Whelp, I'm definitely not going to finish my entry on time ( entirely my fault, we had plenty of time, I blame Jedi Survivor and tears of the kingdom ). I'll still post it on Eurobricks before long but I'm going to miss the entry deadline, but that's okay, I'll make sure I'm more aware of the deadline next year. And this way I can lie to myself and tell myself that it would have won easily because now I'm not entering it who's to know if it would have gotten the votes . So I'm not entering it because it isn't finished and I have to be up at 4am tomorrow so I can't exactly stay up to finish it , if I was free tomorrow I totally would, especially since the deadline is actually like 11am tomorrow in my timezone.( If I did my mental maths correctly)

Best car scenario would if they made an exciting exclusive Cap minifig... And it was one of the licensed parts that somehow ends up on bricks and pieces.

My highest priority is the markets, but I've got to be sensible and wait for a good gwp ( or more than one) and/or double points. I think I might get the temple too. I'll get all the magazines with my subscription too. might get some of the other, the mech v dragon and hound are tempting but I'll see what I can get discounted. I'd like to get the whole team but we don't know what the magazine will have in January onwards so I might manage that there.

I haven't got any of the other star wars 4+ sets but I'm tempted by this one, mostly for the fig parts but there are some cool prints too, and it is nice to get a jedi temple even if it ain't *the* jedi temple. I mean IMO this Yoda head fits better into the Lego design language than the current normal one. All that said, I'm not buying it at full price, I don't want it that much. So if I can't find it 20% or more off I won't get it. Saw the at-st at 25% off in Sainsbury's the other day, I still didn't get it though, all I wanted from it was the ewok.

We've got 7 heroes and 2 villians, should've replaced Doc Ock ( who was on team Spider-Man at this point) with Lizard ( no new molds needed just use the avatar tail, legs and arms recoloured to love with a printed heat). And then make a small bridge scene set with iron spider, doc Ock and helmeted Green Goblin.

Replaced with the 1989 batmobile (assumably due to Miller's crimes.)

That kinda adds to my point, if bad batch got the the justifier last summer, then Andor's window for another season one set is passing by without any equivalent. And let's be honest Bad batch is much likely to sell sets to the target audience than Andor. ( And whilst I did enjoy Andor I'd personally rather bad batch sets ( give me clone commandos!) partly because Andor is very much in am established era so we at very least have stormtroopers, tie fighters and lambdas etc that work for Andor but not so much for the early empire period of TBB no tk troopers or Nu class shuttles etc. But I'll tell you there's a prominent star wars character who has been in both show and one of my tied favourite SW movies, and rebels and clone wars and even Jedi fallen order, and he has never had a minifig... I'm of course talking about Saw Gerrera.

Endgame battle has one new torso and the return of the loathed ( by me ) bigfigs. Boo, builds okay for rubble... Also wrong strange in the statue of liberty.

I mean we saw all the sets they had lined up for Bad Batch season 2... So I'm not expecting anything for Andor season 2 at all.

Gunship is September and the ones we saw in the catalogue were August.

And that is a much more interesting and unique Yoda though I could've done with the high republic robes in a less cartoony style.

Whilst ( probably heresy to say it in this thread) I also prefer Percy Jackson, I don't think it has anything near the reach that Harry potter does, and wouldn't sell anywhere near as well enough to be considered a replacement.

I mean yes I dislike the film but I still might consider buying an Exegol set if one existed depending on how it came out, I mean I like the characters and the looks of the scene just not the actual scene or the film it's from. I mean even if we include 2 statues and the moving platform. Let's looks at the Indiana Jones lost tomb as a starting point, that's a £35($40) set but it wouldn't be if it was a star wars set let's be honest so we'll add a £10 star wars tax, swap the Anubis statues for sith statues, swap the arch over the arc for a sith throne, swap the mummy jumping out feature for a moving platform feature, take out some of the wall parts and the snake function to replace them with the harness, add a £10 set's worth of smoke jar lab and big lighting so Sheev can do his super smash attack on the spaceships. Boom £55-£60 set with 6 figures (4 from the lost tomb, 2 from the £10 snoke lab) which would be Sheev (corpse),Sheev (less corpsey), Rey Skywalker, Ben solo, 2 snokes for the jar. Or if you really wanted we could include a couple more minifigs and bump up the price to £60-£65 ( 2 guards for Palpy) Yes you could just make that all but bigger but I don't see the point, it's not like there's much more to the scene expect really massive things like the star destroyer's ice field or the cultist's seating arrangements. Ah okay, hard life for a sith cultist I guess. Yeah, it was meant to be 'without shadow of a doubt my' but I can't go back and change it now ( I mean I could but I won't). I mean I really don't understand the Yoda Starfighter thing. It's was a confusing enough choice the first time around. Even if they wanted a cheaper Yoda set on shelves he could be the 3rd fig for any jedi Starfighter set. And it's not a proper delta but the actual ship isn't at all prominent and on features in one clone wars arc, so it just looks like they did the delta poorly. And why is it so big? The one in the clone wars was smaller not bigger than a standard delta. They could've done Ahsoka's delta with her R7 and Yoda or mace Windu's purple 2D clone wars one with him, Yoda and his droid but no, they did this.

I'd say it's for secrecy but NWH has been out for a while and the Keaton Batfilms even longer.

TroS is without a shadow of a doubty least favourite star wars movie, and the whole 'conclusion of the Skywalker Saga' thing is nonsense as no-one even called it the Skywalker saga before TroS, however I do still think an Exegol set could be interesting but I can't see one bigger than like 50-60 quid because what more could you reasonably expect than the throne, the GLaDOS looking thing, a couple smoke jars and some rocks, the statues are too far from the main action and too big unless scaled down, the stands do nothing ( all those supposed sith cultists just watch Palpatine die again and then what do they do? The camera doesn't even zoom in on them, does Rey just leave them sitting there?) Maybe a moving platform and some painfully underwhelming knights of Ren? ( I really though that they were gonna be Ben's fellow defectors from Luke's academy but nope just some random guy's posse that Kylo sorta takes over but in the film they aren't anything special).

Official reveal has happened and it looks great, but it's not for me.
