  1. They look very good. I like how you designed the base of the wagons.
  2. Narrow gauge train in mountain landscape. I've built this bignette few years ago for an EUROLUG contest. http://www.moc-pages.../moc.php/226651
  3. I need the easy access for changing frequencies especially for the public events organized by my LUG. When many electric items should be put in the same scheme such a facility becomes an essential one. I've searched for the decoupler idea you wrote about but I've not found it yet. Please let me know if you find it before I do.
  4. Thanks.
  5. Awesome MOC. Looks very realistic.
  6. Nice tiny house. I like the way you've built the modern interior design and of course the garden on the roof.
  7. Thank you for your excellent notice. Because I prefer to have easy access to the frequency switch and to see the function LED I've made the rear panel in this shape: LEGO R.C. Shunter 14 by Severus A, on Flickr LEGO R.C. Shunter 13 by Severus A, on Flickr
  8. All of them are beautiful. The ones I like the most are the 1st and the 6th. Congratulations.
  9. Thank you.
  10. Updated. I've added the horizontal bars on the sides and I think it looks better. LEGO R.C. shunter 12 by Severus A, on Flickr
  11. I've built this work for an exhibition hosted last year in Budapest by Kockajatek LUG and I also exhibited it in a Brickenburg LUG event in Constanta, at the Black Sea shore. The pictures were taken at those two events. It is a touristic island with an inn and a light tower built in romantic style and related to Dracula legend. In fact also the vampires should take a vacation from time to time More pictures could be seen here: https://www.flickr.c...th/24791708271/ Dracula 17 by Severus A, on Flickr Dracula 3 by Severus A, on Flickr Dracula 7 by Severus A, on Flickr Dracula 12 by Severus A, on Flickr
  12. It looks great. Particularly I like how you've used the small hooks and hoses for the pantograph.
  13. Thank you. A decoupling system would be a beautiful challenge. I've seen some bright ideas on the web and I am thinking about.
  14. I'm reading "The Demon Haunted World - Science as a Candle in the Dark" by Carl Sagan. It is a wonderful book about science and pseudoscience, about errors, curiosity, confusion, and about the way we could act in nowadays world. Even if the book was published for the first time in 1996 it is still actual.
  15. You are right. Unfortunately I am not a very good photographer especially with electronic cameras. But I do my best to learn. Thanks for the advice, I'll use it.
  16. Excellent! It moves easy and spectacular. Also the design is remarkable. You have my support on LEGO ideas.
  17. I've built a minifig scaled wheelchair few weeks ago for a regional TV show. Maybe you can find it useful. You can find more pictures on the link. https://www.flickr.c...157664421011675 LEGO wheelchair 2 by Severus A, on Flickr
  18. My first set was 371-3, Seaplane, in 1977. It was one year before I've started the school. I still have two inverted blue slopes from that set. http://images.bricks...pg?200512270308
  19. Thank you. As for the roof color it was indeed a hard decision. First I've made it in one color. Than I've made it as it is now. Finally I've flipped the coin.
  20. I've built this small engine for a harbor freight terminal layout that I've made. It is not a real locomotive replica. I admit that I am closer to the playability side and I prefer the works which keep more of a toy atmosphere :) This shunter was built on a 14 X 6 studs base and has enough space for the cables, I.R. receiver and the minifig. The access to the battery box is easy from the upper side and the communication between R.C. and I.R. receiver is perfect. 21. I think that the Count Dracula minifig represents very well Romania. The real character who lived in the15th century was born in Transylvania, ruled Wallachia and was related through one of his wifes with the Moldavian voivods. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlad_the_Impaler
  22. Beautiful creation. I particulary like the fireplace and the door hinges. Could you add a detailed photo of the door?
  23. This old village from Maramures looks great in the pictures but I know also how it is in reality :) It's simply astonishing. It was selected to be presented in the MOC section of The LEGO Kids Fest in Prague - June 2015.
