  1. @ Davidmull: Good thing you finally got the black center caps; the do make the difference! Too bad about you got only 4 orange panels. Maybe Lego direct can help... Ah it's ok the seller made a mistake and the other 4 are on the way now :) orange snow plow really does rule :)
  2. No machinery for us next year so :( I take it this crawler will be an RC model or else it's going to be very boring!
  3. I agree a unimog attachment would be nice add on as a 1h set,I wonder will the log loader have pneumatics? Are these 2h sets above 100% or hear say? If so what's our 2012 flagship?
  4. Will be the march set like 8070 I'd say.
  5. I think u mean 2012 lol and I'm lost whats a rock crawler and when did we ever get a €180 1h set never!
  6. Very disappointing I have to say, nothing there at all looks interesting,at least last year we got a nice backhoe for 1h , hopefully 2h2012 will be better but after the unimog this year they have big shoes to fill :) I wonder will we get a march 2012 large set like this years super car?
  7. Great idea I done similar idea last week,I love ur technic figure too :) have u many figures in technic? I got my parts today from a brick link order for my snow plow and the order had only 4 orange panels instead of 8 in it :( I wasn't impressed after waiting 9 days for delivery,on an other note I got the same centre caps for my black wheels as u giojunkstyle and they look very nice and exactly like a real unimog wheel with centre hub.
  8. I had the same problem and they replaced the part for me,just got it today, ring them with the part number.
  9. Very nice and I like the lights, Has anyone tried the snow blower yet!
  10. Is it just me or why is these building instructions confusing or is all ldd like this, the building technique is very strange to follow in ldd and also why is it asking to build the unimogs rear bed when we already have it built? where in ldd do i find parts list and it does not give part amounts in the instructions or even axle lengths? Sorry for all questions but i am new to this LDD stuff lol
  11. That's pretty cool,does it have a parts list?
  12. I think I'll go with 8466 and 8275 :) them wheels on 8466 are class!
  13. I'm not sure whats up with urs because mine works 100% and even turns while standing still, did u replace the red friction pins and remove the 3/4 pins for more lock and smoother steering? XL motor is a waste of time as it's eating gears and u have no control over it ether.
  14. I'm just interested on what's the best flagships between these years,I have the most recent(8258,8043,8110) but I'm interested in buying more flagships from the last few years,I'm still deciding between 8421 and 8275 but I'm open to suggestions on others too, Thanks in advance :)
  15. Yes u are totally right, but I'm glad u do agree that 8110 is probably the first set ever that actually suits a motor,I'm an auto mechanic by trade and I'm very impressed with the 8110 set up,the portal axles are a gift as u can change ur gear ratios too.would u ever add motors to ur unimog blackbird? Also the m motor and clutch set up that giojunkstyle made an LDD file for is integrated very well and works great too!
  16. I have both and both are great in there own ways, I'd love to buy an older flag ship,I was thinking 8421 or 8275?which is better :)
  17. Blakbird do u like the idea of the motorised 8110,the xl motor in this set is great and the portal axles work great with this,I can't be leave how well the motor fits into the chassis and I'm still convinced Lego left it this way for us to add a motor!the 8110 is so well set up with the drive chain and suspension I think u just have to add a motor to appreciate the realistic 4wd system.
  18. Can these sellers not be reported to eBay if this is the case?how do u know who's good to buy off so!
  19. It's asking to sign in! Do I need to register with google docs first?
  20. Link isn't working,can u post up a pic?
  21. What's with the huge offset on the wheels?
  22. Ha thanks blaz,ur mod is very good, but u should try the m motor for steering with a clutch gear as it works better than the xl,there's a LDD file a few pages back on this tread and it has instructions :)
  23. Can I ask what's the big deal with big pictures?I'm just curious as I don't see the problem!
