[MOC] Ilyushin IL-2 Sturmovik Soviet light bomber
ParmBrick replied to Brickopath's topic in The Military Section
Nice plane, very detailed! Not everyone remembers that the Soviet Union also had a military aviation during WW2, and that it churned out iconic aircraft like this one, it is a pleasant surprise to see such a model, as almost all follow the maninstream of American, German, British and Japanese aircraft, forgetting the Soviet Union and Italy. -
Very nice! One of the best Osprey models I've seen so far. I envy those who have the talent to create such detailed, beautiful and functional aircraft. Unfortunately, I am only able to achieve very well land military vehicles and related settings, and only if I am truly inspired can I succeed in other areas xD

[GBW] Justice Served - Plighia - The Yeti Lair
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Great Brick War
Thank you! The final effect I wanted to give to the tower was precisely that of a building worn down by time and from a bygone era, as well as inserting and harmonizing it in a mountainous environment. I am happy that the general execution of the walls was successful. -
Hello mates! I was wondering if there is already a game map for the next phase, or if this is still in development. It would be interesting to have a general idea of how it can be made and articulated, even if it were a preliminary and provisional map, also to get an idea of the different types of environments that we will have to face in the campaign. Also I would be curious to know if there is already a flag for each faction.

Plighia will join the PSIC. Cpt. Gabriel Parm is gonna be my representative. After the recent conflict, Plighia's power and international influence have grown considerably, but now a brief period of peace has opened and the troops have been recalled home. However, the government seems willing to enter a new conflict again, not as a single military force, but alongside a coalition of nations to restore peace to Soalon, in fact public opinion has pushed in this direction, given that the previous conflict cost the country a lot in terms of financial resources. But all this is not enough, the government wants the country to emerge internationally and be recognized as a true world power. Cpt. Gabriel Parm, is currently on temporary leave. For the moment, he has nailed his uniform, and away from the reality of the army and its loyalty to Plighia and its patriotism towards the values of the constitution, he can devote himself to his secondary work, being a mechanic, the only activity that manages to remove him from the war and all the bad things he has seen and experienced. Despite this, he always remains ready for the call to duty if the army needs him and his men.

Yes, it is an aspect that must be taken into consideration, I already imagine that there must be a directing center for each faction, or a general command, where each member of that faction can coordinate with the others and decide how to act. I also think that there should be no competition in the same faction for the same territory, that is, it is decided together who attacks who and how such attacks are carried out, for example: in turn 4 "player x", "player y", "player z" of a faction wishing to attack territories, it is decided in a civil and democratic in the general command, way that "x" will attack territory A, "y" will attack territory B, and "z" will attack territory C, depending on their possibilities at that moment. Then at that point you can apply either one or the other conquest option mentioned above, or others that maybe come up in this discussion. Of course the competition remains the one that everyone must gain as many territories as possible to win in the end. Finally, I think there must be a bonus for the faction that wins the war, that is a small prize for each member of that winning faction, after all it was also thanks to them if that faction managed to win over the others.

I agree with ODA, the second option it seems more equitable and fair, as well as interesting from a conceptual point of view.

ParmBrick reporting! Good evening comrades, I have followed the evolution of the program for the third phase since the beginning, also sharing some of my ideas about it, but only now I have decided for which faction to take the field. Following my style of play, I opt for the Peace Securing International Coalition (PSIC). We will fight for an ideal of peace and union, facing the situation with firmness, to guarantee security and future for the next generations, because the future belongs to those who are preparing for it today (cit.). Soon, if necessary, the presentation of my character will arrive.

The RV-5 "Squirrel" is a light reconnaisance vehicle, developed to meet the army's needs for a vehicle adaptable to different battlefields for fast and deep reconnaissance. The "Squirrel" is a light vehicle, without armor, fast and maneuverable, small and agile, as well as silent, thanks to its hybrid engine, and which can accommodate 3 soldiers and their equipment: we will have a driver, co-pilot and gunner. The gunner can use his elevated position to spot enemies and lead defense or offense operations. In addition, the gunner can take advantage of two missile launchers mounted on the roof, which can be armed with different warheads depending on the mission to be faced. The vehicle is equipped with a powerful radio antenna that allows secure and encrypted communications with the operations center. Finally, the "Squirrel" is equipped with advanced suspensions to tackle rough and rocky terrain ensuring the task of the missions even in the toughest conditions.

[MOC] Lego AT-6 "Hyppo" Infantry Carrier Vehicle
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Military Section
Thank You! I built this model inspired by the Canadian LAV and the American Stryker. -
The AT-6 "Hyppo" ICV is an amphibious eight-wheeled armored fighting vehicles. The vehicle comes in several variants with a common engine, transmission, hydraulics, wheels, tires, differentials and transfer case. It has a 1200 CV engine, pneumatic or hydraulic systems drive almost all of the vehicle's mechanical features. Extensive computer support helps soldiers fight the enemy. Each vehicle can track friendly vehicles in the field as well as detected enemies. The driver and the vehicle commander (who also serves as the gunner) have periscopes that allow them to see outside the vehicle. The vehicle commander also has access to a day-night thermal imaging camera. The vehicle commander has almost a 360-degree field of vision; the driver, a little more than 90 degrees. The Hyppo's hull is constructed from high-hardness steel which offers a basic level of protection against 14.5 mm rounds on the frontal arc, and all-around protection against 7.62 mm ball ammunition. In addition to this, Hyppos are also equipped with bolt-on ceramic armor which offers all-around protection against 14.5 mm, armor-piercing ammunition, and artillery fragments from 155 mm rounds. With the exception of some specialized variants, the primary armament of the Hyppo is a Benefactor M262 Remote Weapon Station with .50 in.

