or just put the controller in front of the shed and open the doors...
-
nope, i do it every time and never had problems.
-
i think the 'own creations' instruction is ment to let you see that you can modify the set instead of a real modification.
-
i never had problems with 3 wheel bogies. Even not with 4 wheel ones.

Very cool! I like the interior. Sadly i don't think you will get many supporters as train projects on LEGO ideas don't often get more then 1000 supporters...

very impressive! i like the small clock! I want it to be the next modular!

well, i have boxes full of plastic track so buying 9V would be pretty stupid if i did it. and i like to run multiple trains that are not on the same speed. nope, one in german red delivery. but i can recolour it... that could be for a freight train or some but for 4559, meh

cool! how did you turn the front upside down?
-
how did you try that then with the buffers? (did you use the older RC trains? because those have different wires that you can rotate)
-
i never bother about it. if its cracked just turn it so you can't see the crack. i have misprints but i just ignore them.

try to 'push' the rotating piece up with something under it. works fine for me. and LEGO is pretty strong so breaking won't happen often.

hi guys, here in europe summer holiday finally started and that means my birthday is coming soon. i'm now planning to buy one Power Functions train kit. but well, for what could i use it. I've build a TRAXX mod on LDD with PF build in. that could be a nice train to run on my layout but one locomotive without coaches is just another idea i have is buying LEGO 4559. for me it is one of the best lego train sets. don't know... but as i don't have 9V that would require a rebuild for the set and i need to sell all the tracks, motor and speed controller. and its obviously expensive to buy a nice set like that in perfect condition. but is it worth it to modify 9V to run on Power functions? i saw an old topic about rebuilding it to PF but it wasn't very clear how it was done. that comes with another problem that it would cost more then making my own MOC. so what is the best I could do. and are there more experiences with modding 9V to PF?

Lovely! But where are the LDD files? -
helicopters are never out of place! put one on a low loader it will look good. put in in a shed and it will look good. put it upside down in a wreck and it will look 'good'. HELICOPTERS ARE ALWAYS GOOD!
