What licensed themes would you like to see?
YellowCorvette replied to BearHeart's topic in LEGO Licensed
I sure that I already mentioned in another topic but well, I just hope for a Lego Transformers theme although I doubt it will happen. -
This model looks great as a complete building, and the detailing impress me.

Looks good! I wish for more detailing in the model, but overall a good looking gas station I think.
-
The model itself looks good. The walker itself reminds me for some sort of mantis and spider drones, which is nothing bad about it.
-
The design of the base and the mech is good, but for the jet fighter thingy, not so much I think.

Nice MOD, but is the connection of the sleeping platform is been stable and sturdy enough? Of course I won't want Boba felt down to the prisoner cells when he's sleeping because of the weak connection of the sleeping platform......

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
YellowCorvette replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The new trailer looks awesome! I still wonder where's Luke have been in the movie. Looks like I gonna go into the cinemas at 18th December to find out. Come back to topic, is it any chance for us to get a TFA Luke minifigure next year? -

Star Wars Constraction 2016 Discussion
YellowCorvette replied to Logan McOwen's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Yes, but the current torso shells and frame doesn't feel right on C-3P0. The Breakout torso shells can't have any printings on the abdomen section, the 2.0 torso shells are too muscle-ish for a skinny character like C-3P0. Plus, he's much more shorter than Luke that already released as a set, and this may cause him to have lacking in detailing. But however, the idea of interchangeable limbs has already grown on me and I'll see how well it can be executed. -

Then, what we get at this wave? B1 Battle Droid? But what's the point of interchangeable limbs? I prefer to have C-3P0 has a custom torso build like Vader instead of interchangeable limbs. -

[MOC] Skull Smasher, Steampunk Aggressor

Good MOC, but I think the skull mask is too small for him. I think Brutaka's mask fits better. -
What got you into collecting Lego as an Adult?
YellowCorvette replied to badchriss's topic in Community
Well, the first time I interested in Lego is in 2010. At that time I accidentally found the Lego website and clicked in. I interested in Hero Factory at that time and start my lego hobby. After 2012, I was busy with my homework and this cause me to leave my favourite hobby. With the introduction of Hero Factory IFB sets, I once again intersted in Lego and continue my Lego collecting hobby until now. At 2010, I'm a TFOL, but now I'm a AFOL. -

I doubt they will do that, mainly because the inclusion of interchangeable limb in a set will increase the price tag. -

At the Lego Shop website, the book itself is already in Sold Out status, but it still didn't retired yet. -
Need opinions/advice on custom stand for Tydirium 75094
YellowCorvette replied to Schwizzle's topic in LEGO Star Wars
For the technic built, I can suggest you to take a look at some of the Star Wars UCS sets like 10240, 75095, 10129 and more and take some inspiration from the way those stands on UCS sets are been built. Happy building! -

Need opinions/advice on custom stand for Tydirium 75094
YellowCorvette replied to Schwizzle's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The stand itself looks nice, but the structure of both stands are very fragile. I suggest you to use Technic liftarms and bricks to build the stand. For the concept, you can see my own UCS Style stand MOC for some idea: Custom UCS style display stand by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr Here's the stand on picture up there with my own T-70 X-Wing MOC placed on it: T-70 with custom UCS style stand by Armstrong X-Wing, on Flickr Hope this post helps. -
Nice, I like how you design the fuel tank.
