  1. I heard that at the Toy Fair there were three other modular buildings on the display like Cafe Corner that they might make into future modular building sets, does anyone have any pictures of these?
  2. Im afraid not, I didn't even know there was this big of an online LEGO community. I've just really started getting obsessed with it again these last few days. All my old LEGO is back home which is at least a 4 hour drive away...might have to go home and fetch them. Also found out about Bricklink...it's brilliant! Should supply all the parts I need for my next building project. :-P
  3. I love this set! Just ordered it, I hope it'll be the centrepiece of a future city of mine. I also hope LEGO releases more of these super detailed modular buildings! :-)
  4. Just getting back into the hobby, so I thought I would buy a few sets in order to build up some bricks... Bought this from Argos today: 7945 Fire Station After taking it home, assembling it, and wanting more, I went onto Shop@Home and ordered: 10182 Cafe Corner 7890 Ambulance 7242 Street Sweeper 7905 Building Crane My wallet is a lot lighter now. :(
  5. Hey guys, I'm Nathan, 22 years old and from Scotland. I haven't played LEGO in a long time (Probably since I was like 16 or something), but the other day I was bored and checked out the LEGO.com site and saw Cafe Corner. It was calling out to me, honest! I think I'm gonna start really getting back into the hobby. :) I'm mainly a city/trains person. I liked the Islanders sets a good, I dunno, 10 years ago? Also the Western theme. But since seeing Cafe Corner I want to take a more realistic view to my town building. I want Cafe Corner to be just a corner in a little town, where all the other buildings are built by myself and look really realistic. Wish me luck, it'll be my first time... Just bought my first set in a long time from Argos (7945 Fire Station) to see if I like it, and now I've just put a massive dent in my wallet on Shop@Home. :D LEGO has definently changed a bit! I love the size of the fire engine, and some of the building methods are very different to what I imagine LEGO doing back in the day. I like! Anyway, I've bored you enough... :) Cheers, Mr Hobbles / Nathan
