  1. Have a look at this old set: http://technicopedia.com/8839.html
  2. My guesses: 42060 Street Working Cars - 19.99: This is probably a road sweeper. I doubt that TLG will be able to make something working at that price point. Probably just steering and moving ¿brushes?. 42061 Container Transport 49.99: I imagine a reach stacker like the 42009 B-model, with moving and extending arm, steering and a container. 402?? BMW R 1200 GS Adventure Bike - 49.99: The high pricepoint makes me think that it will have lots of panels to make a full enclosed body. It could have classic technic motorbike functions, new wheels, and another BMW bike as a B-model. 42065 RC Tracked Racer - 79.99: This is probably the most interesting of the list. I imagine an RC ripsaw with an skeletical body. It's hard to belive that an RC set could be this cheap, but a low part count could compensate it. Also, probably Lego PF are Apple-like overprized. Air Race Jet with PF - 119.99: Could be interesting, considering the great jet airplanes that Grohl made in his AFOL years. Also, I missed on 42025.
  3. I think that the tracked racer will be some kind of skeletical ripsaw, with like 500 pieces, but new RC parts. It could have a new, high RPM motor and a subtractor, or maybe tyo and skid-steering.
  4. I supose that the train will use the rails of the Mine set.
  5. Oh!! It's that time of the year! These look interesting, specially the ship and BMW bike! big image
  6. A fishing boat would be nice. Like the classic 8839, it could have wheels under the hull, so it can move on solid ground, and have moving fake engine and propellors. And of course, a crane.
  7. I think that it makes more sense to tribute one of the models that turns 40 instead of newer sets like the 8880. An 853 Car Chassis hommage would be nice, with the colours, shapes and functions of the old set, but with new parts. A yellow forklift (like the 850) would aslo be possible. It's also the 40th aniversary of Star Wars, so it would be a perfect opportunity to bring back Technic Star Wars (maybe with ships instead of characters).
  8. Well, that way you couldn't reuse the parts for MOCs.
  9. The sorting function is indicated in the box. It doesn't say it, but it has it pictured:
  10. I think that they will release a forklift or a car chassis as a throwback to 1977.
  11. I think that the sorting function will be done with a few beams in a slope, so it wouldn't need to be motorized.
  12. Lego has released simillar images for other movie sets, could be legit. As BrickJagger said, where did you found it? EDIT: Arrrr!!!!
  13. They probably can, you can see that they are on Technic beams.
  14. A Low Rider is a kind of modification of a car where small wheels and adjustable suspension height is installed. Wikipedia.
  15. I like the old one better, it isn't as smooth, but I think that it looks more like a beetle. I will still get this one, because the old one is, well, unavailable. And because I'm not sure if TLG will release a 2Cv soon... Because the two cars look very simillar, and because it's extrmely hard to make a lego build as curvy as the real car.
  16. Well, technically, it's a Modular Platform System, so you have to add the body and the transmision . Also, I'm not sure if he ever said that he would make compatible gearboxes.
  17. Actually, it shouldn't be too far.
  18. I think that the beams are used as part of the structure and TLG decided to make them green, so when you take off a concrete panel it looks like the engine in the real machine. Or, in other words, the little details that make me love modern Technic sets .
  19. If we're going to speculate, I bet for some japanese cars.
  20. I think that that's just CC price, the final sets will probably be much cheaper.
  21. That's intentional, to give it a "custom" look.
  22. Definitively going to pick it up, althought not at the release. The CLAAS has to come .
  23. That's a telehandler, not a forklift. But both could be good sets .
