  1. Thanks for keeping this up. *wub* I tend to think this happens when Lego have an excess in one part and/or not enough of another. Do the instructions have a manual code? I wouldn't mind trying to download this....
  2. Err.... it was a Shakespeare quote... 8-|
  3. The lady doth protest too much, methinks! :-P
  4. I was talking about the boat.... 8-|
  5. Innocent until proven guilty Mike! :-D
  6. I just keep missing your MOCs. I think it is because the time you post them is often 1am-4am in my time zone and I have to go back pretty far to find them. The short answer is I think it is cool. *wub* I agree that sometimes a box is the most appropiate design, and I think even for spacecraft, a box can be cool. I loved most of the Earth ship designs in Babylon 5 and most of them were boxy. Your descriptions were cool, amusing and suitibly over-complicated. I love it when someone thinks out how a Lego contraption is supposed to work. Aside from that, I do have some questions/comments/gripes; 1. A photo from the side with the door up would be handy as it is hard to see how it all works. I assume that it pulls out and then hinges, similar to the new aircraft hatches. 8-| 2. Great handcuff idea. *sweet* I will shamelessly rip this off. :-P 3. Do you have plans for how you are going to do the numbers from 2 to 10? 4. Are you an anti-studite or is it just for this model? 5. "It's fully cell-f contained!" When I read this at first I thought it was a typo! :-$ 6. To take 10 of these and more your ship is going to be pretty big.... 8-
  7. Ahhh, that takes me back....
  8. That is a great idea. I wonder what we see....
  9. I wonder if I can tell if the hole on the side was caused from the outside or the inside, and if from the outside can I see any hints of what may have caused it, such as paint, rubber marks, strips of lacy lingerie...
  10. I didn't want to. It's too easy to lose something that small while swimming in the ocean. I sure do.... otherwise why else did we rescue it? Let me look.....
  11. Wow! That was refreshing! No jellyfish this time. 8-| I'll tie the rope off onto this bollard here and hopefully someone will use the forward capstain to haul the boat in....
  12. I'll be getting a bit grumpy if Hinckley throws down the gauntlet again. I don't want him to have any excuses when I beat him... ;-)
  13. Life raft? What's wrong with that boat? OK, someone tie a rope to me and I will swim out to it. I think the answer was no one... 8-|
  14. How far off starboard? Perhaps we should launch the small boat and rescue it.
  15. I agree. We really need to know who is here, whether they want to talk or not...
  16. Happy Birthday to both of you! Another day another brick?
  17. Thanks Capt'n. *sweet* That's OK. I have drunk a bit too much today myself... 8-|
  18. They're multiplying! :-P (I think I prefer the yellow one...) Too true. :'-(
  19. That's really good! *wub* I'm with *yoda* ; Lego should sell something like this as it doesn't take too many parts and it if it looked like that they would sell loads of them. *sweet*
  20. Well, I could be wrong. I did check twice, but I would appreciate it if someone could do it themselves just to confirm that I didn't make some silly mistake... :-$
  21. Errr... just to clarify, I wasn't implying his entry was invalid.... 8-| In fact I think it might even win.
  22. Well that's a relief! :-P With that weight on top it would probably roll on corners...
  23. I believe it says "After scaring Bennie with the rubber mask it was stolen from the chest", but I could be wrong as the "it" comes out as "xt" by my calculations. The secret is to roll each letter back three.
  24. Welcome to Eurobricks! Nice to see someone with a short name... :-P
  25. Thanks! In the initial post I said it was late. For some reason I was thinking halloween was Oct 1st :-$
