licensed products, I more and more do understand why people more and more buy sets from alternate bricks companies ... -

Yes, that could well be. Oh, if designed great, this would be a dream becoming real! And then there should be an exclusive set with some mountain hut, a canyon with a bridge and a double rotor helicopter ... still dreaming ... -
Lego City 2023 Leaks, Rumours, Speculation And Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
Nope. This shop did a mistake. Brickmerge lists the set with the German name "Hauptquartier der Rettungsfahrzeuge", which is directly translated into English "Headquarters of the Rescue Vehicles". So ist's definately a paramedic set. This would even make sense to go along with the Offroad Ambulance GWP (you already mentioned) in February. I could well imagine it being about the size of the fire station from 2022, but including an ambulance and a doctor's car or a small copter instead. -

But only a park for the WV as a set on its own does sound everything other than promising to me - we already got a gazebo as well as an ice-skating rink. Like @Arstotle , I'd prefer a new shop - the last one was back in 2010 (the bakery). -

Klaus-Dieter replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
Thank you very much for the information, @Powered by Bricks ! đ Police Academy and Emergeny HQ and the smaller Great Vehicles sound very interesting. Hopefully the Garage will be a regular and nice set - and no 4+ set or only very rudimentary built building. Since otherwise this would mean that - in contrast to the last two years - there wouldn't be a single civilian building in the winter wave. I personally imagine that the fire station and police station won't be add-ons to the 2022 stations, but either 4+ sets or some kind of brick boxes (like there was one with a police station some years ago). But I would be glad to be proven wrong. -
Winter Village Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Klaus-Dieter replied to Gearslover01's topic in LEGO Town
Since there is already the ice-skating scenery with ice sculptures etc. in the Chinese New Year theme, I can't imagine Lego to release something very, very similar the same year - consequently I bet this rumor is fake. I personally bet that we'll get either a candy shop, a town hall or a new Winter Village Market.
