Moving to the appropriate forum Welcome to EB.
-
Hey folks, let's keep the discussion on topic of LEGO sets not your feelings about actors or book vs. movie. Thank you all.
-
Ah ok, the link you shared didn't go directly to a post just the start of the thread.
-
That discussion is from April and many stores did it that way for 2020 and quite a few still do but many are going back to the normal way of letting people choose, even if it's from a board.

I am accessing from safari on iPhone right now, are you still having issues? Be sure you restart your device.
-
Please don't act as if you are staff and don't talk down to forum staff. Just take the response for the concerned response it is and drop it. If you don't like the thread, the best solution is for you to quit posting in it. Thank you.

Wow, those are awesome. Thank you for the clear photo @RichardGoring I really need to figure out how to get ahold of a quite a few of these new parts.
-
Nice job on the creations. I really like the use of the rubber band element. Please update your post so that you are embedding the 1024 images not the 4k images.

"Ignored Users" seems not working
Darkdragon replied to ks6349's topic in Forum Information and Help
I am looking into this for you. -
You're right. Looks like it was switched to staff only at some point. Sorry about getting everyone's hopes up.
-
I believe it is at Knight rank.

Hi LegoMikey, welcome to Eurobricks. Once you reach an appropriate rank by participation in the community you will automatically unlock the ability to change your "Cover Photo". The great thing is that you don't need to wait for staff to manually change it for you, simply participating will unlock a lot more features for you in time. It doesn't really take very long either. So be sure to post your MOCs, comment on other people's work and have fun! Here is what the button looks like when it appears on your profile page that allows you to edit your background image:

The laptops are annoying for sure. I use sticky tac to hold it down without damaging anything. Mylenium is incorrect, there are multiple prints for smartphones on 1x2 tiles and those work really well.

It's generally up to the manager's discretion in the USA at least. Some stores really can't do it because if someone comes in and buys up all the animals then they are left with no animals for the other kids. I've found usually it's the smaller markets that allow it, stores that are not in major AFOL areas or just be friendly with the staff and get to know them and there is often better luck.

Hi Kenny R, welcome to Eurobricks. I think your question will get more helpful eyes on it over here in the Train forum.

The Eurobricks Reviewers Academy
Darkdragon replied to Bonaparte's topic in Forum Information and Help
We are revamping things and not adding new members anymore. The lessons will be available to all in the near future. -
For a Lego set box I use a microfiber cloth, dry. The fibers will pick up the dust. Alternatively you can use something like a "swiffer" duster.
