Yeah Lego dropped the ball on the promo figure. I wish they had picked another character.

I picked up the Imperial Shuttle from the Lego store today. I was on the fence but since it was on sale for $80 and I had a $15 credit, I couldn't resist.

I didn't get an invite so I didn't go. I may try to bricklink once the instructions come out for the space slug.

Too bad the First Order transport isn't on the sale list.

I think it starts tomorrow.

I'm a VIP member and I don't think I ever got an invitation for the VIP event. How much do you have to spend to get the space slug set?

I saw the Disney figures at Target for the first time today. I got Maleficent which is the only that I wanted. She was easy to find as she is the only one in the series with the sloped leg piece.

It happened with me too. I was able to price match with Wal-Mart but they couldn't take the 20% off coupon due to their price match policy. However, I did have $5 credit on my rewards card. So that helped out a bit. My total was $54.43 after a savings of $19.

Typical TRU. I'll still try to price match with Wal-Mart and then use the coupon. If not, I still may get the Tie Fighter.

Toys R Us is having a deal where you can get 20% off your purchase this weekend. I was looking at the First Order Special Order Tie Fighter which is $58 now. With the 20% off, I can get it for about $46.40. For those that have it, what are your thoughts on it?

I hear that the summer sets are coming out June 1. Is that right?

I actually got the City Square set for $155 at the Lego store last month.

My recent haul included Hoth Attack, Droid Escape, Carbon Freezing Chamber, microfighter gunship, microfighter AT-DP AND Resistance Transport. I plan to get Encounter on Jakku and Resistance X-Wing next.

Are their any other May 4th promotions at the Lego store besides the stormtrooper and double points?

"The Ring" lego edition

I saw the new sets minus the Carbon Freezing Chamber and Battlefront Empire battle pack at Wal-Mart today. I passed on them as I'm waiting to get them at the Lego Store in a couple of weeks during VIP double points.