Good evening everyone. Here is my idea for the voting system of the creations for the next phase: every creation outside the "main quests" should be evaluated with 3 criteria: originality, technique, relevance. 3 votes from 1 to 10, which make up the average final grade, with obviously the following comment. There should also be special missions to earn fictitious virtual money, and not points, that you can invest in a paid system to get special support, supplies, resources and intelligence from "black market" that you can use in the main quests. The main quests, i.e. campaigns, contests and territories conquest should be evaluated with the aforementioned criteria, plus a bonus criterion (from 1 to 10) at the discretion of the judges (which can be for example: troop deployment, stealth tactics, environmental destruction, etc.), which must be imposed and changed every few turns in the game.

Hi! Thank you very much for your compliments, I used around 70-80 tread links for every side of the tank, for the suspensions i used 2x32449 connected at one 10247 at the very bottom of the tank, each couple of 32449 is connected at two wheels, exception for one whell on every side, which is fixed. Unfortunately I don't have image of the inside structure. The internal structure is pretty simple: some plate as base, and bricks and plates mounted on them on right and left side, in such a way as to reach a height sufficient for the pilot and the engine to enter, and not to bother the tracks. On the top, I mounted other plates, and on top of them, a lot of tiles. The muzzle ot the tank is a bit more complicated: I used two 48336 and clips to obtain the correct angle. At the side of the tank, hooked to the upper plates of the hull, I mounted the side skirts using different brackets, in order to hide the gaps between the tracks and the plates above them, and hide the gaps that the nose creates when it is angled. Thje rear is made with simple game of brackets and some 87087 bricks. I hope I was helpful!

[MOC] Lego Triton XII Motor Torpedo & Gun Boat
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Military Section
Thank you very much!! -
The Infantry Robot Multipurpose Mule, IRMM Mk. 2, is an innovative military robot, developed by Narvi Dynamics for Plighia's army, which is controllable, adaptable and can be driven by artificial intelligence. This model is a war evolution of a model developed for civilian uses, mainly used for rescue and exploration (tasks it retains). The IRMM Mk. 2 is a very robust model, solid, strong, adaptable to any terrain, versatile and intelligent. It also has a 360° environmental perception thanks to its numerous sensors, a dynamic balance thanks to numerous gyroscopes and accelerometers, and high mobility. Highly customizable, this model can be loaded up to 50 kg in weight, or mount a robot turret, or even missile pod, to fulfill a wide range of missions. Inspired by Spot dog robot and the new Mindstorms robot.

Welcome back comrades! Today I show you my new creation. The Triton XII is a Motor Torpedo and Gun Boat (MTGB) developed by Lianne Industries, on behalf of the marina of Plighia. It is based on the Triton platform, a class of multi-role light vessels, developed since the mid-1900s. the Triton XII - MTGB is equipped with two Hydrojet motor for 4000 CV, capable of pushing its 50 tons of weight to 25 knots of speed, for a range of 300 kilometers. The Triton XII (like any other Ttiton Class boat) can be quickly deployed from an amphibious assault ship (AAS) and therefore can indirectly reach any point of the globe. The Triton XII has the latest generation of navigation and communication systems, as well as a powerful sonar to detect underwater threats. It has a crew of only 3 members, who manage the on-board systems, mostly automatic, but can accommodate 3 more members, if necessary. It has a light dinghy that acts as a reconnaissance, assault or emergency means. Its armaments include: 2x Sharkpedo-99 type torpedoes, automated or remote-controlled, with a warhead of 500 kg of high explosive; and a 50mm autoloader cannon, and a rate of fire of 120 rounds per minute, capable of engaging light enemy boats and aircraft.

Thank you all!! -
The LEAP Mk. 4 is a light tank, capable of being deployed and / or airborne quickly in any battlefield, equipped with an automated compact turret equipped with a 120 mm OGEL-500 cannon. This vehicle is equipped with the latest technologies in both offensive and defensive military fields. The weapons are remote-controlled to automatically engage targets, especially useful for the 30mm cannon integrated in the CROW system, against slow planes and helicopters. The turret is also armed with 6 missile launchers encapsulated in the turret, divided into 4x ATGM and 2x AA. The 3-member crew is safe in the central safety capsule, protected by composite armor and ERAs. The engine is front and produces 800 HP. The LEAP Mk. 4 is also equipped with smoke launchers, Gunshot Detection System, Laser Warning System, and a meteorological-barometric detector. Finally, this vehicle has amphibious capabilities: it can immerse itself completely, thanks to a side air intake that can be raised when needed. Inspired from Israeli Merkava tank. [GBW] Justice Served - Plighia - The Yeti Lair
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Great Brick War
Thank you very much! -
Thank you! This creation represents a great evolution compared to the previous model, I tried to take care of the proportions and aesthetic lines, as well as the main features and other small details that make this tank perhaps one of my best works.
-
Thank you too! As I said before, I tried to capture most of the features of the real vehicle in my model, aesthetics included. This also included the fully accessible and usable engine compartment
-
Thank you very much! I'm glad you like it. I love building military vehicles, plus I'm a somewhat perfectionist guy and I always tend to make my creations as realistic as possible. I always tend to be updated on news on the military world and I always love to test myself with new challenges. Thank you very much too! Being passionate about military vehicles I could not fail to achieve one of the highest engineering levels in the world of armored vehicles, in the future obviously I will tend to always create new ones, as technology will allow to reach other goals.
