I just bought a mini air pump today and an extension wire with the intention of splicing the pump to the wire. I wanted to know which wires on a PF cable carry current, and which carry signal for RC controls. I know there are two wires to carry current and two to carry signal, Iām just not sure which wires do what. Thank you in advance for the help.

Speak plug gapper I think that's called. That's a pretty neat idea. I like using my knife every now and then though. -

Maybe the pump is like an engine crankshaft, it can be hand pumped, but there's a input axle hole on both sides of the pump, when a motor is connected to it it acts like a piston, air is compressed on the down stroke, and air is taken in on the up stroke. -

Surprisingly though 42008 wasn't retired, but sold out. Maybe it's more popular at the moment. I have both, just thought another 42009 would make a beautiful parts pack for my collection.
