  1. Great review and crystal clear pictures! I wasn't sure whether to get the loader, but you got me with this picture: Absolutely impressive! Thanks a lot!
  2. Besides real,- and Karstadt, try also to find a " Galeria Kaufhof". They often have good deals, even for Technic.
  3. I'm really in love. A review would be very nice. Blakbird, you built the RC version, right? It would be very helpful (for me) to have an additional comparing review of the manual version, since I'm not sure whether to build the "cost-effective" manual version or the more "wow" RC version. Hopefully, there is someone building the manual one and who does a review. Thanks Sheepo and Jurgen for these great MOCs and instructions! edit: Is the manual version also going to be added to rebrickable?
  4. Haha, superb! And I thought of a tug war with the 9398... . Great video.
  5. Arrrghhh! None of the links work for me. I want pictures so bad!
  6. Whoa! It climbs that "hill" like there is nothing easier than that. What's the slope? 100%? Sure, it has 8 XLs and a lot of weight, but the performance is absolutely great! Hoping for more performance videos including a tug war with 9398 or similar. This is truly a monster!
  7. I really like your family of trucks, especially the black modified 9395-B. It is a pity that I never build the B-model as I see that it really looks cool and fun to play with. Looking forward to the front loading version. I think I will try the mechanics for the front loader by myself.
  8. I'm a quiet but frequent user of this lovely technic forum. Currently, I have only 5 MOCs of some great builders at display. They must be quiet familar with you: Paul Boratko's Murcielago in yellow, his Gallardo in black and his Porsche 997 GT3 in red. The black RC Tumbler is from mahjqa and yes, the V8 is from barman. Besides the MOCs, I have a lot of spare parts, but it's not worthy to photograph them since everything less than nychase's collection seems to be nothing. And yes, the "lights" of the Porsche are still missing. But that's not severe, cause I drive it at daylight. And a big "THANK YOU" to you guys for giving me the possibilty to build these great models! And I think it doesn't matter imho whether the instructions are for free or cost 15€ since I can build them. I really don't have any talent building MOCs or even reverse engineer stuff. So, I'm gladly thankful!

  10. I had some good deals in the past few weeks. I bought the Superpack 66433 (9395+9392+8293) for 49€, 8043 for 120€, 9395 for 30€ and recently 42008 for 59€, all MISB.
  11. 3x 9395 Pickup Truck, just for parts 2x 41999 Boss Crawler, one for playing, the other one for financing future technic sets 2x 9392 Quad Bike, for parts 1x 9391 Crane, for parts 1x 8070 Supercar, for parts 1x 42007 Motocross Bike, for parts aaaand all the remaining parts for Crowkillers' Porsche in red, his Gallardo in black and the Murcielago in yellow. Sure, they are not official, but they should be...
  12. The german supermarket "real" offers the 42022 Hot Rod now for 26.95€ online. It says already "in stock"! This is quiet an early lauch.

  14. Sorry for bumping this thread, but I don't want to start a new one just because of one question. @skyliner: Is it possible to update the instructions of your Countach with the suspension setup? I'm really ungifted in respect of modding MOCs and I'm really looking forward to build your Countach. But it would be much cooler with suspension! So, thank you!
  15. Mine is: #14459, bought at my local Lego Store in Germany. I'm really interested in how the numbers are spread over the world. I would like to see some kind of sketch, spreadsheet or overview for this.
  16. I thought that the safest way to get my hands on the boss is to be as early as possible at my local store. A staff member told me that they will get 19 sets in total spread over a week! There were just two other guys intending to buy one of the 41999. This crawler is absolutely stunning! Love the colour and the rims .Best looking technic set ever. Btw, for those who already own a set, are there some interesting license plate numbers? I don't have a special number, except there's a 54 year old guy who has birthday on 14th of april .
  17. My local store has already 5 sets in stock. I talked to a few person whether they could sell me one a little bit earlier... but no. They are not allowed to sell them until tomorrow. BTW, three good facts: 1: They told me that they try to save a few sets for the upcoming AFOL shopping. 2: Further he told me that he thinks the store would probably get around 15 sets in total. 3: The price: 179.99€!
  18. I reported both instructions. This link can be used: http://www.bricklink.com/problemInventory.asp Via admin@bricklink.com you can report shops.
  19. I do. It works great! It's relly fun to drive, because it's getting really fast!
  20. I just found this render from flickr user Corvin Stichert. Some more images on his flickr page.
  21. Thank you! Can't wait for the instructions! I always want to build this awesome Porsche, but the lack of my skills prevents it.
  22. No, not in Germany. I called the Lego Customer Service today in order to get the new PF stuff from the crawler but the friendly lady on the phone didn't even know when the pieces will be available. She talked to the Lego Technic responsible and he said that the release of the new PF stuff depends on how well the crawler sells...
  23. Hi mahjqa! Thank you for sharing the instructions for this amazing tumbler! This night I spent 3 hours of gathering and sorting parts for this BEAST. It ends up with bricklinking 'only' 40 parts (3 different sellers ). Next, I need to get my hans on the new motors, receiver and this type of battery box (I only have the "studless" one). So, once again, thank you for making the instructions available and I didn't hesitate a second to send you a small encouragement for your work.
  24. Hmmmm, I think I would pick the 8480 Technic Space Shuttle. Many years ago I had the choice to get the 8480 Space Shuttle or the 8880 Super Car, and I took the latter. The 8480 Shuttle is a must-have for technic fans and is still missing in my collection.
