  1. Nice 👍
  2. Classic studs on show build looks really good 👍 Nice stands too!
  3. Yes, very well done 👍
  4. Great idea. Just looked at your Flickr photo stream… wow!
  5. Nice idea! Paint or cover the wall black and stick some rocks on it for an asteroid field effect.
  6. Nice looking legs. Please can you show us a plan view of the underside? I’d like to see how you mounted the centre landing gear. Keep up the good work!
  7. Great MOD! I liked the set as it was but knew it could look better. Thanks for sharing the instructions too.
  8. The 10497 is a great value for money set but I actually thought it was a bit too big, complicated and flimsy. I’m not really complaining as it looks great but the original 928 was a really nice sturdy, swooshable set that I could put together from memory when I was a kid. No pleasing some people is there!
  9. Very nice! It’s fun making additions to these diorama sets. I thought of doing the swamp whale that spits R2-D2 out but haven’t got the imagination for it!
  10. Thanks jawchef. I was also thinking of having Obi-Wan Kenobi deactivating the tractor beam on the right hand side instead of the Stormtrooper and mouse droid.

  12. Quick MOD of the 75339 Trash Compactor to get C-3PO and R2-D2 on display when it’s sitting on a shelf. No extra bricks required. I might dig out the 75229 Death Star Escape to put a Stormtrooper and mouse droid on the other side. 75339 Trash Compactor MOD by Stephen O'Connor, on Flickr
