Hang on, does that mean that we usually contact LEGO and come to some sort of arrangement that allows them to show us around "backstage"? 'Cause that would be simply awesome...

I was just gonna say lol, that March wouldn't be very good for me as that's when I'd be doing my last exams and finishing off work on my dissertation for my degree! April or May or pretty much any time after that is fine for me though.

The person above me obviously doesn't know geek code, which is almost universally *the* geek language. Here's mine: GCS/CC/IT/S/O d-? s+:+ a-- C++++>$ !UC++ P--@>++ L+@>++ !E- W+++$@ !N !o-- K----? w+++$ !O---- M++$ !V !PS+(++) PE-(--)@ Y(+)@ PGP(+)@ t(+)@ !5-- X(+)@ !R-() tv+(++)>$ !b(-) DI+(++) D(+)@ G(-)@ e++>++++$ h--()@>++ r-(---)@* y+>++

The Bourne Ultimatum. Absolutely fantastic. Best one of the three imo, and has pretty much the perfect ending to the series, while still allowing room for the two follow up books to be made into movies.

Hmm, looks like it might be half decent, unlike AvP...

I just can't get enough of that Town Hall. Thanks very much for those pics!

I believe the free version used to view PDF files is Adobe Reader (Used to be Adobe Acrobat Reader). The tool you use to create the PDF's (Which can view them as well) is Adobe Acrobat.

The person above me seems to be speaking some weird language, possibly Klingon, or the language of the Tau.

2008 Exclusives turn up on "Replacement parts" page

It would seem that 10184 Town Plan is not likely to be a modular building, because it's missing the Technic pin and 1x2 brick with hole necessary to plug it into other buildings. :-( It also doesn't have the one of the three parts required to make the "Cafe Corner standard" lampost. On the other hand 10185 Green Grocer has all of these so it's safe to assume that this is definitely a modular building. :-D Actually, forgot to ask, why do we think these are 2008? Surely LEGO must have something up their sleeve for the 2007 holiday season... -

I'm willing to bet that bother 10184 Town Plan and 10185 Green Grocer are both modular building sets, based purely on the fact that they come with the Fabuland/Cafe Corner lampost with them, along with the selection of parts required to make the sidewalk. If this is indeed the case, then I simply cannot wait! Two new modular buildings coming our way! One thing that has me concerned is 10184 Town Plan. Although it seems somewhat like a modular building, the name suggests something else. A "Town Plan"? Will it contain more than one building? Also it comes with wheels, windscreens and car baseplates. Will it also come with a vehicle or two, like a playset? I'm also very excited about this. -
So droolworthy... It's a shame this isn't being released as a set. Although, since it's on a 48x48 baseplate it would cost an absolute fortune. Com'on LEGO, release the next modular building already!

Lego indiana jones video game official

Here's the first trailer/video for it: http://www.joystiq.com/2007/07/27/lego-ind...ones-announced/ -
A few friends and I are going to see it on Sunday night, I genuinely cant wait. What with Transformers last weekend, Simpsons movie this weekend, Evan Almighty next weekend, and The Bourne Ultimatum the week after, I'm gonna be spending nearly all my waking time in the cinema!

I disagree! As I mentioned, as soon as many of those lines were said I actually did sink in my seat and cover my face. There were many other groans in the audience too. I feel like you're completely missing what I said about the movie, in that the action was great and the movie itself was awesome. *y* But the little "romance" scenes did ruin it for me a bit.
-
It's those I'm talking about. "Bet you're glad you got in the car now." Oh man. And the rest of the lines were just as bad!
-
I saw the movie yesterday too. I'm not a huge fan of transformers, and I loved it. That's not to say I ever hated it, I just never took much notice of it. The one thing that detracted from the movie was the "love" scenes. Man they were terrible. So bad I actually sank into my seat and tried to hide by covering my face. Michael Bay just cant do romance at all. Just look at Pearl Harbour. :-P Oh and Optimus Prime is simply badass, although I think Starscream was my favourite.

Yeah, but there is such a thing as referrers. If you embed an image in, say, a Eurobricks post, the referrer for that image will show up as Eurobricks. Many sites detect what the referrer is and block anything other than themselves, ie MOCPages. Even if they aren't being blocked now, there is nothing to say that in the future when the owner is hard up for cash and facing huge bandwidth bills, that he wont implement referrer detection.

BRICKSHELF is up again !!! HURRY HURRY HURRY!
Mr Hobbles replied to Brick Miner's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Im glad to see BrickShelf back up, even though it is only temporary. Has anyone tried "reading between the lines" in Kevin's posts? I quote: .New site? He also didn't say that the pictures wont be supported on the new site, he said they wouldn't be supported in "their current format". Does anyone else think this means that he's making a new image sharing site, possibly for LEGO?
