  1. Hello! That's a great construction. Very rich in details, both engines and cockpit. In the story it says it was constructed for high altitudes and for quick travelling. For both reasons I myself would prefer some sort of windscreen and cover. It can get very windy and hard for the pilot to keep track on his seat. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  2. Hello! I find it very creative to use those tyres to give some strcuture to the dragon's tail. Very inventive! The dragon's camouflage effect on the last image is very impressive, you almost can't detect it before the plant. Cheers, ~ Christopher

    Hexatron

Hello! I like the first one best, as it's not a standard construction, but instead a nice combination of hinges and clips for a fragile-looking but stable design. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  4. Hello! I am not familiar with the original concept, but this is one nice looking creature. Very menacing, very agile. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  5. Hello! What I like best is the use of the oval TECHNIC® cam piece. It's a very versatile piece when you know where to place it. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  6. Hello! I almost missed your comments! Thank you! Until I get a new inspiration phase for space models this is the last one for the first season. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  7. Hello! A very nice combination of slope, wedged and curved bricks. Althought it's asymmetrical, it has a harmonic overall look! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  8. Hello! This starfighter features some great techniques with hinges! They way you use them to coat the central core with more complex layers is very inspiring. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  9. Hello! I like the bent nose design pretty much. A great way merging the inverted wedge and the cockpit window into a smooth unit. Cheers, ~ Christopher

    F-Star 016

Hello! Very original use of parts through the entire build. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  11. Green is even prettier than pink. :)

  12. Hello everybody! The past months have been quite inspiring for me, and thus you have seen many new models recently. Today I'd like to present another minimization of the LEGO® Space universe to you. It's the Classic Space 6891 Gamma-V Laser Craft. This here is my most favourite classic space set. It was quite tricky to attach the cockpit slope this time, but it's a very stable solution. >>>Instructions available here <<< That's all for now. Thanks for stepping by! 13. Hello, this is simply fantastic! It's brilliant in every detail, and the dome construction is inventive itself, too! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  14. Hello! Another nice contest entry! The droid shows very high agility and the picture you took seems like a screenshot of a fast moving scene. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  15. Hello! All those pretty golden colours make this a real eye-catcher! The rounded shapes you used throughout the speeder share indeed similarities with a droid body. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  16. Hello! I already saw this masterpiece on TheBrothersBrick blog, but it's great to see it again here! It's a fantastic construction. Creating a skeleton with the inverted arches works very well, and the use of the big castle pieces for the mouth is exceptionally creative. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  17. Hello! An excellent version of the Republic light cruiser! Very detgailed, and featuring great design techniques! Very well done. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  18. Hello! A great vignette-series! You show the scientific process with all important steps. An original idea with the potential for many more professions! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  19. Hello, and thank you for the nice comments. Set 918 was one of the most popular classic space ships of its time, and I am glad that the minimization of this legend is acceptable. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  20. Hello! A nice set layout which represents a valuable additon to the new Space theme line. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  21. Hello! The first one looks much more detailed than the second one, probably due to the lacking brightness for the black one. It's always hard to take a picture of a black creation. Some programs have an electronic flash light feature which helps a lot revealing details in black designs. Now back to the first creation. IT's a very complex-looking and compact construction. I especially like the skis for the feet and the nice twin "cockpit". Cheers, ~ Christopher
  22. Hello! The revival of this exceptional thread gives me the chance to leave a comment which I seem to have missed until now. Well, I like them all! It's especially the rear construction that makes them superior to the official set designs. The tail and the way it is smoothly embedded into the rear is much more accurate than for the official sets. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  23. Hello! The technical panel stands out in this vignette. An original and well-formed design! Cheers, ~ Christopher
  24. Hello again! Thank you for the comments, but it is rather unlikely that I will design an Executor to scale with the MIDI ISD. This is a relatively new project and it's a quite tough mission to build ships to scale with set 8099. I do not have the parts stock to buuild something that big. BUt I am sure one of the many UCS SSD ships out there will fit the criteria already. Cheers, ~ Christopher
  25. Thank you both of you! It's so great that in this community there are so many nice and helpful people. Cheers, ~ Christopher
