    It's pretty odd to have the short on the Storks movie, isn't it? It's not even relevant to Disney or Pixar. Do DVDs actually do that?

    I didn't expect Kai and Zane to get new faces. Hopefully they fix the thing where his mouth shows from the back of the headpiece. And maybe give Nya a new face too while they're at it.

    I wonder if the pods are what transform the snakes into the vermillion? After all, there's an abundance of red snakes and pods. Now the only missing thing is the armor. Where do they get that from to complete the metamorphosis? Is it provided by the vermillion, or is it the metal in the pods? It looks like the armor's just... There. Also, this confirms the translucent things on the helmet are supposed to represent snakes peeking out, and not a sculpt of the armor... Especially since the translucent color for this one is orange, like the snake's arms.

    Ever since he's accepted that he's basically a husk, he has no problem openly expressing his robot-ness with that straight face of his. I think it's that since his new body is a full on robot rather than an android, people use that to make it easier and say he's less emotional. What i'm trying to say is now that he's way more robotic, you could apply this "effect" on all his fields, including his personality. I'd personally say he's not the same in how he acts though. Like in Skybound when he tried to call the police on all of them, disregarding their safety in favor of following his built-in law following system, or when Nadakhan deleted PIXAL and he literally couldn't think (which could also be tied to his "feelings"). In short, his new body and it's up to date features and could be causing him to have a bit of "cold logic", or "system errors" when hit with human feelings. That's my theory. _________ Also, I noticed there's only two people with the vermillion mark in the painting. Could they be the twins?

    The picture's blocked from where i'm looking at. Maybe LEGO took it down. Edit: or not... It looks like Garmadon and Wu are fighting against humans with the vermillion mark. And those look to be EMs in the back. So good on the left, bad on the right, and EMs in the middle.

    But does Tommy have the product? Is work still being done for the special? What I mean is, even though he could be making subtitles, it's just the script. When it gets leaked, is Curtis going to re-upload a subtitled version?

    I'm really hoping the leaked product will have subtitles, or someone can get a subtitled version as soon as we get the special. I watched the first DoD in 360p instead of HD, I don't wanna watch the next one in Chinese with no subtitles

    Yeah, I feel the same way. I wish more people would look at the designs of the minifigures, as these are some of the best I've seen from NInjago.

    Not bad! Though there isn't much of a visual difference in the end, i'm sure actually holding it and trying out the modeling and joints will feel like there's a real difference! Props.

    How is the deck space like? Is it improved over the kind of space we see in all the Ninjago ship sets?

    I'd say that the Vermillion vehicle physically looks really good, not talking about value per piece, but the actual completed build from a head on observation. From this perspective, it's a way better and unique build than Jay's. I'd actually love to have Jay's portion scrapped and get this as a polybag or another small set which would also have 3 figures.

    Oh yeah, hah, not like I wanted Zane to be all alone... The leviathan came to mind as well when I thought about things related to Zane. I'd like to see it appear again sometime.

    Not at all. The writing in the shows and plot is usually kind of good. Maybe concepts can be a bit overlapping, but not the actual plot itself. And also the movie is a spinoff, not a reboot of Ninjago. 70621: Great small set. Kai and two villains, one of which has armor. Getting this. 70622: Boring. Jay's bike looks like a declawed Blade Cycle. The Vermillion vehicle looks really good though, but it's not significant enough to pay around $15 for. 70623: Great build. Cool pieces. That sword looks nice. Getting this for the figures too. 70624: Flashbacks of Garmatron and Warrior Bike. Not getting this, but it looks cool. I wonder what it does, it looks compact. 70625: Nya's vehicle is a great callback to the 2014 side build. I like how it has movement physics, similar to Cole's Tread Assault when you turned it over. But not really interested. 70626: The mech looks cool, we haven't seen something like this since the Epic Dragon Battle. The structure is cool, can lead to inspiration for an moc. The star of the set is the rogue dou. Neat, but I'll pass this one. 70627: Great building. The dragon is okay. I do spot a printed round tile of Nya's symbol on it however. The building lacks space to pose figures. I'm still gonna get this, too nice to pass up. YES!!!

    No one also mentions that the guardian is also Zane's brother, so he basically killed his remaining family... They'll show up in Hands of Time too.

    I like how Nya has a dedicated vehicle that we see her using. Technically the one in the Nindroid Mechdragon set is her's, but she never piloted it. Which reminds me, can you put two people on it like the one in 2014? Like on the miniguns maybe? I don't see any other unique placement. Also, that vehicle is hollow. Is it detachable? EDIT: The vehicle is hollow because the whole thing has physics! Like Cole's Tread Assault! Like others here i'm gonna wait for Ninjago movie sets, but I really like the minifigs and their new pieces. So i'll get Vermillion Attack and Destiny's Shadow (even though it has the same problem as Raid Zeppelin). Then I can get a healthy amount of the new content released. Also, the glider in that set looks like a Vermillion head, that's cool. And for anyone who watches the show, we should try and forget about those rogues. If we meet a new character with one of those hair pieces in the show, we'll know immediately it's them, goodbye plot twist and clever writing. EDIT: Wait wait wait guys, I found a link! Samurai XVL is driving the vehicle, so we assume it belongs to them right? And as we know, that vehicle looks extremely similar to the one in the Nindroid Mechdragon set, which we know Nya created. There's a link wandering around!

    Nice one! It's been refurbished and still keeps the classic look. It's amazing how this has advanced techniques, but doesn't "modernize" the model.

    This battle of molds vs brick built creatures has been going on for years! It's nice to see a true brick built dino, especially something as... "built"... as a Stegosaurus. I could see this actually being in a Lego set. I guess my only criticism is the tail, it's a bit too spiky to be realistic. But other than that, nice work!

    Yeah, we were just joking, I don't even like the Overlord as much as most people here do. Overlord isn't gonna come back in a very long time. He's alive, but he won't return. However, Tommy did state one or two times we can expect him to return in Ninjago's potential future. And I really don't wanna dig through tweets to show you all it, so please believe me on this. But maybe the Vermillion have something to do with the Clock, or the Dark Island? Maybe dark matter? I don't know, but the Dark Island in general really hasn't done much. And it was stated this next wave will really dig into the lore, so we should be more open to more possibilities. Wait a minute. Is the reason one of the helmets has a trans red snake mold, because those are actual snakes protruding from the helmet? That's so weird.

    So I gave in and watched the 360p upload on Youtube... And it was really good. Can't wait to watch it in HD. I feel like people didn't like the special as much because there was already so much stuff spoiled by Saunders that nothing really came as a shock. Here is where I will actually give my opinion about the actual story, so spoilers will be here:
