Y'know, telling people to check takes up just as much space as the people not checking, which leads to more posts to check, which leads to more people not checking. I'm really dissapointed with the Venator... I was hoping it'd have so much space in it...but the entire front is taken up by an office, the entire middle by a bomb launcher that drops two bombs, and the entire back with a cannon and an escape pod. It seems that they could have used that space to a much better purpose.

All the lego exclusives are the10.... numbers...even the Custom Car Garage. There's a little button-thingy on the back.

Or, y'know, he could have had one too many, and tripped on one of those swords that are lying all over the place. I'd like to check for drag marks on the floor.

Happy, birthday, Master. Must...resist...old joke...temptation...too strong....

It's funny how the AT-OT 'releases with the push of a switch.' I can imagine some serious accidents caused with that.

Well, Rayman now gets bragging rights that his is better than the official version. Now that's awesome. I was wondering why the Nemoidian Shuttle was looking so odd in the toy fair- it's because the doors close! That's amazing.

Yeah, that's a lot for TLC. It has 1700 pieces, right? Mideval Market has almost that many pieces for $100! Come on, TLC, cut that price in half! Now that I take a look at the back of the AT-OT box, it looks like the LAAT has interchangable stickers- the option to put on a sticker with a clone arm ripping off a droid's head! I swear I've seen it somewhere before, though.

I'm a bit dissapointed with the Venator. Everything just seems a little crammed in there. Oh well, looks like I'll be using that money to pay for the AT-OT.

How did you like the Clone Wars TV series?
Corvus replied to kill will's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I just saw "The Blue Shadow Virus" and "The Thousand Moon Mystery". I liked it! It had some of the best dialogue yet, and it had some key character building for Anakin. However, all the little talking between Anakin and Padme wasn't very subtle, for a secret couple. I liked the Doctor, too, even if he did have too much of a German accent. The bomb squad clones were great! And yet, there's no screenshots of them in the guide. I liked Rex's quote at the end of The Thousand Moon Mystery when Obi-Wan mentions that Jar-Jar needs some training with a blaster- "I'm not training him." Padme was a lot better than I expected in this episode. I liked her a lot more than I did in the movies. -
I really like the MF. It's very detailed for it's size, and really swooshable, unlike my old one. Maybe it'll have an interior- we don't really know. I love the pirate tank! Beautiful! I'm getting at least two. I don't get why Obi's in it, though- he never fought them. Jar-jar and some red clones'd be nicer. The Weeqays are nice, though. I like the Home One, though. We knew they couldn't make a full Home One, so this is just great. With a little modding it'll be nicely integrated into my base.

These are looking pretty great! I'm glad we're seeing a mix of new characters and modified old ones. The agents with new armor looks great, and the guy with the big jaw seems a little worse for the wear.

Wow. That's something. The aliens are looking a tad bit cartoony to me, but I like 'em anyway, especially that four-armed guy. And look! There's a mini-robot in the Galactic Enforcer!

Trailer for the Ryloth Trilogy! (Clone Wars)
Corvus replied to Snake...SNAKE...SNAAAAKE?!'s topic in Culture & Multimedia
After watching this trailer, I've compiled a list of major and minor things I've noticed: Major: -MTT! We've never seen one, and yet they were so important in Episode I. -Trade Federation battleship. Again, really important vehicle, don't know how it's been missed before. -Mace Windu demonstrating his Shatterpoint powers on the transparisteel of the AT-TE. Pretty cool. -Wat Tambor! Woo! -A new Nemoidian leader -Ahsoka in her Starfighter -Y-wings -Hyena bombers -AT-RTs zipping around -Clones with new helmets. Do we have any idea what these are? Minor: -Battle droids kicking the Twi'leks -A full battalion of troopers with the same color coordination. It seems that although the amount of troopers we've seen have had markings displaying their battalion or other, but only a few of them at a time. -Acclamators actually being used as landing crafts -When one of the clones gets hit, his armor actually clacks when he falls down. I don't remember hearing any armor make noises before. Horay for realism! -Twi'leks on dinosaurs? -Mace Windu smashing a droid on the ground. -Droids with a repeating turret. Very interesting. -The Seperatists have Anti-Aircraft cannons. -
Trailer for the Ryloth Trilogy! (Clone Wars)

Wow. I mean WOW. I mean, holy $%&! This looks rediculously awesome. Do we know when it'll be on? Looks like we get to see MTTs and Trade Federation battleships/droid control ships, too! -
I don't get why they'd make a whole different mold for such a minor change if it was, though. Why not make a proper Senate Commando helmet? The fin on top appears to be cut to me.
-
Nope, sorry, guys, it's the same mold. It just looks wierd without the mouth printing.
-
That's your opinion. Some of us happen to like it. And there's more than a little space to hold weapons...

Yes, but that was when the clone army was started. Plus, the Seperatists kidnapped Obi, Anakin, and Padme first. -
Wow, that's pretty awesome. Very detailed and very accurate. Too bad I don't have the pieces.

Yes, they did. They were the ones who opened it starting with Naboo. But if you want to get really technical, you could say it was neither, since Sidious orchestrated the whole thing. -
I swear I've seen your fox before. Huh. Maybe I'm going crazy.
-
Happy birthday! you can now go to R-rated movies at the theater!
-
Much better. I'll do that next time. Now that's awesome. Hopefully some pics will come soon. That's an interesting feature for the bunker. I can't wait to try it for myself.

*enters into an online currency translator* Hmm... I can't imagine the shuttle being $50 bucks... I hope the converter I used is wrong. I can't really imagine more than $30-$40 bucks for it, and $40 is stretching it. No way am I paying $70 for a Y-Wing, either.

Wait, those are building toys? There are so many massive pieces I couldn't tell.
