[MOD] Lego "Leviathan" Heavy Helicopter
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Military Section
I agree with you, it would have been fantastic. However, it is interesting to note how Lego in recent years has started to produce sets that are very close to the military world, such as this set, making life easy and inspiring us moc creators. -
Hi guys! Here is another series of my MOCs of military vehicles. SDP Mk. 3 "Tyrant Kite" UCAV Fighter Jet AFJ-S4 "Arkangel" MRAP "Cougar" JERRV 6x6 BAE Amphibious Combat Vehicle ACV 1.1 V-150 Commando

The "Leviathan" Heavy Helicopter is a mod from Lego set 60166. This aircraft is a troop transport heavy helicopter that can operate in all battlefields where rapid deployment of troops is required. In the troop transport configuration, the helicopter can deploy 12 soldiers (pilot and co-pilot are not counted) with their equipments. Moreover, it can also act as an assault helicopter as it is equipped with a winch and gatling guns on the side. In addition to being able to transport soldiers, its internal space is large enough to deploy even small light military vehicles, making this helicopter very versatile. [MOC] Lego Advanced Fighter Jet "Ragnarok"
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Military Section
Thank You! It was particularly difficult to be able to make the forward swept wing using legitimate techniques and without forced joints, but I'm happy with the final result, everything is solid and functional. And yes, I immediately fell in love with that set, and I understood its potential to transform it into the fighter jet of my dreams. I am hopeful to have given you an inspiration to make your jet, and I can't wait to see your other creations! -
LEGO Speed Champions 2020 - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion
ParmBrick replied to Digger of Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I've never been a big fan of Speed Champions as I thought the 6 stud width of his cars was too unrealistic (like the fact that all the cars were single seaters) and also because many details were often made with stickers, instead of real construction techniques. Now, however, I am very impressed with this new series and the techniques used to make the details, and I will certainly follow the theme more (already bought the F8 Tributo). I personally hope that a Koenigsegg may be present among the next cars in the series. -
I really like your creations, specially the FREMM, that creation is incredible, you managed to condense all the functionalities of a real frigate in a small space.

GI Joe USS FLAGG Aircraft carrier
ParmBrick replied to Blackheart Brit's topic in The Military Section
Nicely done! Given the size of your creation, in my opinion it would have been better to allocate it as an STOVL aircraft carrier. At least that this was your initial idea, in this case, you did it very well! -
Hi guys, today I'll share with you one of my recent creation. The "Ragnarok" Advanced Fighter Jet belongs to an innovative class of fighter jet that it is characterized by the presence of a Forward-swept wing configuration. This aircraft can reach over 2 times the speed of sound, and being equipped with the most innovative avionics and stealth technologies, it can operate in the most sensitive missions and comnforntare on par with its fighters from all over the world. This stealth aircarft is equipped with the most modern avionics and military technologies: aerial supremacy, low observability, situational awareness, multispectral sensors, extremely connected, network-centric warfare, 360 ° vision. Its particular profile makes it suitable especially for aerial superiority. Also is equipped with modern weaponry suitable for a 6th generation jet fighter: two cannon and retractable pods (to minimize radar track) for air to air missiles, or air to ground missiles. [MOC] Lego Expeditionary Light Tank M8 "Buford" AGS
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Military Section
Thank You! I came up with this creation by analyzing the tank scale from real photos with those of the soldiers and nearby objects. The width of 8 stud (plus two lateral ERA studs, therefore a total of 10 stud) seemed to me the best to get the right proportion and more similar to the real one. -

I would very much like to see a theme focused on journalism, both paper and television, with journalists, a diversified fleet of vehicles of all kinds, and buildings such as editorial offices and studios. I imagine as big sets of this possible theme a great event that interests the whole city, perhaps on election day, or a large buillding like for the 60204 Hospital, if not bigger, and with many functions, such as a typography.

Lego City 2019 - Rumours, Speculation and Discussion
ParmBrick replied to TheArturro's topic in LEGO Town
I advise you to take 60234 fun fair people pack, because in my opinion there is more diversity of pieces and opportunities for customization, compared to 60230 which you can retrieve most of minifigures and pieces directly from the other sets from his reference theme. -
This is a little piece of art! I love how you manage to insert so many functions in a very small build. Also I appreciated the use of classic fireman minifigures!

Merkava MK4 M is a Merkava Mark IV equipped with the Trophy active protection system (APS). It detect the location that the projectile came from. It can transmit the coordinates to nearby ground and air units through the Tzayad battlefield management system. It has removable modular armor, from the Merkava Mark IIID, is used on all sides, including the top and a V-shaped belly armor pack for the underside. This modular system is designed to allow for damaged tanks to be rapidly repaired and returned to the field. Because rear armor is thinner, chains with iron balls are attached in order to detonate projectiles before they hit the main armored hull. Some features, such as hull shaping, exterior non-reflective paints (radar cross-section reduction), and shielding for engine heat plumes mixing with air particles (reduced infrared signature) to confuse enemy thermal imagers, were carried over from the IAI Lavi program of the Israeli Air Force to make the tank harder to spot by heat sensors and radar. The Mark IV includes the larger 120 mm main gun of the previous versions, but can fire a wider variety of ammunition, including HEAT and sabot rounds like the APFSDS kinetic energy penetrator, using an electrical semi-automatic revolving magazine for 10 rounds. It also includes a much larger 12.7 mm machine gun for anti-vehicle operations. The Mark IV has the Israeli-designed "TSAWS (Tracks, Springs, and Wheels System)". The model has a new fire-control system, the El-Op Knight Mark 4. It has an Amcoram LWS-2 laser warning receiver, it also has The tank carries the Israeli Elbit Systems BMS (Battle Management System).
