  1. Hello! Now that I have seen this set in this wonderful review, I am much looking forward to that trans-light-blue curved slope! It's so useful for my purposes. Great! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  2. Hello everybody! Today I'd like to present another small mini version of an original space set to you. It's the miniaturization of the Futuron set 6932 - Stardefender 200 (reference link). The mini version has all neccessary details to make it hopefully well recognizable, including the angled engines. >>> Click here for building instructions. <<< That's it for today. Thanks for stepping by, and have a great week-end! ~ Christopher -------------------- Space Miniaturization Quick Links: --------------------
  3. Hello! That's a great starship deck layout. I like the use of the cockpit dish ax container cover. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  4. Hello! You really like apocalyptic creations, don't you? Well, this one is pretty simple, but I think that the photo effect on the first image works out great! It shows the right light and reflection for a dry environment with heavy sunlight coming in. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  5. Hello! A very nice speeder! The shape is very inspiring, as triangular pieces are rare. The TECHNIC propellor and the triple connector hub are two of them I usually use. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  6. Hello! So my credit card arrived, and I called the booking agency. They said, they'd get back to me once they contacted the hotel. This is all pretty confusing to me as it's the first time I travel overseas. Cheers, ~ Chris
  7. Hello! An interesting design with several inspiring ring structures. Particularly nice is the interior for the microfigures. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  8. Hello! It's huge and bristles with details into the smallest corners even. You must have spent a lot of time and bricks into this outstanding creation. All four quadrants are unique and a creation to their own, but combined they are simply fantastic! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  9. Hello everybody! I'd like to thank you all for the nice comments in this topic. I won't start arguing about the ugliness or prettiness of a starship. All ships, whether pretty or not, deserve an attempt to be minimized. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  10. Hello everybody! This week, I'd like to show another famous freighter to you. We've rcently seen Han Solo's Millennium Falcon, and now it's time for Dash Rendar's Outrider, a YT-2400 transport (reference link). The ship first appears in "Shadows of the Empire", an exciting novel taking place between "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi", but was later included in the Special Edition of "A New Hope". It there can be seen taking off from Mos Eisley Spaceport on Tattooine. The YT-2400 is an asymmetric design with unique shape. To realise the two laser turrets (as for the Millennium Falcon), a stud inversion was neccesary. This was realised by using hooks which are one plate high. The ball at the end of the hook disappears nicely into the stud notches. As a nice side feature, they add a greebly effect. >>> Click here for all images and building instructions. With that I am done for today. Thanks for stepping by, and have a great week! Yours Christopher
  11. Hello! The new skin looks great! It adds a fresh spirit to the forums and thus makes browsing even more enjoyable. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  12. Hello! A great vignette! I did not expect to see an actual pilot in it and I was took by surprise when it opened. Another nice thing is to spot your signature figure in the blurry background. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  13. Hello! A fantastic little tricky bike! The parts choice is unique and unusual and makes this an eyecatcher. My favourite is the minifigure cape for the front cover. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  14. Hello! Those are really outstanding models, especially the Separatist capital fleet vessels! Furthermore it is great to see that some oy my work and building styles (Arquitens Cruiser, Pelta Frigate) inspired you to do your own enlarged versions. It would be very kind of you if you gave a small credit for the source of inspiration. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  15. Hello! A really huge modernized version of 6980! The landing gear is particularly nice, as is also thne modern version of set 6929 which is fantastic, too! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  16. Hello! A great idea! It sure makes everyone smiling who knows the modular town sets. The airlock door is really nice, the lines are clear and the colour scheme is consistent. An excellent building. And they of course serve fish in the inside. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  17. Hello! A nice design. When I see it correctly, you can even open the doors. Can you open the trunk and motor cover as well? A photo with all doors open would look fine I think. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  18. Hello! Thank you everyone for the inspiring feedback! Of course I will build more space miniatures, but it's not easy to find a proper model as not all sets are suitable to get minimized. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  19. Hello! That's an amazing scene there! It provides the perfect feeling of the description in the books and comics. I am quite impressed by the poison green water and the islands in it. I can imagine that it cost a lot of time, pieces and money to create this, but it's definitely worth it! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  20. Hello! That's a great Amidala minifigure! I am big fan of minifigures only using official pieces. I also think the headgear is fine! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  21. Hello again! I am overwhelemed by all your nice comments, thank you! This model is the result of a spontaneous flash of insight when seeing the raft piece. These models often are among the best. See you around, ~ Christopher
  22. Hello! The vintage style you are presenting to us here is great! It's always nice to see the harmonic curves and shapes of that time. I hope we will see some nice cars as well in one of your next updates. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  23. Hello everybody! It's my pleasure to present again something for the classic space friends here. This time it's a miniaturized version of the set 6781 Space Police I "Striker" (reference link). It was trickier than it seems because this particular vessel has a second pair of wings benath the top row. And those are even angled. The solution came by using an old 1x6 double hinge plate. >>> Click here for building instructions <<< With that I am done for now. Thank you for your interest, and have a great Easter! ~ Christopher -------------------- Space Miniaturization Quick Links: --------------------

Hello! Another nice apocalyptic scene. May I suggest adding a crashed micro starship somewhere down in the sands? It would be an enrichment for the scene, but more importantly give a feeling for the scale. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  25. Heehee, no problem. It is fantastic to see this figure in such a great scene! It is really beautiful and also shows fantastic photography skills! A real pleasure to look at. Cheers, ~ Christopher
