Very unique minifigs. They look very coooool. GREAT JOB!! *y* Model On!!

Thank you for the info Brickster. I definitly would have been fooled by these. The person(s) that created these sure went to a lot of trouble to make them look very authentic. I am also :-( that these are fake. I *wub* the look of all of them. These would be *sweet* sets to add to my collection. I hope the new train system coming out sometime in 2009 will have such sets. That would be GREAT. I can't wait to see what TLC comes out with.

Very Coooool MOC Luxor. I *wub* that you made the cab of the mech enclosed. This concept would have made TLC's Exo-Force so much better. GREAT JOB!! *y* . Model On!!

Brickshelf FIND: Reuse of juniorized airplane parts
MatthewUSA replied to natelite's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Very unique MOC natelite. At first when I read the "<insert that tiresome argument>" part, I thought of the Jack Stone airplane. I have been thinking of ways to use the JS parts, so I thought I would check out this forum. I did not think of the most recent "City" airplane. Very coooooool way to use the airplane tail sections *y* . Model On!! -
Very good topic Apache. I definitly understand everything you are saying about the money issue. I am a divorcee, living in an apartment and currently starting a new career with an old friend of mine. Every cent I get goes towards surviving first then play. This play concept is either going out w/ friends or a Lego set. So far I have been spending more on going out than Lego. The time spent w/ friends has been important but I hope to be able to buy a few more sets and still go out w/ friends. Unfortunetly, we have to pay bills :-X . I know the adults of EB understand what I mean. For the younger crowd, you will definitly learn this when you cross that bridge. Model On!!

I definitly agree with you Gahu about this change. I would like to see the road plates brought back the way they used to be. I also agree about the dark gray. I would like to see TLC use green or light gray plates and "print" the darker color on. I am not into the new color either :-X . I really hope you receive a response from TLC. I also hope the news will be what we have all been waiting for. Keep us all posted on the news. Model On!!

I also have never had my instruction booklets fall apart, "knocking on wood" as soon as I began building. Sometimes a page could come loose after lots of wear and use, this definitly is understandable. I hope you will be able to find a set with a better booklet *y* . Model On!!

Here in Colorado, we have had quite a bit of cold days in the last few weeks. Today, we even had a short snowfall. The dusting did not accumulate on the ground though. Last December, we had a little under 3 feet of snow for Christmas. I wonder if we will see snow like that again this year. I would not mind to see that again this year. I am definitly ready for the cool down. I am tired of the 85-90 degree days. How much snow does Germany usually get? The snow last year was abnormal. Colorado usually will see snowfalls like that between Feb. & March. Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!!

I *wub* the look of the green plane and green delivery truck. I definitly cannot wait to see these. I give TLC a *y* for the forklift. I would agree that this forklift is the best TLC has designed yet. I like the delivery van and the new minifig look, but I am not a big fan of the small plane. I cannot wait for 2008!! *sweet*

A definite 80's style of building. I remember the look of the old vacation houses TLC came out with. Your MOC definitly looks like that style. I like the "Classic Town" look, very nice MOC. Model On!!
