Nice build! I wonder if the soldiers still would wear their backpacks and hats while working like that? The colours are good, but perhaps a bit of 1x1 plates (square or round) to simulate what they are shovelling?

I love those baskets with stone! I have to steal borrow the idea!

The colour of the buildings façade is great! I also like the arch!

Thanks! I did indeed crop the corners a little too much. I have no good place for taking pictures, so the kitchen floor had to do, with me lying down. Thanks! I didn't want to over do it, but as it expands I'll try to fill it up a bit more. Thanks! Thank you! Thanks! As Breshaun is a young settlement the cobbles are newly laid and we are very cleanly! I will consider it the next time! Thanks! I'm not sure where the centre will be. The buildup is because of the "I lost the word so I'll call it raincollector". I wanted it to have some drop, and it's a lot easier to start at the bottom. Thank you! It was hard to come up with what they were going to sell. Perhaps I should order some hotdogs? Thanks! Thanks! Thanks G. This was a bit of an experiment. I don't have a fancy pants camera to work with, so I tried to do it digitally. Perhaps not so smart of me to try it out on a challenge, but what the heck. Probably wont try that technique again for a while. Thanks! The idea was that it was someone telling of something they read, and stories like that usually don't have so much detail. This is my 4thfreebuild this month. If you like it, and are not from Oleon, feel free to give it a thumbs up. The Aybarra family used to grow sheep for their wool, but has recently switched to cotton, as cotton clothing itch much less. The entire family helps out. Uncle Finch drives the cart into town with his home brew ale. Every time he passes the field he brings what ever he can. The youngest lad usually worked on a trading vessel, but as they came to shore he hurried home to the farm to help out with the harvest. Even as he is old, grandpa Joplin does his best. This is my 3rd freebuild this month. If you like it, and are not from Oleon, feel free to give it a thumbs up. Sunshine market! Such a beautiful place for goods to change hands! Everything from books to tools, fish to pans, everything can be traded at Breshauns greatest public square! Peppers from the new world! A chest full of them! A crew mate from one of the ships in the port has found a couple of pigs. Some pork could be tasty on a long journey! Fresh apples and bananas! Just as brown as you want them! Do not hesitate! Book your marketplace today! Contact Master Norry at the mayors estate! This is my rendition of a marketplace ad in Breshaun. The base is modular, two 16 x 16 units, with the plan being to expand with more market area, and surrounding streets and shops. Critics and comments are welcome! "You see, my parents used to live on Poseidons Crest in Le Bellan," Aludra began her story. "But a few years ago the crops failed. They were starving. I had already been sent to Breshaun to study, but I used to get lots of letters from them. One day a letter arrived. They had gotten a chance go with a ship, exploring the new world. It took some time for the next letter to arrive. They had found a nice island, and started a colony and they were happy. The land was fertile and all was well. As a tribute to their old home they named it Poseidons Crest." "But one day... It was in their eight month, something happened. I went there about a year after. I've had no replies to my letters. I found their diary. They wrote down what had happened to them... One day a ship arrived. It didn't fly any colours, so they didn't know what to expect. It turned out it was soldiers from Corrington." "They had been sailing for a long time, and they were running out of supplies. They had guns and a forced themselves into the settlement." "And they took everything... All the food that was left. They even took the pig!" "As I said, I arrived about one year later. The colony had starved to death. Including my parents. Nice house! I also like the diagonal tiles on the walls, and I like the fact that it's possible to open the house for play inside!
