  1. Found this thread via Google as I’m also currently dealing with a NPB situation. That said the only mistake I see that BrickLink made is not proofreading or training their CS well enough. The rep was correct in their conclusion but worded her response very poorly IMO. Just pay the fees and move on. Sucks but the ToS is there for a reason :D
  2. I don’t see any examples of your work? Is there an album I’m missing?
  3. Thanks!
  4. Was a little disappointed in the latest version so I decided to beef up 75052.
  5. So I just exchanged the brand new Joker Manor for GB Firehouse HQ at my local store. I figured I might as well just pay the extra $80 and have a brand new set without worrying if it’s complete. All in all I couldn’t be happier! I’m enjoying the build thus far (just finished bag 3) and am impressed with how accurate it is to the movie. Thanks for the suggestions
  6. Thanks Nemo. That’s what I thought as well. I really love the minifigs of Joker Manor but GB has sentimental value being that I grew up in the early 80’s
  7. I have a brand new Joker Manor that someone is willing to trade me for a used GB headquarters. I really love both sets but but always wanted the firehouse too. Which one would you choose? Which do you think will hold its value best?
  8. Not sure if this is allowed so Mods feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. I made a purchase from a company that specializes in minifig displays but haven’t had much luck in getting any updates. They seem legitimate but It’s been 2 weeks and no response to my emails. I’m wondering if I should just cancel the order through my credit card company. Was curious if anyone has purchased from minifiguresdisplay.com before? If so, what was your experience like? TIA
  9. TRU has all Dimensions 50% right now!
  10. I don't think that's a realistic expectation given how large Hogwarts actually is and how limited in pieces the designer have to keep it affordable. That said I also think #2 and #4 did the best job personally
  11. Yup sorry 5
  12. With 4 versions (if you include the Bridge) I feel like it would be too excessive. Plus, I have 3 & 4 so I wouldn't want to replace them! i would really love to see Privet Drive redone, or a Ministry of Magic set. I feel like the MoM is really what was missing throughout the entire line.
  13. This is one of the best original MF I've seen. I'd likely pay $250-$300 if it were a licensed set
  14. Wow, such an amazing piece. Not sure how to go about selling it exactly? I imagine there's a ton of Batman fans who'd love it but with 11,000 pieces it's going to be a very small market. Good luck!
  15. This is very good. I'm sad to say I didn't have high expectations but this blew them out the water. Great job
  16. Thanks for the input TB. I actually purchased 4842 a week ago and wanted to expand with Battle of Hogwarts. I thought about BL'ing a few of the sets but i find I spend just as much due to using various stores and shipping rates. Diagon Alley would be amazing to have. The cheapest I've seen is a used set for about $400... yikes
  17. I've been really interested in acquiring more HP sets seeing how I missed the first runs (was too old and didn't think it was cool). Now that I'm older it's so tempting to spend money on the inflated prices of HP sets on places like eBay and Craigslist. Just curious to see what everyone's opinions is on Lego possible re-releasing a new line of Harry Potter sets. Don't want to blow so much money only to have them create newer bigger and better versions of Hogwarts!
  18. Wow.... I am actually jealous :P
  19. Love the rocking chair. Well done overall!
  20. Are these all custom made mini figs? Who is the guy in the middle? Looks great!
  21. Wow! This is very very good :) how many pieces did you use?
  22. ^^ what he said
  23. Huge HP fan and love that someone finally did this to scale. Amazing
  24. Wow this is amazing! Great job
