[ESL - FB:1] A Purchase From a Veteran
TitusV replied to halixon's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
You have improved a lot, Windusky, in the time you were away from GoH. I love that furniture and the rocks an dthe window above it are prettys sweet. Only tip would be to tile things off, for a clean feeling, but overall good job -
I agree with almost everything said here. The rules are indeed a bit complicated... For myself, I try to put as much quality in a build as possible, but due to the amount of builds required their size has really dropped. I'm really against a limited amount of MOCs, but we should limit the amount of DBs. As someone aboce said, means a comment on a build far more to me then the DBs it brought. But due to the huge amounts of MOCs here, it's becoming pretty hard to answer all!

Léon was in trouble again. He had been out patrolling, when an overwhelming swarm of pirates had attacked him. At first he had managed to keep them at bay and flee, but now he had been backed in a corner. Well, it was a good place to die... Suddenly, the pirates went all ways in their desperate attempts to evade something. Too late, it seemed. Mounted person appeared. Elysabeth called out: "You're lucky I'm healed, Léon. That was really close!" While Léon was taken behind on a saddle, and rode away, listening to Elysabeth warning him about going off alone, someone else was not so happy... ------------------------------ So, I hope you enjoyed, especially the rockwork, while the vegetation is based on Full Plate's builds. Thanks for the comments on previous builds, CC very welcome! Additional images: The brand-new regimetn that saved Léon, made up of both Corlanders and Eslandolans and as such the first mixed regiment in BoBS:

Every friday evening, people want to go out. They do that everywhere, but in Bardo they organised themselves into a "club". One evening, some days ago, the leazder of the groupation had drunk just a little bit too much, and came up with the excellent idea of participating in the Musician Talent Fair. So they hired a flute-player... One can't say they sing good, but the mood is good.... And what you all where waiting for: the place where the barkeeper stores his apple-cider! (Sorry for the bad image) ---------------------------- Just a small vign, hope you like it! CC very welcome! You can't actually see it, but the base of the bar is 2 while the top is 3 studs wide. The round-base-technique is from Graham Gidman.

My opinion, but I don't really like the white stripes. What I do like though, are the interior and the roof! Great job!- 8 replies

The Empire of Eslandola: Sign-up and Discussion
TitusV replied to kabel's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I could, in my position of mayor of Elysabethtown, offer you the same. But aside from that, I think you choice should depend on your character: if you are a well-bred noble, of an old and respected family, the chance is greater you habit on Weelond, due to that being more settled. Elysabethtown is a frontier-settlement, so don't expect luxuries there!- 780 replies
