It sure would be one of the most fun sets if designed in a similar way. Shame that cloud city never got a lot of attention. Something like this would have been miles better that the latest UCS Hoth playset...

yeah, do you have any idea how to get that character pack, once it is out? Because I never see these in any stores in Germany.. Sloane looks great, the evil face really nails it. My costume Captain Phasma - some time before the FO, when she was a stormtrooper commander (in my own madeup cannon ; ). Like with Vader or the witch king, I wanted to make the figure "tall", compared to regular sized ones. For that purpose I used 2 neck pieces & 1x1 bricks to extend the legs. Takes some time getting used to, but it works for me. As hairpiece I used one from the CMF that looks like Brienne of Tarths in a Game of Thrones - same actress. The only thing missing is the Batman utilitybelt in white. size comparison with my Maul figure

Awesome. This really makes me dislike the latest minifig scale B-Wing. Just about 80 % of the proportions were wrong on that one. Hera/Quarie's B-Wing would have been such a great set, if designed the way you did.

It's against the "rules" to advertise your Ideas sets here. Unfortunately this will never make it. If TLG will bring out a DS like cloud city set - it's not gonna be from "Ideas". Anyway, this looks great, the best cloud city moc I've seen so far. Could you make a picture from a top position, so that we could see all "rooms" together & how they connect? I especially like how it ain't just a messy playset, but also features a presentable look from the outside.

The problem is rather that this would still look odd if used on a Jedi robe. Now we get 85 % tan legs, though you just see a small portion of tan pants - most is covered by the robe & boots. Even plain dark brown legs do a better job! Same situation with the latest Mace Windu figure. a bit legprinting & mostly white legs. You almost can't see the white on his actual outfit in the movie. If you use dual molded legs on the figures though, you'd get the impression he wears tan boots - or in Windu's case white boots. You'd need trial molding ;)

...you did almost what I wanted to see. I scrolled trough your pictures; there's one where you swapped out the hairpieces of the Ledger Joker & the Joker from the Lowrider ("Vest Joker"). Now if you could just swap out the headpieces, I'd be abe to see how the Ledger Joker & his hairpiece would look with the Lowrider Joker outfit. Since I will never own the Heath Ledger Joker myself . thx anyway for the answer! -

Looks great! Especially with purple as secondary colour. Could you please also post a picture of the Heath Ledger Joker's face AND hair on the Vest Joker?! I love to swap minifigure parts around to see how newer cooler outfits look with better heads & hairpieces. -

...just like Good/Bad Cop's face looks odd ;) Great helmet, cool outfit - odd face print. It's a movie not to be taken seriously based on comics that are also not to be taken seriously Though of course a popular character like Dent has to be much more controversial if used for such a joke. The problem however is rather that Lego never released any non-ridiculous twoface figure but dozends of repeats. Or do you prefer that figure? ;) http://brickset.com/minifigs/sh007/Two-Face-Orange-and-Purple-Suit -
It's unfortunately the only hairpiece that comes a bit close to her S3 hair colour & style. Fitting molds & prints by alternative brick services would be great...

The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion
Kim-Kwang-Seok replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
Keep in mind that they're doing a similar joke as they did with "Good Cop/Bad Cop" in TLM. I don't know if the ugly half of his face is supposed to be gum, or melted plastic (since minifigures are made out of plastic instead of flesh ). So yeah the whole idea of this minifigure will be some joke that is yet to be seen -
LEGO Ninjago 2017 Discussion

Seems like quite a few sets are coming for the movie. - many sound like ground based sets; so get ready for more asian style buildings! - seems like no dragon to me they had such a good run with Lloyds dragon. - at least one mech, who or whatever Rai is? http://www.thebrickfan.com/the-lego-ninjago-movie-official-set-names/ btw: half of the season has aired already, though in dutch or whatever, I dont understand what they say. -
Finally!!! I've managed to upload pictures. So expect loads of updated ships & figures showing up for the time being S1 Sabine: Since I couldn't find arms that look like Sabines (detailed shoulder pads etc.) I gave her arms which should represent a "dark tan jumpsuit" & expose a bit of flesh, like her outfit did in S1. Plus Wildstyles headpiece & a Jetpack. S2 pictures are pretty bad, better pics will come. S3 The hairpiece from the latest CMF Cyborg seemed to fit her current hairstyle best. The outfit & helmet painting she wears is unfortunately not possible to reproduce with current Lego parts. So I decidet to give her a light grey jumpsuit, with black boots & shoulder pads.

Has anyone yet done a review/video/pictures of the 3 "Gotham electronic" sets, that can be sticked together? Would love to see how they look. -
Thx the help, as soon as I get to make new pictures I'm gonna try with the recommended sites. Since failing to create an account on brickshelf my Mods & updates have evolved quite a bit EPI Kenobi: If you don't want to paint Finns hairpiece I'd rather go with the "slick hairpiece", that they also gave EPII Anakin. Shame they didn't repaint Finns hairpiece for him. 70's hair

The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion

Twoface, Harley, Bane, Croc.. 1-2 hilarious trucks I would understand - but 4? Not including the truck-like Batmobile... A bigger playset or unique vehicles like the Lowryder or the Arctic roller would be much cooler I think.. Plus I do not see any cool transforming features in any of these sets. Like with TLM line it seems like they are rather going for "fun" sets instead of play features & great looks. -
I do, but don't you need a different medium to post pictures in decent quality on eurobricks? Or is there a way around it, because I don't have flickr or something else.
-
New one, old one? Just to change some odd colours on the new one, or something bigger?
-
Even without painting it would look better than it does currently.. Thanks for the tip & for posting your figure! I'd love to post pictures of my updated minifigcollection, but unfortunately I don't have any medium for pictures. Anyone her knowing about an alternative?

Does anyone know when the sets will be available in Europe/Germany? Because so far there's no clue of them - I'd have at least expected some advertisement in advance. If the January release is supposed to be worldwide, why don't they do some advertisement then? -

70627 Dragon's Forge Pictorial Review
Kim-Kwang-Seok replied to DuckBricks's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Great review. Please do more if possible! Most reviewers lack both knowledge & patience for all the great details & easter eggs that makes the Ninjago line great. I think both main builds would have needed more parts to gain their full potential. It's a missed chance that they didn't do a "split" function with the dragons (whether that would mean you'd have to put parts from one dragon to the other, to complete it, or that they would have included additional pieces for that function). I didn't think high of Ninjago, until I fell for the great brick built dragons. Then one thing led to another So a shame that this dragon brings nothing new designwise..- 18 replies

- Great that they updated Liam Neesons face with some grey highlights. - Unfortunate though that Maul still uses this horrible face & that Obi Wan does not use Finns hairmold. - Otherwise it's a great set. If you would want a bigger one you could always buy multiples. Thanks for the review! -
Review | LEGO 75170 Star Wars ● THE PHANTOM

Where's the creative spirit?! Just remove the unnecessary stuff (like the spring mechanism..) & you will maximize the available space. I like the set, but also wonder about some decisions by the designers: - Why didn't they include engines, but instead very awkward tan pieces at the rear? How can a experianced designer include strange colours instead of important engines?! - Why use more details on the interior side of the ramp, instead of the outside? Though, being a Rebels set and including this awesome Kanan figure plus of course Thrawn, will mean that I'll purchase it at any ridiculous priece - like the last Ahoka set Thx for the review!
