Actually if you read the innitial Brickset post, there is a link to an actual Legend of Chima natives of Trinadad and Tobago, which is off the coast of Venezuela. This could be an age of explorers theme, set in the late 15th/early 16th century, or a 30's archaeology/mythology theme like Pharaohs Quest.

For years Behduri has been a campsite for Kaliphlin traders heading for Nocturnus. They would stop for the night here before entering the Rakath Mountains. The many peoples that have camped here left a mark; an energy absorbed by the land. This energy is now feeding four young elementals, making them stronger. I am happy to say that I have all four of my elementals finished, and the figs placed in harms way. I still have most of the rock work to finish and my micro build to place. I have to work tomorrow, but hopefully I will have the time to get it finished and photographed on Sunday. Mikel Kalores, I hope you and your wife are feeling better. Sebus I, welcome to the guild. Angeli, if you want to read the Drizzt line of stories, I suggest you start with the book Homeland, but make sure you get the Legend of Drizzt version. You might see some inconsistancies from the first three in the timeline and the second three, since books 4-6 were the first to be written. Get the omnibus version of this trilogy, not the originals, as there have been additions to the original narative. As to your GoH ambitions; the baggie of 'plant material' has me anticipating your entry.

Doesn't look like I'll get my Commerce Challenge build done in time. I will finish it, but it will have to wait. The Challenge IV build has taken more time than expected. I might even expand the Nestlands Market beyond the challenge confines. I did finish my air elemental today. I just have to choose the figs to be his victims.

I have just finished my water elemental for my Challenge IV. Here's a hint, 'quicksand'. I still have air, fire and earth elementals to work on, but I have firm plans for each of them in my head. I'm calling it Emerging Mayhem. I will hopefully have my Commerce Challenge build done and photographed on Wednesday. The set dressing for my Nestlands Market will include figs from all guilds. I still have three other Nestlands builds that might be completed in August: Skywatch Perch, Visiting Herbologists and Guardsmen Waiting Outside. No promises, but those are the plans. gabe, the herbologists from Peregrinus(sp?) are being reworked since you have given me your input. Wonderful and appropriatly chaotic. I'll have trouble competing. To ZCerberus' point, I think the elemental looks to have been formed from some ruined house that had gone back to nature.

I didn't know the giant Spongebob set had so many good pieces for spaceships. Good job.

Wonderful design, nicely alien, but you might want to rethink the name if you don't want it to get booted from CuuSoo for adult content. You might try putting the name into a search engine if you don't know what I mean.

A good depiction of a 'playroom', but I would have had the guy worried and the woman grinning. As for the book, from what I understand of the content, there was a ready-made market for it. I may see to getting myself a copy.

Thanks gabe, you just made me realize I have the perfect face for a water elemental, this. I also have a few ideas for fire and air elementals, but have dismissed the use of the head from the Crystal King as too easy and unoriginal. I am hoping to make this work in one of my elementals, as a nod to Hellboy II.

Guardians of the Galaxy?!?! I haven't seen the most recent itteration of them, so please tell me we get Major Vance Astro (or even better Major Victory), Nikki, Yondu, Charlie, Krugarr and Talon. I am thumbing through my 1991 Guardians of the Galaxy issues 18 and 19. Now I feel old. Wonderful new figs. Hopefully I'll be able to snag some before they dissappear. Super Heroes fly off the shelves here.
