I can't say that I am surprised here and I do think Lego deserve points for giving AFOLs a year or so to stock up on spares. My bulldozer gives me hours of fun, even on rechargable batteries! *wub* Personally I like the way the Dino walks. :'-( As a RC train owner I personally am a bit annoyed that the RC trains they are dead as well, but since Lego are changing power cables it is hardly surprising either. I love the new Power Functions motor system and I hope that Lego design a new IR sensor that can do different speeds as it will be useful for many models. My best guess is they will make a new motor like the old car body style one so it can be used for more than just trains. I do find it interesting that they say... ..as that implies that the RC train motor is similarly made to the old one, and thus uses the same machine. Or am I reading things wrong? I assumed that the RC line would have a second wave...

Sinner was working hard one day and it suddenly occured to him that his life was missing something. :'-( After some reflection, meditation and some tantric sex he realised what it was and wrote a letter to... ...the guy that he lost his beloved paddle steamer to. *wub* It was many years ago, but it was something to do with two bottles of bourbon, a goat, and some cards. *wacko* As it turned out, he no longer wanted it so Sinner was able to buy it for a fraction of its true worth. While he was disapointed that it wasn't 100% the way he remembered, he knew he could restore it to near mint condition given time. First of all though he had a journey in mind and he knew that only his old paddle steamer had the deep water handling that he needed. His friends tried to persuade him not to go, but he knew this was something he had to do. Refusing even to tell them his destination, he quickly packed some essential supplies... and he steamed off that very day. Many thought he would never return. :'-( 88 days later he returned, but people could tell at a glance that he was not the same walrus. For he had journeyed to end of the world and looked into the abyss. The abyss looked back at him, and he was forever changed, as its darkness had seeped into his eyes... 8-� Sinner never spoke of that journey. EDIT: I just highlighted how little many Australians know about Halloween! :-P

I has happened to me before but I couldn't tell you what set it was. I have recieved two instructions a few times too. I read once about a guy who bought Sentai Fortress and enclosed was the full set of Mistlands tower! The best I have ever got was several extra beams with my 8288 crane.
