  1. The one included with the striker is a captain, the one missing is the squad leader, who has less grey on his suit amongst other things. The shore troopers really deserved some side arm prints to make them justice. And yeah the glaring ommision of Saw Guerrera... could very well be the retailer exclusive, I hope so.
  2. How is it worse than 7658? The canopy has a more accurate print, the shape of the hull is closer to the original prop, has more greebling, better and more mini figs? Sure you can pass if you have this model but no way do I see it as an inferior model or less attractive to new collectors.
  3. I just checked the sets for new mini-figs prints when I stopped at Jyn's mini-fig. That hair piece really doesn't fit any of her on screen appearance. Also two new torso prints for the Rebel BP, I would have liked a bit more variety with the helmets though, but luckily we have more bearded rebel guys!
  4. Not all deathtroopers have the same equipement. The bunker battle was 50$ I think?
  5. Maybe the retail exclusive set will be shown with the rest of the winter wave, I hope it's Rogue One related!
  6. That Y-Wing looks amazing, and yeah probably sure it's Admiral Reedus that's included there, the grey Mon Cal. These figs are so good thery make me complain about the fact an OT stormtrooper is included.
  7. Just compared the Death Troopers and yeah they lack the ammo pouches and grenades present on the first ones and obiously no shoulder cape. The OT stormies are the same as the 2014 ones. Keep us updated as you upload them, please :D
  8. Just finished reading Algernon Blackwood's The Willows, a nouvelle that inspired H.P Lovecraft's interdimensionnal horror style. I highly recommend it. I also tried reading ''The turn of the screw'' but I was utterly bored by it. Dune is a serie that keeps crawling on the pile of books I want to read, I guess that there is enough space now that I completly ditched the LOTR books.
  9. I'm biased as I really don't like vignettes style that much, dissapointing we are just getting that style. But wasn't there a Guggenheim update set coming soon? I saw a leaked image of this summer...
  10. The Dawn of Iron Doom really looks impressive, but it's a shame that the structure-prison looks terrible! The two headed dragon is also very nice! Kind of a shame but I think the highlight of this wave are the mini-figs though.
  11. Is the two weeks per episode schedule here to stay for the rest of the season? It really sucks!
  12. Can we make a petition to force Raskolnikov to work for Lego yet? :D I ordered a couple pieces to mod mine, especially the face section, mainly to fix the eye flaps, hide the stud shooters and drag down the armor a bit a lot like Paul prime's model. I can't work my mind on why Lego decided to design the face armor like this, all of these mods don't compromise stability or sturdiness at all. After that I think the next step is the legs, they look fine when viewed on the side but they are ugly up front.
  13. I wonder if the one on the right is just a comparison or the one included with the Tie Striker, they are identical. My bet is that it's a repeat from the Striker. They also switched to the normal blaster instead of the two piece light bley gun assembly.
  14. I would say by the end of the week or the next one, we've got all of the winter sets images for City, Nexo Knights, Creator and Technic a few days ago.
  15. Nice aurebesh, very reminescent of SW Galactic Battlegrounds' campaign screens, very nice MOC!
  16. Jesus christ those mini-figs are a cut above standard. All of these prints and add-ons are insane!!! That bat walker is also a very nice looking set.
  17. That U-wing pilot has the wrong helmet and his hands are black instead of tan, or is it just the figure that comes witht the micro fighter?
  18. Tarkin gambled the Death Star the moment he's let the gang escape to locate the Rebel base. He mentions this when he tells Vader he's taking an awefull lot of risks letting them go. But yeah, like always the rebels have the script behind their backs, just like when the second death star got destroyed with the emperor the Empire was immediatly defeated.
  19. Bought Dark Forces on steam and just finished beating it on Hard. That game was one hell of a ride! ( I also have a new found respect for concussion rifle wielding Trandoshans and Dark Troopers ) Kyle Katarn also appears to be the Chuck Norris of the Starwars universe; that maniac kills Kell dragons with his BARE hands!!! Time for Dark Forces 2!!!
  20. Since the beginning of october I'm on a Hammer Films - Peter Cushing marathon. Perks of having an acute bronchitis I guess. - The curse of Frankenstein - The revenge of Frankenstein - The dog of baskerville - The Mummy - Horror Express - The Skull I also stumbled on an horrifying japenese movie called Sweet Home, which I ended up liking very much
  21. I really don't get why Thrawn has let them go twice now? Studying your enemy is important but letting go the Ghost with the whole crew with 2 known force users inside? Good episode but I don't want Thrawn to drag things for all the duration of the season with no payoff...
  22. TFA had some very lame designs choices, which ultimaly reflected on the derivated products. Yeah, the hover tank could be the Imperial Troop Transporter.
  23. I hope it's not a final list, because this really seems dissapointing. - Battlepacks are always nice, that's for sure! - The Quadjumper takes the cake for ''set sold with the smallest screen time'', but the thing looks nice in universe. - Guavian Death gang..... that sounds like a very expensive battlepack at 80 euros :O - Good to know people will be able to buy a cheap set with Vader. - Two of the most expensive sets are Freemaker adventures related???
  24. Doesn't that make a lot of retailer exlusive sets?
  25. 24 sets is humongus for a second half: the 2016 second half had 15!!!
